ABSTRACT

Objective: To explore the impact of ticagrelor on platelet aggregation in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods: A total of 98 ACS patients received PCI in our hospital from 2015-01 to 2015-12 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: Clopidogrel group, the patients received oral clopidogrel 300mg at first time and then maintained by 75mg/qd, n=48 and Ticagrelor group, the patients received oral ticagrelor 180mg at first time and then maintained by 90mg/bid, n=50. All patients were treated for 12 months. The level of vasodilator stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) phosphorylation and platelet reactivity index (PRI) at pre-medication and 24h, 7 days and 1 month after PCI were detected; major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) and bleeding events were recorded within 1 month after PCI, the incidence of platelet aggregation, MACE and bleeding events were compared between 2 groups. Results: The baseline information and PCI condition were similar between 2 groups, P>0.05. The overall average PRI was different between 2 groups, P0.05. Conclusion: Ticagrelor was superior toclopidogrel for anti-platelet aggregation in ACS patients after PCI, it didn't increase bleeding events.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship of purple tongue and its regional blood flow. METHODS: Laser-Doppler flow meter was employed to test the volume and velocity of blood flow at different sites of purple tongue (56 cases) and normal tongue (54 cases), and the test results were analyzed. RESULTS: The volume of blood flow of purple tongue was significantly lower than that of the normal tongue (P<0.01), while the velocity was significantly higher (P<0.01). The volume and velocity of blood flow at different sites of the tongue were similar without significant difference. CONCLUSION: The volume of blood flow of purple tongue is decreased and the velocity increased. Purple tongue may be caused by dysfunction of the microcirculation of the tongue.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study how ConA actives macrophages in vivo to produce cytotoxic effectors and its phagocytic functions, and cytotoxicity. Methods ConA was intraperitoneally injected(ip). Cock red blood cells(cRBC) were used to evaluate MΦ phagocytic activity, and S180 cells as target cells to analyze MΦ dependent cytotoxicity(MTC).Nitric oxide(NO),TNF-α and IL-1 levels of MΦ cultural supernatant were measured using griess reagent,L929 cells MTT method and thymocytes proliferation test respectively. Results ConA could promote MΦ to phagocytize cRBC and kill S180 cells, enhance the production of such factors as NO,TNF-α and IL-1 by MΦ. There was significant difference compared with PBS control group(P<0.01). Conclusions ConA could stimulate MΦ to produce effectors, which mediate immune regulation of ConA to MΦ.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the relationship of pathogenesis and early management with prognosis of sylvian fissure contusion of brain caused by traffic accident. Methods A review was done on 36 cases with sylvian fissure contusion of brain caused by traffic accident, in which early improvement of respiration and management of combined injuries were performed according to injury severity and pathogenesis. Standard big bone flap craniotomy was done in 31 cases including bilateral craniotomy in 13. Of nine cases treated conservatively, four cases turned to operation due to aggravation. Results Of all, 18 cases recovery better but death occurred in eight, vegetative state in two, bad disability in two and moderate disability in six. Conclusions Early synthetic treatment, prompt decompression with standard big bone flap, paying attention to sylvian fissure contusion in the midline area, dynamic observation of injury and effective treatment can improve prognosis and reduce mortality rate.
