ABSTRACT

Objective :To explore the relationship of Chinese medicine syndrome factors and changes of intracranial blood flow of hypertension patients, as well as the distribution characteristics of hierarchical syndrome factors of hypertension and its impact on the course of hypertension. Methods: Syndrome elements of 312 cases of hypertensive patients with abnormal results detected by transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) were refi ned, and the correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between the elements syndrome, intracranial blood flow and risk-stratifi cation hypertension patients. ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To discuss the sterilizing effect of waste gas discharged from hospital central vacuum aspiration system. METHODS According to the characters that direct discharging these waste gases from the central vacuum aspiration system would pollute surrounding environment and that there could not be choke in the venting part of vacuum pump of this system,the method of nanometric photocatalysis was adopted to sterilize the waste gases. RESULTS The average number of colony in the engine room was 2473.67?98.23CFU/m~3 before sterilization.After 1h and 2h of sterilizing,there were 88?17.6 CFU/m~3 and 58.76 ?12.34 CFU/m~3,respectively,with significant difference. CONCLUSIONS It is effective to use the method of nanometric photocatalysis sterilizing the waste gases from the hospital central vacuum aspiration system.The rate of the sterilization is 99.99%.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between the ventilator tube system and VAP.METHODS To investigate the way to use the ventilator tube system more reasonably.RESULTS To replace the ventilator tube every seven days could prevent the VAP effectively and decrease the mechanical ventilation patient′s mortality.CONCLUSIONS Decreasing the VAP incidence is a systematic and integrative work.To reinforce the management of the ventilator tube system is one of the effective methods in preventing VAP.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate an effective method of breathing apparatus management. Methods According to the defect in process of breathing machine management, breathing apparatus management center was set up, related standards and procedures were established, the staff training was intensified and the management mode was expanded. Results The qualified rate of ventilator sterilization and breathing apparatus function were improved to 100% by applying zero defect quality management. Conclusion It is an effective method to ensure the safety and accuracy in breathing machine manage- ment with applying zero defect quality management.
