ABSTRACT

ObjectiveWe aimed to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of Yishen Shengjing Prescription (YSP) in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia in rats. MethodThe oligoasthenospermia rat model was established by injection with cyclophosphamide (35 mg·kg-1·d-1) for 5 consecutive days. Rats were randomly assigned into control group (without treating with cyclophosphamide), model group, low- (YSP-L), medium- (YSP-M), and high- (YSP-H) dose (2.91, 5.83, and 11.66 g·kg-1, respectively) groups, Wuzi Yanzongwan (WYW, 1.03 g·kg-1) group, and L-carnitine (0.17 g·kg-1) group, with 8 rats in each group. After 28 days of drug intervention, the body weight, testicular weight, and testicular index of rats were recorded. The sperm quality in epididymis was detected by computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA) system. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was employed for observation of testicular tissue morphology. The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in testicular tissue were detected by colorimetry. The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and testosterone (T) in serum were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). TdT-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling (TUNEL) was employed to detect the apoptosis of testicular cells. The protein levels of B cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2), Bax, and cleaved Caspase-3 in testicular tissue were detected by Western blot. ResultCompared with the control group, the model group showed decreased body weight, testicular weight and index, sperm concentration and motility (P<0.01) and increased testicular pathological score (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the YSP-M, YSP-H, WYW, and L-carnitine groups showed increased body weight, testicular weight, testicular index, sperm concentration and motility and decreased testicular pathological score. After modeling, the SOD level decreased (P<0.01) while the MDA content increased (P<0.01) in the testicular tissue. YSP-H, WYW, and L-carnitine reversed the SOD and MDA level changes caused by modeling. Compared with the control group, the model group exhibited declined T level (P<0.01) and increased FSH and LH levels (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, YSP, WYW, and L-carnitine increased the T level (P<0.01) and decreased the LH level (P<0.05, P<0.01). The apoptosis rate of spermatogenic cells in the model group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01), whereas YSP-M, WYW, and L-carnitine reversed such changes (P<0.01). The model group rats showed decreased expression of Bcl-2(P<0.05) and increased expression of Bax and cleaved Caspase-3 (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared the model group, YSP-M, YSP-H, WYW, and L-carnitine up-regulated the Bcl-2 expression and down-regulated the cleaved Caspase-3 expression (P<0.05, P<0.01). ConclusionYSP improved the sperm quality of oligoasthenospermia model rats by regulating the antioxidant system and sex hormone levels and inhibiting the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells.

ABSTRACT

A transient ischemic attack (TIA) can cause reversible and delayed impairment of cognition, but the specific mechanisms are still unclear. Annexin a1 (ANXA1) is a phospholipid-binding protein. Here, we confirmed that cognition and hippocampal synapses were impaired in TIA-treated mice, and this could be rescued by multiple mild stimulations (MMS). TIA promoted the interaction of ANXA1 and CX3CR1, increased the membrane distribution of CX3CR1 in microglia, and thus enhanced the CX3CR1 and CX3CL1 interaction. These phenomena induced by TIA could be reversed by MMS. Meanwhile, the CX3CR1 membrane distribution and CX3CR1-CX3CL1 interaction were upregulated in primary cultured microglia overexpressing ANXA1, and the spine density was significantly reduced in co-cultured microglia overexpressing ANXA1 and neurons. Moreover, ANXA1 overexpression in microglia abolished the protection of MMS after TIA. Collectively, our study provides a potential strategy for treating the delayed synaptic injury caused by TIA.

