ABSTRACT
The main clinical manifestation of dyslipidemia is hyperlipidemia， which is an important risk factor leading to the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis， coronary heart disease and stroke. In clinical practice， lipid-lowering drugs are mainly used for treatment， but there are issues such as individual differences and genetic effects. Therefore， it is necessary to perform gene detection on patients， so as to guide individualized application of lipid-lowering drugs. This review mainly previews the definition of gene detection and the individualized treatment of lipid-lowering drugs， and introduces the application of gene detection in the individualized treatment of lipid-lowering drugs （statins， fibrates， nicotinic acid and ezetimibe）. Among them， the gene polymorphisms of APOE， SLCO1B1 and CYP450 family play a key role in the efficacy and safety of statins； the gene polymorphisms of APOA/B/C family have a significant impact on the efficacy of fenofibrate； the gene polymorphisms of HCAR2 and DGAT2 have an important impact on the efficacy of niacin； the gene polymorphisms of NPC1L1 have a significant impact on the efficacy of ezetimibe. It is suggested to conduct genotype detection for patients with dyslipidemia to select appropriate treatment strategies， so as to provide individualized medication guidance.

Objective To understand the current status of social support among the elderly,aged ≥60 years,as well as to identify influencing factors and to provide a reference for relevant health care services.Methods Publications about social support of the elderly were collected by searching the database of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,Pubmed,and Web of Science.A random effects model was employed according to the results of heterogeneity (I2＞50％) to pool the extracted data.Results Thirty-two articles were included,with a total sample of 21 763 articles.Total scores of social support and three dimensions were low,with social support of 34.047 (95％CI:32.532-35.563),subjective support of 19.218 (95％CI:17.589-20.846),objective support of 7.787 (95％CI:7.483-8.091),and support utilization of 7.075 (95％CI:6.884-7.266).Scores of elderly with character of high age (aged 80:30.907,95％CI:28.378-33.436),female (32.512,95％CI:30.723-34.300),low education (illiteracy:32.088,95％CI:30.944-33.231;primary school:32.709,95％CI:30.069-35.349),country side (33.780,95％CI:31.523-36.038),empty nest (32.301,95％CI:27.061-37.542) and incomplete marriage (discoverture:27.044,95％CI:24.652-29.437;divorced:29.159,95％CI:24.520-33.791) was lower than the others.Conclusions The current status of social support is not optimistic.Scores of social support and its dimensions were relatively low,and a significant difference was found between elderly of different character,indicating that health interventions should be implemented based on character.

ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the effect and the mechanism of Apigenin on lipopolysaccharides ( LPS )-induced inflammatory mediators production in murine macrophages. Methods:The murine macrophage cell line RAW 264. 7 cells were cultured in vitro,and were treated with different concentration of Apigenin followed by LPS administration. Expression of heme oxygenase-1 ( HO-1),cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS),phosphorylation of p38 and IκB,nuclear translocation of Nrf2 were detected by Western blot. Production of Nitrite and nitrate ( NOx) was analyzed by colorimetric technique. Secretion of prosta-glandin E2 (PGE2) was detected by ELISA. Activation of NF-κB was measured by luciferase assay. Results: Western blot indicated that apigenin could induce RAW 264. 7 cells expression of HO-1, and pretreatment of SB203580, an inhibitor of p38 significantly inhibited apigenin induced HO-1 expression. In addition,Apigenin could also decrease the content of nuclear transcription factor Nrf2 in cytoplasm and increase its level in the nucleus. Silencing of Nrf2 by specific siRNA could inhibit apigenin-induced HO-1 expression. Furthermore,apigenin administration significantly inhibited LPS-induced NOx production and PGE2 secretion, COX-2 and iNOS expression,IκB phosphorylation and NF-κB activation,and transfection of HO-1 siRNA could reverse these actions. Conclusion:Apigenin inhibits LPS-induced inflammatory response through induction of HO-1 and inhibition of NF-κB in macrophages.

Objective To abserve the change of contents of blood serum TNF-? and IL-8 of alcoholic fatty liver rats.Methods To observer the change of serum activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and serum contents of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-?,interleukin(IL)-8 and hepatic histopathology observed by microscope,which the rats with alcoholic fatty liver were fed by high lipid food and drunk 10% alcohol qd?10 weeks.Results The model group rats' liver became more fatty and activities of ALT,and the contents of TNF-? and IL-8 in blood serum were higher than the normal group rats and there was significant difference(P

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the geographic mark protection of genuine Chinese crude drugs so as to promote its intellectual property protection. METHODS: Zhe-Ba-Wei was taken as an example to reveal the crisis of the development of Genuine Chinese Crude Drugs; the protection means between trade mark and Geographic Mark was compared, and some special problems arose in Geographic Mark Protection of Genuine Chinese Crude Drugs were discussed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Geographic mark protection is an effective legal means. However, a series of problems, such as confirmation of best habitat, establishment of Chinese crude drugs standard, and confliction between geographic name and geographic mark etc remained to be tackled.
ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the effects and explore the mechanism of orthopia by using viscoelastic substance (sodium hyaluronate)in adherent strabismus(AS).Methods A total of 29 cases(33 eyes)of AS which were caused by various factors were performed strabotomy,in which sodium hyaluronate was poured into cap tenon space and /or around ocular muscles in which preserved after operation.Ocular movement was requested in 12～24 hours post-operation lest ocular muscles adhered to other tissues again.The main index we observed were the effectiveness of strabotomy and ocular movement.Results All 33 eyes achieved good results:17 eyes(51.5%) were cured,26 eyes(78.8%) obtained distinct improvement(DI). The operative results have reference to the cause of adherent strabismus,period of muscular adherence and visual function post-operation.No complications were found.Conclusion Our observation support that sodium hyaluronate can prevent ocular muscles from re-adhering to other tissues around after strabotomy.Most of the patients can obtain better effects by this viscoelastic therapy.

Arginine-8-vasopressin (AVP) could promote the acquisition of shuttle-box passive avoidance behavior and delay the extinction of the behavior when injected into the hippocampus of rats.Intrahippocampal injection of 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) prevented AVP from enhancing memory.The authors had also observed that AVP could accelerate the degradation of cate-cholamine in the hippocampus when the contents of monoamine transmitters and their metabolites were analyzed with high-performance liquid chromatography and electrochemical detection. These facts suggest that vasopressin promotes the shuttle-box passive avoidance behavior in rats,strcnthens long-term memory as well as short-term memory,and exerts its effect on memory through its enhancing the degradation of norepinephrine and/or dopamine in the hippocampus.
