ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To investigate and analyze the current situation of blood donors’ complaints in Changsha Blood Center, find out the reasons and characteristics of the complaints, aimed at improving the satisfaction of blood donors and the quality of blood donation service. 【Methods】 The healthcare complaint analysis tool (HCAT) was used to encode and statistically analyze the complaints against our center from 2020 to 2022, and then a three-level framework for complaint management classification was constructed. 【Results】 Blood donors had relatively more appeals to the management of primary classification, accounting for 61.77%(126/204). For secondary classification, complaints mainly focused on the working system and process, accounting for 24.02%(49/204), and the problems related to policies and regulations such as free blood use and voluntary blood donation incentive mechanism, accounting for 22.55%(46/204), and the problems related to environment and facilities such as the adjustment of blood donation centers and blood donation time was not announced timely and not updated synchronously on the Baidu map, accounting for 15.2%(31/204). 【Conclusion】 In response to the demands of blood donors, blood centers should optimize the working process and improve the service model of " Internet + voluntary blood donation" and the service awareness of the staff. Further more, the complaint process should be gradually improved to solve the demands of blood donors in time.

ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To explore the application and effectiveness of holistic nursing based on SWOT in platelet collection at blood stations. 【Methods】 SWOT analysis was used to analyze the causes of adverse reactions to blood donation in platelet donors, put forward countermeasures and take holistic nursing measures. Routine nursing was adopted from January to June 2021, and holistic nursing based on SWOT analysis was adopted from July to December 2021. The adverse reactions and the nursing quality before and after the implementation of holistic nursing in the two groups were compared, and the satisfaction of blood donors to the nurses was analyzed. 【Results】 After the implementation of holistic nursing based on SWOT analysis, the incidence of adverse reactions in blood donation was 2%(2/100) in the observation group, significantly lower than 11%(11/100) in the control group(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was (93.10±4.97 points), significantly higher than that of the control group (78.12±5.36 points)(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The implementation of holistic nursing based on SWOT analysis can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in platelet donors and improve the satisfaction of blood donors with the nursing work, thus significantly improving the quality of nursing in the department.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the relationship between tube voltage kV value for head and neck CT angiography and body weight. Methods:A total of 120 patients with suspected vascular disease of the head and neck who underwent CT angiography of the head and neck in Beihai People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were included in this study. Patients were divided into three groups according to different tube voltages: group A (tube voltage 120 kV, n = 45), group B (tube voltage 100 kV, n = 45) and group C (tube voltage 80 kV, n = 30). Patients in group A were divided into group A1 (< 70 kg, n = 15), group A2 (70-85 kg, n = 15) and group A3 (> 85 kg, n = 15) according to different body weights. Patients in group B were divided into group B1 (< 70 kg, n = 15), group B2 (70-85 kg, n = 15) and group B3 (> 85 kg, n = 15) according to different body weights. Patients in group C were divided into group C1 (< 70 kg, n = 15) and group C2 (70-85 kg, n = 15) according to different body weights. Group C3 was not used. The contrast medium used was Loversol. The CT value, image noise, signal-to-noise ratio, contrast to noise ratio, and effective radiation dose of arterial vessels in each group were measured. The images were subjectively evaluated by two physicians who had senior professional titles using a 5-point rating scale. Results:Subjective score of image quality was all ≥ 3 grade in each group. There was no significant difference in image quality rating between groups A1 and A2 and groups B1, B2, and C1. There was a remarkable difference in image quality rating between groups A3, B3, and C2 and the other groups. There was a significant difference in the CT value of blood vessels at four different levels between groups A1, B1 and C1 ( F = 76.82, 64.62, 98.79, 71.85, all P < 0.001). There was a significant difference in CT value of blood vessels at four different levels between groups A2, B2 and C2 ( F = 159.82, 112.33, 108.22, 135.18, all P < 0.001). There was a significant difference in CT value of blood vessels at four different levels between groups A3 and B3 ( t = 4.40, 4.27, 3.91, 3.59, all P < 0.05). In groups B3 and C2, the image noise was remarkably increased, signal to noise ratio and contrast to noise ratio were remarkably decreased compared with those in the other groups. The effective radiation dose of arterial vessels in group B1 was 47% lower than that in group A1 and the effective radiation dose of arterial vessels in group C1 was 73% lower than that in group A1 ( F = 116.18, P < 0.001). The effective radiation dose of arterial vessels in group B2 was 49% lower than that in group A2, and the effective radiation dose of arterial vessels in group C2 was 66% lower than that in group A2 ( H = 35.40, P < 0.001). The effective radiation dose in group B3 was 35% lower than that in group A3 ( t = 3.59, P < 0.05). Conclusion:In CT angiography of the head and neck, the selection of tube voltage kV value is related to body weight. Tube voltage 80 kV is suitable for patients with a body weight < 70 kg, tube voltage 100 kV for patients with a body weight of 70-85 kg, and tube voltage 120 kV for patients with a body weight > 85 kg. These tube voltages can decrease effective radiation dose and ensure image quality, meeting the requirement for clinical diagnosis.

ABSTRACT

Laboratory diagnostics is an important discipline functioning as a bridge between basic and clinical medicine and it is closely associated with the diagnosis of clinical physician. But there are some problems in the laboratory diagnostic teaching including unreasonable curriculum standard, simple teaching method and unpractical theory. This paper explored and summarized the problems and the reform of laboratory diagnostics teaching mode for students of clinical medicine.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the common imaging characters of the human tissues such as tumors in MRI based on hysteromyoma in hope of getting the results that the same tissue has the same MR characters and identifying the common, comparatively steady MR figs sectional area which can provide related references for the computer-based automatic recognition orgnization and basis for the question such as whether the same MR figs has the same hyperacoustic impedance characters. Methods We analysed all the images with hysteromyoma on MRI T2 and got the rules on MR figs change with the application of the MRI image analysing software which specially designed by Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 for the research.Results(1)No significant difference was found in MR figs sectional area in the different periods of the same patient under the same MRI test condition.(2)No significant difference was found in MR figs sectional area in different patients under the same MRI test condition.(3)Significant difference was found in MR figs sectional area after the patient received the HIFU treatment under the same MRI test condition.Conclusion(1)Human tissues have some common MRI imaging characters in the same MRI test equipment under the same MRI test condition.(2)Imaging characters of the human body tissues in MRI can be altered after HIFU treatment.