ABSTRACT

This study was aimed to observe the distribution of Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor A (MrgA) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)-contacting nucleus of normal rats and its expression in neuropathic pain, and to provide morphological evidence for CSF-contacting nucleus to participate in neuropathic pain. The model of neuropathic pain with chronic constriction injury (CCI) of the sciatic nerve was made in Sprague-Dawley rats. The thermal withdrawal latency (TWL) and mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) were measured. The expressions of MrgA in the CSF-contacting nucleus were examined by double labeling with immunofluorescent staining. The results showed that on the 5th, 7th, 10th and 14th days, the values of MWT and TWL in CCI group were all lower than those in sham group (P < 0.05). MrgA was found to be distributed in CSF-contacting nucleus of normal rats; and the expression was markedly up-regulated in rats at the peak of neuropathic pain. Our data suggest that CSF-contacting nucleus may participate in neuropathic pain through the MrgA-mediated signaling pathway.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ultrasound-guided percutaneous cannulation for extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in children. Methods: In this retrospective observational study, 66 cases who underwent non-cardiac surgery ECMO in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) of Shanghai Children's Hospital from May 2016 to April 2021 were collected. The demographics, model of ECMO support, type and size of arteriovenous cannulas, way of catheterization and complications were recorded and summarized. Patients were divided into percutaneous cannulation group and surgical cannulation group according to catheterization strategies. The demographics, duration of cannulation and ECMO support, ECMO weaning rate and hospital survival rate were compared among two groups. χ2 and nonparametric rank sum test were used for comparison. Results: Among the 66 patients who received ECMO, 38 were male and 28 were female, with age 44.5 (12.0, 83.5) months and weight 15.0 (10.0, 25.0) kg; 21 patients underwent percutaneous cannulation, with a success rate of 95% (20 cases). Point-of-care ultrasound was performed for all percutaneous cannulation cases. The duration of percutaneous cannulation was significantly shorter than that of surgical cannulation (26.0 (23.3, 30.3) vs. 57.0 (53.8, 64.0) min, Z=6.31, P<0.001). Successful percutaneous cannulation cases were aged 70.5 (23.8, 109.5) months, and their weight was 23.2 (13.6, 37.0) kg. Ten cases were initially given veno-venous (VV) ECMO support, and 10 cases were given veno-arterial (VA) ECMO support. ECMO arterial cannulas were sized from 8 F to 17 F, and venous cannulas sized from 10 F to 19 F. For VV-ECMO, the right internal jugular and femoral veins were used as vascular access, while VA-ECMO used right internal jugular vein-femoral artery or right femoral vein-left femoral artery approach. Only one patient suffered severe complication (superior vena cava perforation). There was no catheter-related bloodstream infection. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided percutaneous cannulation for ECMO can be performed with a high rate of success and safety in children.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE@#The incidence of acute lung injury (ALI) in severe trauma patients is 48% and the mortality rate following acute respiratory distress syndrome evolved from ALI is up to 68.5%. Alveolar epithelial type 1 cells (AEC1s) and type 2 cells (AEC2s) are the key cells in the repair of injured lungs as well as fetal lung development. Therefore, the purification and culture of AEC1s and AEC2s play an important role in the research of repair and regeneration of lung tissue.@*METHODS@#Sprague-Dawley rats (3-4 weeks, 120-150 g) were purchased for experiment. Dispase and DNase I were jointly used to digest lung tissue to obtain a single-cell suspension of whole lung cells, and then magnetic bead cell sorting was performed to isolate T1α positive cells as AEC1s from the single-cell suspension by using polyclonal rabbit anti-T1a (a specific AEC1s membrane protein) antibodies combined with anti-rabbit IgG microbeads. Afterwards, alveolar epithelial cell membrane marker protein EpCAM was designed as a key label to sort AEC2s from the remaining T1α-neg cells by another positive immunomagnetic selection using monoclonal mouse anti-EpCAM antibodies and anti-mouse IgG microbeads. Cell purity was identified by immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry.@*RESULTS@#The purity of AEC1s and AEC2s was 88.3% ± 3.8% and 92.6% ± 2.7%, respectively. The cell growth was observed as follows: AEC1s stretched within the 12-16 h, but the cells proliferated slowly; while AEC2s began to stretch after 24 h and proliferated rapidly from the 2nd day and began to differentiate after 3 days.@*CONCLUSION@#AEC1s and AEC2s sorted by this method have high purity and good viability. Therefore, our method provides a new approach for the isolation and culture of AEC1s and AEC2s as well as a new strategy for the research of lung repair and regeneration.

