Clinical study of plasma exchange in the treatment of refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpur with 2∶2∶1 exchange liquid / 中国综合临床

Objective To study the effect of the plasma exchange in the treatment of RITP with 2∶2∶1 exchange liquid.Methods 32 cases of RITP were treated with plasma exchange using CS 3000 blood cell separator.Results Plasma exchange could reduce the levels of harmful substances like PA Ig,PA C 3,CIC and raise the levels of platelet by 3 times.Conclusion Plasma exchange is effective in the treatment of RITP with 2∶2∶1 exchange liquid,with reliable outcome.
