ABSTRACT

The existence of high E 1 to greater self-esteem was compared. It was hypothesized that higher El would lead to greater self-esteem among adolescents. Two questionnaires tapping both the variables were administered to a sample of 314 adolescents comprising of 157 males and 157 females. In order to find out the relationship between the two variables Pearson r was applied. The results showed that there is a moderate relationship between the two variables [r=0.5]
