ABSTRACT

Objective To compare ultrasonic manifestations of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC),BI-RADS category 4A atypical fibroadenoma and adenosis. Methods Ultrasonic findings of TNBC group (n=42),BI-RADS 4A atypical fibroadenoma group (n=34) and adenosis group (n =36) were analyzed retrospectively, and statistical analysis was performed. Results There were statistically significant differences of age, tumor size, shape, echo, margin and BI-RADS category between TNBC group and fibroadenoma group (all P<0.016 7).There were statistically significant differences (all P<0.016 7) of age, size, margin, peripheral duct changes, and BI-RADS category between TNBC group and adenosis group. There were statistically significant differences of shape between fibroadenoma group and adenosis group (P<0.016 7).There was no statistically significant difference of boundary, halo, posterior acoustic features, orientation, nor calcification among three groups (all P>0.05).Conclusion TNBC often occurs in women older than 50 years old,and the lesions usually demonstrate larger than 2 cm,very lower echo, and irregular shape with distinct margin.TNBC is usually associated with harder elastography feature, and is classified as more than BI-RADS 4B.Fibroadenoma classified as BI-RADS 4A is most likely to be a mass with lobulated or irregular shape with distinct margin.Adenosis classified as BI-RADS 4A often appears irregular and vertical orientation, which may be confused with breast cancer.

ABSTRACT

Oral drug-loaded nano-system include nano-gel drug delivery system, nano-suspension drug delivery system, nano-particle drug delivery system, liposomes drug delivery system, nano-micelles drug delivery system, alcohol liposoms,nano-framework drug delivery system, nano-emulsions drug delivery system, nano-self assembly drug delivery system. These nano-drug delivery systems can serve as multi-functional drug carriers. They may significantly improve the physicochemical and stabilization and biological properties of the free drug, enhance the therapeutic efficiency and reduce toxic side effects. This paper reviews the recent research progress in oral drug-loaded nano-systems.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study on whitening and anti -aging effect of ginseng saponin and its safety. Methods Whitening effect:using vitamin C as the control drug, the inhibition rate of tyrosinase was determined.Anti senescence effect: the aging model of D-was established, and the DPPH was applied to the skin of the rat's neck, and the drug was prepared by 2 times a day.Skin safety evaluation: the skin changes of the skin of the ginseng saponins were observed after the skin was given ginseng saponin and control drugs. Results When the concentration of ginsenoside was 7 mg/mL, the inhibition rate order was, the water solution of vitamin C >ginsenoside nano >ginsenoside aqueous solution ; In the aging model, the surface of the elastic fibers and the skin surface was parallel to the skin, but the elastic fibers were arranged in a more tortuous and non parallel to the skin;DPPH free radical scavenging effect order was, Vitamin C aqueous solution>ginsenoside nano>ginsenoside aqueous solution, and with the dosage of ginsenoside increasing, the efficiency of ginsenoside DPPH scavenging free radical increased significantly;Skin safety evaluation results showed that ginseng saponin nanometer milk smeared skin, no redness, irritation and other phenomena occured. Conclusion Ginseng saponin nanometer milk has obvious whitening effect, and can not cause damage to the skin, is safe and reliable.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the value of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) on diagnosing the cerebral vasospasm (CVS) following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods TCD was used to detect and monitor the cerebral blood flow status to estimate CVS following SAH in 30 cases, then the results of TCD were analyzed by combining with clinical manifestation and SAH severity on CT. Results 17 patients (56.7%) had the evidence of CVS confirmed by TCD, 10 of them were nonsymptomatic and 7 were symptomatic. The incidences of CVS in patients with Fisher grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ were more higher than gradeⅠandⅡ(P
