ABSTRACT
Objective To establish a UPLC-QQQ-MS/MS (ultra-high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass Spectrometry) method for simultaneous detemination of 8 terpenoids compounds in Tripterygium wilfordii suspension cells. Methods The separation and analysis were performed on Water HSS T3 C18, with 0. 1% acetic acid solution-acetonitrile as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃ with flow rate was 0.3 ml/min. The electrospray ionization (ESI) source was applied and operated in alternating positive and negative mode. Multi-reaction monitor (MRM) mode was used to quantify the 8 compounds. Results The limits of detection and limits of quantitation in 8 compounds (triptolide, triptonide, dehydroabietlc acid, triptophenolide, demethylzeylasteral, tripteridine, pristimerin, celastrol) were 0.0096-0.2480 ng and 0.0192-0.4960 ng, respectively. The correlation coefficents (r) of calibration curves were 0.9966-0.9993. The average recovery rates were 95.04%-105.20%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.14%-6.31%. Conclusions The established quantitative method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accuracy. It can be used for simultaneous analysis of 8 terpenoids compounds in Tripterygium wilfordii suspension cells by using UPLC-QQQ-MS/MS, which affords methodology evidence for research and quality control of Triptervgium wilfordii Hook. f. and its plant tissue cultures.
ABSTRACT
Objective To compare the effects of health education on fat intake behavior and its psychology in students with different BMI,provide evidence for improving individual healthy education. Methods A experimental epidemiology was used,Twenty-nine secondary school classes were randomly selected by multi-stage cluster sampling from two cities in Zhejiang province.Overweight or obesity group included all students who were judged overweight or obesity, normal group included students who were judged normal and basic matched by age, grade, sex and stage of baseline.Intervention based on transtheoretical mode was conducted on two groups and intervention results were measured by the adolescent fat intake behavior of psychological measurement scales (Chinese version).Chi-square tests,T-tests,non-parameters tests and binary logistic regression were performed for data analyses. Results Stage of students with overweight or obesity and with normal BMI all moved forward after intervention, while the proportion of stage advance for students with overweight or obesity was further than students with normal BMI.Change strategy(2.60±0.79),pros(3.58±0.90) and self-efficacy(3.01±0.72) of students with overweight or obesity better than students with normal BMI in baseline((2.34±0.86),(3.08±0.91),(2.79±0.81)) while difference was not significant after intervention.Logistic regression analysis discovered that the promotion of change strategy moved stage forward for students with normal BMI(OR=2.168,95% CI:1.560-3.014)and promotion of self-efficiency moved stage forward for students with overweight or obesity (OR=1.801,95% CI:1.026-3.159).Conclusion The intensity and duration of psychological intervention is essential to be reinforced for students with normal BMI,while for students with overweight and obesity, psychological intervention should be promoted in combination with social support.
ABSTRACT
Objective To compare the hemostatic efficacies of radial artery balloon and spinning hemostat in elderly patients after radial artery intervention. Methods Eighty elderly patients undergoing transradial coronary intervention were randomly divided into balloon and spinning hemostat groups, with 40 cases in each group. After operation, balloons and spinning hemostats were used for hemostasis, respectively. The two groups were compared in terms of hemostatic effect, comfort degree and incidence of complications. Results These was no difference in hemostatic effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The balloon hemostat group was better than the spinning hemostat in respect of comfort degree. The incidences of ischemia and vagal reflex in the balloon hemostat group were significantly lower than the spinning hemostat group(P<0.05).Conclusion The balloon hemostat for radial artery intervention is more suitable for elderly patients undergoing oral treatment.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the current formaldehyde pollution levels in the decoration materials in Beijing. Methods Some of the detecting samples were collectted selectively by sampling and some were provided by the manufacturers voluntarily. The contents of formaldehyde in the samples were determined according to the National Standard Detecting Method for the threshold of harmful substances in decoration materials. Results The emission levels of formaldehyde in 15 of 27 man-made board samples were higher than 1.5 mg/L and the rate exceeding the national standard was 56%. The formaldehyde emission level from 1 of the 4 wall-dope samples was higher than the national standard. In 7 gooey samples, the content of formaldehyde in 1 sample was higher than the national standard. The detecting results of 3 wallpaper samples were all accorded with the national hygienic standard. Conclusion The results of this investigation indicated that some problems did exist in the current decoration materials made in our country. The relatively serious problem among them was that the emission level of formaldehyde from the man-made boards and its related products was much higher than the national standard.
ABSTRACT
Objective To research the optimal test condition for determining TVOC in air based on GB 50325-2001 Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering. Methods Seven kinds of standard gas (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, p-dimethylbenzene, m-dimethylbenzene, ethenylbenzene and o-dimethylbenzene) were injected into Tenax-TA sampling tube, then heated for different time and pyrolyzed for different time. Results Tenax-TA sampling tube was heated for 30 seconds and pyrolyzed for 90 seconds. The recovery rate of seven kinds of compounds was more than 90%. Relative standard deviation was less than 10%. Conclusion The optimal test condition for determining TVOC in air has been presented in this paper. The precision and sample recovery rate will meet the requirement of indoor air quality standard annex A Indoor Air Monitoring Technology.
