ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo analyze the current research status, research hotspots and main features of the literature related to metacognitive therapy and metacognitive training, and to explore the similarities and differences in research approaches of the two intervention techniques and their research directions in the future. MethodsCitespace-based visualization analysis was carried out on the relevant literature of "metacognitive therapy" and "metacognitive training" published in 2011-2020 in the Web of Science database. Results① Adrian Wells was the core author and the author of highly cited papers in the research field of metacognitive therapy. Steffen Moritz is the core author and the author of highly cited papers in the research field of metacognitive training. Aaron T Beck was a highly cited researcher in both fields. ② The analysis of research hotspots showed that the two intervention techniques were mainly reflected in the "maturity and expansion of techniques", "the evaluation and testing of the effects of techniques" and "the comparative analysis of techniques". ③ The key literature characteristics analysis showed that both techniques involved the aspects of "effectiveness", "validity", "meta-analysis" and "variation". ConclusionBoth metacognitive therapy and metacognitive training studies in 2011-2020 highlight their respective core researchers, with similarities and distinctive features in terms of research hotspots and key literature features.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the clinical effects of turbuhaler training whistle combined with tracking health interven-tion after using turbuhaler inhalants in asthmatic patients .Methods Sixty cases of mild and moderate asthma treated in the respira-tory outpatient department of this hospital from June to December 2015 were selected as the research subjects .All patients were di-vided into the control group(conventional method) and observation group(turbuhaler training whistle combined with tracking health intervention) ,30 cases in each group .The clinical effects ,night symptoms ,lung function(PEF and FEV1) ,ACT score and MARS-A score after 1 month treatment were compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 86 .67% and 73 .33% respectively ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =5 .66 ,P< 0 .05) .The night symptom ,FEV1 ,PEF ,ACT score and MARS-A score had statistical difference between the two groups (P<0 .05) .Conclu-sion Turbuhaler training whistle combined with tracking health intervention could enhance the clinical effects of asthmatic pa-tients ,decreases night symptoms ,improves the lung function and enhances the medication compliance .

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of silencing expression ofEZH2 gene on the cell proliferation of human QBC939 cells and its mechanisms. Methods The targeting siRNA was designed and trans-fected into QBC939cells. The expressions of EZH2 mRNA and protein were detected by real-time qPCR and west-ern blotting, respectively. The ability of cellproliferationwas analyzed by MTT assay and plate clone formation assay. Cell apoptosis and cycle percentage weremeasured by flow cytometry. Cell senescence was assessed byβ-galactosi-dase dyeing. The expressions of H3K27me3,P14ARF,P16INK4a,P53,P21 and E2F1 proteinwere determined by West-ern blotting. Results Compared with the control group ,the expressions of mRNAand protein were significantly elevat-ed in experimental group. The ability of cellproliferation in the experiment group was significantly down regulated , which could also cause a rise of G1/S phase ,but not a marked variation of apoptosis rate. Silencing EZH2 would induce a obvious senescence phenotype in QBC939 cells. EZH2-siRNA transferredcould also down-regulate the expressions of H3K27me3 and E2F1 protein, while up-regulating the expressions of P14ARF,P16INK4a,P53 and P21 protein in QBC939 cells. Conclusions Silencing EZH2 could induce a significant inhibition on cell proliferation of QBC939 cells, the mechanism of which may be associated with the senescence pathway regulation.

ABSTRACT

Active constituents in mycelium and fermcntation broth of Ganoderma lucidum were deter mined. Results showed that the amount of polysaccharides obtained from mycelium by 1mol/L NaOH extraction and hot-water extraction were 2% and 0.64% respectively, while the fer mentation broth contains 0.1% polysaccharide. The mycelium contains 17 kinds of amino aci ds, totalling at 14.7%. The fermentation broth contains 29 kinds of amino acids, totalling at 0.93%. The mycelium and fermentation broth contain 22 and 17 kinds of trace elements res pectively, predominately P, Fe, Zn and Ca

ABSTRACT

Objective To obtain anamorphosis of Shiraia bambusicola producing the component, hypocrellin A effectively. Methods A strain was isolated from the fruit of S.bambusicola by separating its hypha and was cultured by solid-state fermentation. One of the pure chemical compounds isolated from the stroma of wild S.bambusicola was studied on the basis of UV/VIS,IR,MS spectrometric analysis and physicochemical constants. Results The pigment is proved to be hypocrellin A.The isolate was determined as the stable anamorphosis strain 0258 of S.bambusicola.Conclusion A namorphosis strain of S.bambusicola is obtained and precisely appraised for the first time. This study will provide basis for the future massively industrialized hypocrellin production.