ABSTRACT

Enterovirus 71 (EV71) is one of the main pathogens causing hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD), which seriously threatens the health of infants and young children and causes major infectious diseases in the Asia-Pacific region. The host′s innate immune response is the most effective way to fight against viral infections. However, EV71 has evolved a series of strategies, escaping from innate immune surveillance and destroying its antiviral function in the process of gaming with the host. This article mainly focuses on the research progress of EV71′s innate immune escape mechanism, and provides help for the development of anti-EV71 infection drugs.

ABSTRACT

The present study was aimed to investigate the role of GluN2B-BDNF pathway in the cerebrospinal fluid-contacting nucleus (CSF-CN) in neuropathic pain. Intra-lateral ventricle injection of cholera toxin subunit B conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (CBHRP) was used to label the CSF-CN. Double-labeled immunofluorescent staining and Western blot were used to observe the expression of GluN2B and BDNF in the CSF-CN. Chronic constriction injury of sciatic nerve (CCI) rat model was used to duplicate the neuropathic pain. Pain behavior was scored to determine the analgesic effects of GluN2B antagonist Ro 25-6981 and BDNF neutralizing antibody on CCI rats. GluN2B and BDNF were expressed in the CSF-CN and their expression was up-regulated in CCI rats. Intra-lateral ventricle injection of GluN2B antagonist Ro 25-6981 or BDNF neutralizing antibody notably alleviated thermal hyperalgesia and mechanical allodynia in CCI rats. Moreover, the increased expression of BDNF protein in CCI rats was reversed by intra-lateral ventricle injection of Ro 25-6981. These results suggest that GluN2B and BDNF are expressed in the CSF-CN and alteration of GluN2B-BDNF pathway in the CSF-CN is involved in the modulation of the peripheral neuropathic pain.

ABSTRACT

We used exogenous GA_3 to break the seed dormancy of Thesium chinense. We used high-throughput sequencing technology was used to sequence the transcriptome of dormant seed embryos and dormancy breaking seed embryos of Th. chinense, and the data was analyzed bioinformatically and systematically. The results showed that exogenous GA_3 could effectively break the seed dormancy of Th. chinense; 73 794 up-regulated genes and 42 776 down regulated genes were obtained by transcriptome sequencing; 116 570 diffe-rential genes were annotated by GO function to GO items such as metabolism process, cell process, cell, cell component, binding and catalytic activity. A total of 133 metabolic pathways were found by Pathway analysis of 26 508 differentially expressed genes. In the process of dormancy release, DEGs were mainly enriched in translation, carbohydrate metabolism, folding, classification, degradation and amino acid metabolism. Based on the annotation results in KEGG database, 20 metabolic pathways related to dormancy release were found. Dormancy release of Th. chinense seeds is a complex biological process, including cell morphology construction, secondary metabolite synthesis, sugar metabolism and plant signal transduction, among which plant hormone signal transduction is one of the key factors to regulate dormancy release. The results of qRT-PCR showed that the sequencing results were consistent with the actual results.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#The present study was to evaluate the feasibility of using the multi-biomarker strategy for the prediction of sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction (SIMD) and mortality in septic patients.@*METHODS@#Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), cardiac troponin I (cTnI), and heart-type fatty acid-binding protein (h-FABP) in 147 septic patients were assayed within 6 h after admission. We also determined the plasma levels of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A). The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to assess the best cutoff values of various single-biomarkers for the diagnosis of SIMD and the prediction of mortality. Also, the ROC curve, net reclassification improvement (NRI), and integrated discrimination improvement (IDI) indices were used to evaluate the feasibility of using multi-biomarkers to predict SIMD and mortality.@*RESULTS@#Our statistics revealed that only h-FABP independently predicted SIMD (P0.05). A history of shock and MPO were independent predictors of mortality in septic patients (both P0.05).@*CONCLUSIONS@#The findings of this study indicate that a sensitive and specific strategy for early diagnosis of SIMD and mortality prediction in sepsis should incorporate three biomarkers.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to explore the expression pattern of miRNA in the process of embryo dormancy and provide a reference for the mechanism of regulating seed dormancy and germination by miRNA. We used high-throughput sequencing technology, bioinformatics analysis and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(qPCR) technology to sequence, screen and identify miRNAs of dormant and dormant embryos. The results showed that there were 23 811 977, 24 276 695, 20 611 876 and 20 601 811 unique sequences in the four sample libraries during the period of dormancy and dormancy release. MiRNAs are mainly distributed between 21 and 24 nt, among which the length of 24 nt occurred most frequently. A total of 31 known miRNAs were identified, belonging to 13 different families. 93 new miRNAs were predicted by bioinformatics software. Ten miRNAs(mir156 a-5 p, mir160 a-5 p, mir160 h-1, mir169 a-5 p, mir157 d, mir159 a-1, mir395-3, mir156 f-5 p, mir156-2 and mir171 a-3 p) were screened out. In this study, 10 miRNAs related to seed dormancy release were identified. The target genes mainly involved carbohydrate metabolism, plant hormone signal transduction, cell division and growth. The results of qRT-PCR showed that the sequencing results were consistent with the actual results.

