ABSTRACT

Objective@#To explore the relationship between parent child relationship and rebelliousness of junior middle school students in boarding schools and to provide a scientific basis for preventing the occurrence of youth rebellion.@*Methods@#A cluster sampling method was used to investigate parent child separation, family intimacy, and rebellion among 1 790 junior high school students in one boarding middle school in Lujiang County, Hefei City, Anhui Province in January 2020, and the influence of parent child relationship on students rebelliousness was analyzed by Chi square test and binary Logistic regression.@*Results@#The detection rate of rebelliousness among participants was 21.45%(384/ 1 790 ). Junior middle school students who were in senior grade (second and third grades), reported higher household economic status and no communication with parents during the past month were more likely to have rebelliousness( OR=1.83, 1.89, 1.80, 1.77 , P <0.05); Junior middle school students with higher parental warmth and intimacy were less likely to have rebelliousness( OR=0.52, 0.71, P <0.05); Gender, length of boarding, maternal education, frequency of meeting parents during boarding, and childhood experience of separation with parents showed no statistical significance on rebelliousness( P >0.05).@*Conclusion@#The detection rate of rebellious psychology among junior high school students in boarding schools is high, and good parent child relationship is the protective factor of rebellious psychology. Parents should pay attention to contact with their boarding children and strengthen communication to reduce rebelliousness among them.

ABSTRACT

Objectives: Intracranial atherosclerosis, especially the middle cerebral artery (MCA), is the commonestvascular lesion for ischemic stroke the Chinese population. We explored the association of geneticpolymorphism and environmental factors in MCA atherosclerosis in the Chinese population. Methods:One hundred fifty-six ischemic stroke patients with MCA stenosis and 181 well-matched ischemicstroke patients without MCA stenosis were examined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). ThePCR products were analyzed for lipoprotein lipase (LPL) S447X and paraoxonase1 (PON1) Q192Rpolymorphisms by restriction enzyme digestion. Medical history documentation and investigationof biochemical markers were performed for each subject. Results: Univariate analysis showed thatthe levels of systolic blood pressure (SBP) were higher in the MCA stenosis group. There were nosignificant differences in the genotype and allele frequencies of the LPL S447X and PON1 Q192Rpolymorphism observed between the two groups. But, in the patients above 60 years of age with andwithout MCA stenosis, LPL X carriers have higher level of SBP than the LPL SS genotype carriers.Multivariate logistic regression found that SBP was the significant, independent predictor of thepresence of MCA stenosis patients above 60 years of age (P < 0.001, OR=1.206, 95% confidenceintervals: 1.014-1.032).Conclusions: SBP appears to contribute to the pathogenesis of MCA stenosis among Chinese. Thegene polymorphism of LPL S447X may be associated with atherosclerotic MCA stenosis in Chinesepopulation.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To compare the preventive effects and safety of aspirin and clopodogrel respectively used for vascular restenosis after coronary intimal striping with coronary artery bypass grafting. METHODS:110 patients with coronary atherosclerot-ic heart disease were divided into aspirin group (55 cases) and clopodogrel group (55 cases). All patients intravenously mi-cro-pumped Nitroglycerin injection 10 mg+5% Glucose injection totally 20 mL for maintaining 48-72 h after coronary intimal strip-ing with coronary artery bypass grafting, intravenously pumped Dopamine hydrochloride injection 1-5 μg/kg if necessary. Unplug the endotracheal tube after surgery, patients received Cefuroxime sodium for injection 1.5 g adding into Sterile water for injection 50 mL,intravenous injection,3 times a day,for 2-3 d. Meanwhile, patients were orally given Rosuvastatin calcium tablet 10 mg 30 min after daily dinner,8-week was a course, for 3 courses. Based on it,aspirin group received Aspirin enteric-coated tablet with initial dose of 300 mg,once a day, orally taking 100 mg from the second day, once a day,for 6 months;clopodogrel group received Clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablet with initial dose of 300 mg,once a day, orally taking 75 mg from the second day, once a day,for 6 months. Graft patency rate, and platelet aggregation rate, platelet aggregation compliance rate, fibrinogen(Fg), D-dimer (D-D),platelet count (PLT),tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:There were no significant differences in the graft patency rate and inci-dence of adverse reactions in 2 groups (P>0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in platelet aggregation rate, platelet aggregation compliance rate,Fg,D-D,PLT and t-PA in 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment, platelet aggregation rate,Fg and D-D level in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, platelet aggregation compliance rate,PLT and t-PA level were significantly higher than before, with statistical significance(P0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Based on conventional treatment, both aspirin and clopidogrel used for coronary intimal strip-ing with coronary artery bypass grafting can inhibit platelet aggregation, reduce thrombosis, maintain vascular patency and prevent vascular restenosis, with good safety.