ABSTRACT

In this study, the roots, stems and leaves of diploid and autotetraploid Dendrobium huoshanense were used as materials to compare their contents of polysaccharides and alkaloids, and the transcriptome sequencing analysis was carried out. The results showed that the contents of polysaccharides and alkaloids in the roots, stems and leaves of tetraploid were 7.6%, 34.5%, 17.2%, 0.01%, 0.024% and 0.035% higher than those of diploid D. huoshanense, respectively. The contents of active components in different tissues were significantly different. There were 3 687 differentially expressed genes in diploid and tetraploid D. huoshanense, of which 2 346 genes were up-regulated and 1 341 down regulated. Go functional analysis showed that these genes were mainly involved in growth and development, stress resistance and other related functions. KEGG pathway analysis showed that most of the differential genes were concentrated in the processes of carbon metabolism, signal transduction, carbohydrate metabolism, amino acid metabolism and energy metabolism. The differential expression of key genes involved in the metabolism of polysaccharides, terpenes and polyketones, amino acid metabolism, hormone synthesis and signal transduction in diploid and tetraploid plants may be the main reason for the high energy content, the increase of active components and the growth potential of tetraploid plants.

ABSTRACT

Renal replacement therapy(RRT)is effective in supporting impaired kidney function, maintaining homeostasis,as well as removing inflammatory mediators, harmful metabolites and toxin in critically ill children. The accepted timing of initiating RRT in acute kidney injury(AKI)patients are severe metabolic acidosis(p H6.5 mmol/L),uraemic associated encephalopathy and bleeding diathesis, and fluid overload when medical management fails. Continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)has become the preferred technique to manage fluid administration in septic AKI or hemodynamically unstable patients, but its adequate timing remains unclear. The dose of CRRT can be divided into renal replacement therapy dose[ultrafiltration dose 20-35 mL/(kg·h)]and sepsis treatment dose[ultrafiltration dose≥35 mL/(kg·h)]. The use of high volume hemofiltration(HVHF)[replacement dose≥50 mL/(kg·h)]has demonstrated clinical benefits in septic shock patients by reversing the abnormal hemodynamics.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To investigate the caries status of the first permanent molars in urban and rural children aged 10-
12 in Chongqing and analyze the related factors in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of children's caries and targeted suggestions for oral health education.@*METHODS@#A multi-stage, stratified, cluster, and random sampling method was used to extract 5 057 children from 18 schools in three districts and three counties in Chongqing for oral health examination and questionnaire survey from March to May 2018.@*RESULTS@#The total caries rate of the first permanent molar was 39.2%. The decayed-missing-filled tooth was 0.84±1.20. The rate of filling teeth was 3.4%. The rate of pit and fissure sealing was 6.1%. The prevalence of the first permanent molars was significantly different between men and women, between urban and rural areas, between only children and non-only children, and between ethnic minorities and Han nationality (P<0.001). The gap between the pit and fissure sealing was significantly different between urban and rural areas (P<
0.001). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that many independent factors influence the occurrence of caries, including the frequency of brushing teeth every day, the frequency of eating desserts, the habit of eating dessert/drinking milk before going to bed, whether only-children or not, and parents' education background, among others.@*CONCLUSIONS@#The first permanent molars of children aged 10-12 in Chongqing have a high rate of caries but low rates of pit and fissure sealing and dental caries filling. The difference between urban and rural areas is large, children's oral health knowledge is scarce, and children have bad oral hygiene behaviors and eating habits. Children's oral health education must be strengthened, oral health preaching must be implemented in schools, the oral health knowledge of children in school must be improved, and urban-rural differences must be minimized.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#This study aimed to explore the impacts of periodontitis on the visceral weight and weight percentage of obese animal models.@*METHODS@#A total of 64 C57BL/6J mice were divided into the following diet groups: high-fat diet (HFD) group (n=36), which was fed with high-fat diet to induce obesity, and low-fat diet (LFD) group (n=28), which was fed with low-fat diet as the control. After 16 weeks on diet, each diet group was divided into periodontitis (P) and control (C) groups. The P groups were induced for periodontitis by ligation with Porphyromonas gingivalis-adhered silk for 5 or 10 days, and the C groups were sham-ligated as the control. Visceral organs were resected and weighed. The organ weight percentage was calculated.@*RESULTS@#Compared with the LFD group, the HFD group significantly upregulated the weight and weight percentage of visceral adipose tissue and spleen (P<0.05), upregulated the weight of liver and kidney (P<0.05), and downregulated the weight percentage of liver and kidney (P<0.01). In the HFD group, the weight and weight percentage of spleen were downregulated in the P group (P<0.05), but were upregulated in the 10-day group compared with the 5-day group (P<0.05).@*CONCLUSIONS@#Periodontitis can affect the general morphology of the viscera (especially spleen) in obese animal models. Pathological indications in terms of immunometabolism might be present in the correlation between obesity and periodontitis.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the influence of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on blood pressure and heart rate in adult patients with cervical spinal cord injury (SCI) and its related factors. Methods From May 2015 to October 2017, 101 cases of adult cervical spinal cord injury in our department were select-ed as observation group, who were divided into four subgroups (AIS A~D) respectively, according to the ASIA score. Other 101 cases of sudden hearing loss without spinal cord injury were selected as control group, who were divided into four subgroups with gender and age matched with four subgroups of the observation group, re-spectively. Blood pressure and heart rate were measured before the compression, at the end of the compression, 30 minutes after oxygen taken in, before the decompression and at the end of the decompression; and were com-pared between groups. The fluctuations of blood pressure and heart rate were correlated and regression analyzed with age, course and AISA score respectively. Results In ASI A~C, the blood pressure fluctuated obviously during the course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the ob-servation group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood pressure between ASI D of the observa-tion group and their controls (P>0.05). Lower extremity motor score of ASIA was correlated with the fluctuation of blood pressure (P<0.05). Conclusion The blood pressure fluctuates in patients with cervical spinal cord injury (AIS A~C) during hyperbaric oxy-gen, which should be paid attention to. Lower extremity motor score of ASIA is an independent factor affecting blood pressure. The higher the lower extremity motor score, the smaller the blood pressure fluctuation.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of internal fixation through posterior minimally invasive approach in treating unstable scapula fractures. Methods A retrospective case control study was conducted on the clinical data of 36 patients with scapular fractures admitted between May 2011 and August 2016.There were 30 males and six females, with average age of 51.5 years (range,46-64 years).According to Hardegger classification, there were 18 patients with scapular body fracture,14 with scapular neck fracture, and four with glenoidal fracture.According to operation method, the patients were divided into Group A (n =24) which adopted internal fixation through posterior minimally invasive approach and Group B (n =12) which adopted the conventional Judet approach for internal fixation. The incision length, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, fracture healing time,Hardegger standard of clinical effects, and complications in two groups were compared. Results All patients were followed up for average 18 months (range,6-24 months). The total length of surgical incision was (12.50 ± 4.50) cm in Group A and (27.95 ± 5.20) cm in Group B (P < 0.05);the operation time was (86.5 ± 1 1.5) minutes in Group A and (120.6 ± 10.9) minutes in Group B (P < 0.05);the intraoperative bleeding was (200.0 ± 20.0)ml in Group A and (420.0 ± 20.0)ml in Group B (P < 0.05);fracture healing time was (10.0 ± 1.0) weeks in Group A (12.0 ± 1.5) weeks in Group B (P < 0.05).According to Hardegger standard,in Group A,15 patients were excellent, six good, and two fair, with an excellent and good rate of 91%;while in Group B,six patients were excellent, three good, two fair, and one poor, with an excellent and good rate of 75% (P < 0.05).No complications were observed in Group A.In Group B,one patient with hematoma and one patient with nonunion of incision area were observed, both of which recovered after drainage and dressing change. One patient with superior scapular nerve injury was found and recovered after treatment. The incidence of complications was 25% in Group B,higher than 0 in Group A (P < 0.05).There was no internal fixation fracture or nonunion in two groups. Conclusion Compared with the conventional Judet approach, minimally invasive internal fixation approach in the treatment of unstable scapula fracture demonstrates the advantages of mild trauma, faster functional restoration, and fewer complications.

ABSTRACT

Aim To study the mechanism of action of the new derivative of podophyllotoxin(LN-13)in indu-cing the apoptosis of K562/A02 cells. Methods The MTT method was taken to detect the inhibition of LN-13 and VP-16 on K562/A02 proliferation and inhibi-tion rate and IC50 values were obtained 48 hours later. The K562/A02 cell morphological change induced by LN-13 were observed through Hochest33342 and PI staining after 48 hours later.Flow cytometry was taken to detect the apoptosis of K562/A02 cells induced by LN-13.The reverse transcription-polymerase chain re-action was taken to detect the Bcl-2,Bax,caspase-3 and mdr-1 mRNA expression. The expression of P-gp was detected by Western blot. Results The growth of K562 /A02 cells was obviously inhibited by LN-13 when IC50 value was 3.32 μmol · L-1 .LN-13 could obviously induced cell apoptosis observed by Ho-chest33342 and PI staining.Flow cytometry detection showed that LN-13(2,4,8 μmol·L-1 )could induce cell apoptosis and apoptosis ratio reached 15.0%, 48.0%,68.96%,respectively.The reverse transcrip-tion-polymerase chain reaction showed that LN-13 in-creased the Bax and Caspase-3 mRNA expression, and meanwhile the expression of mdr-1 mRNA decreased. Western blot showed that P-gp expression was de-creased as the LN-13 dose increased. The data were significantly different from those of control group.Con-clusion Podophyllotoxin derivative LN-13 can induce the apoptosis of K562 /A02 cells, which may be close-ly-related to regulating P-gp expression and apoptosis related gene mRNA expression.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the excitotoxic role of NMDA receptors in striatal neurons in glutaric aciduria type I (GA1). Methods A GA1 cell model was established by lentivirus-mediated shRNA to GCDH and excessive intake of lysine. The expression levels of NMDA receptors were determined by Western blotting. The striatal neurons were preprocessed by MK801(a NMDA receptor antagonist), then infected with lentivirus and cultured in high concentration lysine. Cell viability was measured using MTT. Apoptosis was assessed using Hoechst33342 staining. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of NR2B protein in the experimental group was increased, and there was statistical difference (P<0.001). The differentces in the cell viability and normal nuclear proportion among experimental group, control group, and MK-801 pretreatment group were statistically significant (P<0.01). The cell viability and normal nucleus proportion in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group while they were significantly higher in MK-801 pretreated group than those in the experiment group but still significantly lower than those in control group (P all <0.05). Conclusion The accumulation of metabolites in GA 1 played a toxic role in striatal neurons through NMDR receptors.
