ABSTRACT
Objective To analyze the pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis(PDAP),and provide a clinical reference for the rational use of antibiotics. Methods The demographic data of PDAP patients admitted to the peritoneal dialysis(PD)Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from July 1,2015 to December 30,2021 were collected, and the pathogens, drug resistance and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 150 episodes of PDAP occurred in 92 patients. The positive rate of PD fluid culture was 61.33%,including 65 cases(70.65%)of Gram-positive(G+)bacteria,mainly Staphylococcus and Streptococcus.Gram-negative(G-)bacteria were in 16 cases(17.39%),mainly Escherichia coli and Enterobacter cloacae. There were 11 cases(11.96%)of multiple infections, including 5 cases of combined fungal infection. From 2016 to 2021,the incidence of G+bacteria-related PDAP decreased from 14 to 8 cases.G+strains were resistant to methicillin(35.00%),and were sensitive to linezolid(100.00%),teicoplanin(100.00%)and rifampicin(100.00%).The sensitivity rate to vancomycin was 98.59%.G-strains were sensitive to ceftazidime(86.36%),ceftizoxime(88.89%)and amikacin(100.00%).The MIC of vancomycin against Staphylococcus showed an upward trend in 2019-2021.The overall cure rate of PDAP was 81.33%in patients who responded to antibiotic treatment, and the cure rate of G+bacteria was higher than that of multiple infections(89.23%vs.36.36%,P<0.01).The outcome of patients with multiple infections, especially those with concurrent fungal infection was poor. Conclusion The incidence of PDAP in the PD center has shown a decreasing trend in recent years.G+bacteria are still the main pathogenic bacteria causing PDAP,and they are highly resistant to methicillin,so vancomycin should be used as empirical therapy. For G-bacteria,cefotaxime and amikacin can be chosen as empirical therapy. There is a drift in the MIC values of vancomycin against Staphylococcus in the study period,so it is necessary to monitor the MIC of vancomycin against Staphylococcus and its changing trend.
ABSTRACT
Objective To construct reference ranges of cardiac size and morphologic parameters in low-risk fetuses at 28-39 gestational weeks using two-dimensional speckle tracking technique. Methods A prospective collection of 453 low-risk singleton pregnancies with echocardiography at Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Fudan University was used to assess the size(length, width, and area)and morphology(sphericity index,i.e.,the ratio of length to width)of the fetal four-chamber view and two ventricles using two-dimensional speckle tracking technique.Repeated inter-and intra-observer agreement of measurements was assessed using the intraclass correlation coefficients(ICCs).Statistical analysis of cardiac measurement parameters was performed to establish reference ranges of values for cardiac size and morphology in low-risk fetuses. Results The inter-and intra-group ICCs for reproducibility tests of fetal cardiac parameters measurements were 0.691 to 0.980.Fetal four-chamber view and ventricular size increased with gestational week(all P<0.001),the end-diastolic length of the left ventricle was larger than that of the right ventricle, and the end-diastolic diameter was smaller than that of the right ventricle(both P<0.001),while there was no significant difference in the end-diastolic area of the two ventricles(P= 0.050).The spherical index of four-chamber view did not correlate with gestational week(P=0.811).The sphericity index of the basal and intermediate segments of the left ventricle was greater than that of the right ventricle, and the sphericity index of the apical segment was less than that of the right ventricle, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Conclusion The two-dimensional speckle tracking technique for measuring fetal cardiac parameters has good reproducibility. The reference ranges for cardiac size and morphology in low-risk fetuses developed in this study will be useful for prenatal evaluation of cardiac remodeling.
ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND@#Craniomaxillofacial tissue defects are clinical defects involving craniomaxillofacial and oral soft and hard tissues. They are characterized by defect-shaped irregularities, bacterial and inflammatory environments, and the need for functional recovery.Conventional clinical treatments are currently unable to achieve regeneration of high-quality oral craniomaxillofacial tissue. As a natural biomaterial, silk fibroin (SF) has been widely studied in biomedicine and has broad prospects for use in tissue regeneration.Hydrogels made of SF showed excellent water retention, biocompatibility, safety and the ability to combine with other materials. @*METHODS@#To gain an in-depth understanding of the current development of SF, this article reviews the structure, preparation and application prospects in oral and craniomaxillofacial tissue regenerative medicine. It first briefly introduces the structure of SF and then summarizes the principles, advantages and disadvantages of the different cross-linking methods (physical cross-linking, chemical cross-linking and double network structure) of SF. Finally, the existing research on the use of SF in tissue engineering and the prospects of using SF with different cross-linking methods in oral and craniomaxillofacial tissue regeneration are also discussed. @*CONCLUSIONS@#This review is intended to show the advantages of SF hydrogels in tissue engineering and provides theoretical support for establishing novel and viable silk protein hydrogels for regeneration.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the current situation of binary coping in patients with perimenopausal syndrome and analyze its influencing factors, in order to provide a basis for improving the level of binary coping. Methods:Using convenience sampling method, a total of 210 patients with perimenopausal syndrome and their spouses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were cross-sectional surveyed by a general data questionnaire, the Binary Coping Scale, and the Modified Kupperman Score Scale. The influencing factors of binary coping level in patients with perimenopausal syndrome were explored by univariate analysis and variance decomposition model analysis. Results:A total of 200 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The patients aged (50.52 ± 2.89) years old. The binary coping score was (79.64 ± 22.74) points. The variance decomposition model analysis showed that marriage age, type of medical insurance, number of children, education level, family monthly income, spouse′s education level, presence of major comorbidities in spouse, modified Kupperman score, presence of generalized anxiety in spouse were the main influencing factors of binary coping in patients with perimenopausal syndrome (all P<0.05). Conclusions:The binary coping scores of patients with perimenopausal syndrome are lower than normal, and considering the influence and involvement of patients' spouses, nursing staff should pay special attention to patients who are married relatively early, have more children, have lower education levels, and have lower family monthly incomes. Additionally, attention should be given to spouses who experience widespread anxiety, have a lower level of education, and suffer from major chronic diseases. By developing and implementing comprehensive intervention measures aimed at improving the Kupperman score and the level of binary coping, both parties can be encouraged to support each other more effectively, thereby improving the marital relationships of patients during the perimenopausal period.
ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND:In the construction of guided bone regeneration membrane with biological function,a single material cannot meet the clinical needs due to its insufficient function,so the composite of multiple materials has become a trend of tissue repair engineering. OBJECTIVE:To prepare silk fibroin/bioactive glass composite fiber membranes by electrospinning technology, and to characterize the physicochemical properties and biocompatibility in vitro. METHODS:The solution of electrospinning was prepared by dissolving 0.8 g silk fibroin protein in 10 mL hexafluoro-isopropanol alcohol, and the nanofiber membrane of silk fibroin protein was prepared by electrospinning technology(denoted as SF fiber membrane).0.1,0.3,0.5,and 0.8 g of bioactive glass were added to the electrospinning solution, and the silk fibroin/bioactive glass composite fiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning technology(recorded as SF/1BG,SF/3BG,SF/5BG,and SF/8BG fiber membrane in turn). The physicochemical properties and biocompatibility of five groups of fiber membranes were characterized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The scanning electron microscopy results showed that nanofibers of the prepared composite membrane were smooth, continuous and uniform and had no beaded structure. There was no obvious adhesion between the silk fibers, and they all showed random arrangement of disordered porous structures. The fiber diameter of the fiber membrane decreased after the addition of bioactive glass.Fourier infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction detection results showed that the chemical structure of silk fibroin protein and bioactive glass in fiber membrane was stable. The water contact angles of SF,SF/1BG,SF/3BG,SF/5BG,and SF/8BG were 105.02°,72.58°,78.13°,79.35°,and 72.50°,respectively.(2)Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were inoculated on five groups of fiber membranes.CCK-8 assay results showed that SF/1BG,SF/3BG,and SF/5BG fiber membranes could promote the proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells compared with SF and SF/8BG.Live cell/dead cell staining showed that the cell vitality on the surface of the five groups of fiber membranes was better, and the number and distribution of cells on the surface of SF/5BG fiber membrane were more uniform.Rhodamine phalloidin staining and scanning electron microscopy exhibited that compared with SF fiber membrane, the SF/5BG fiber membrane was more favorable to the adhesion of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were inoculated on the fiber membrane of the five groups for osteogenic induction differentiation, and the alkaline phosphatase activity of the SF/3BG and SF/5BG groups was higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001).Alizarin red staining showed that the formation of calcium nodules in fiber membrane increased after the addition of bioactive glass, and the formation of calcium nodules in the SF/5BG group was the most.(3)The results show that silk fibroin/bioactive glass composite fiber membrane has good biosafety and biocompatibility.

ABSTRACT
Acupuncture, a therapeutic treatment defined as the insertion of needles into the body at specific points (ie, acupoints), has growing in popularity world-wide to treat various diseases effectively, especially acute and chronic pain. In parallel, interest in the physiological mechanisms underlying acupuncture analgesia, particularly the neural mechanisms have been increasing. Over the past decades, our understanding of how the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system process signals induced by acupuncture has developed rapidly by using electrophysiological methods. However, with the development of neuroscience, electrophysiology is being challenged by calcium imaging in view field, neuron population and visualization in vivo. Owing to the outstanding spatial resolution, the novel imaging approaches provide opportunities to enrich our knowledge about the neurophysiological mechanisms of acupuncture analgesia at subcellular, cellular, and circuit levels in combination with new labeling, genetic and circuit tracing techniques. Therefore, this review will introduce the principle and the method of calcium imaging applied to acupuncture research. We will also review the current findings in pain research using calcium imaging from in vitro to in vivo experiments and discuss the potential methodological considerations in studying acupuncture analgesia.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between thyroid tumor volume ratio to lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).Methods:The ratio of thyroid tumors volume to resected thyroid volume was measured by imaging methods before surgery, and the correlation between volume ratio and other clinicopathological features and lymph node metastasis in 134 patients with single focal PTC was analyzed. Results:The number of lymph node metastases was associated with age <45 years and invasion of the capsule ( r<0.300, P<0.05), and weakly correlated with gender, maximum tumor diameter, tumor volume and volume ratio. Among them, the correlation between patho-volume ratio was strongest ( r=0.379, P<0.001). Male genter was an independent risk factor for central cervical lymph node metastasis (χ 2=13.597 P<0.05). The co-predictions of sex and volume ratio was AUC=0.760, sensitivity=0.574 and specificity=0.818. Conclusion:Compared to the maximum diameter of tumors, the volume ratio in papillary thyroid carcinoma better predicts the metastasis of lymph nodes of papillary thyroid carcinoma in the central region.
ABSTRACT
@#Endovascular therapy (EVT) can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with acute large artery occlusion (LAO), but still half of the patients cannot achieve functional independence. Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) is a non-invasive, convenient, and highly reproducible means of cerebral hemodynamic examination. Recent studies have shown that TCD monitoring of hemodynamics is of value in predicting the occurrence of cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome in patients with acute anterior circulationLAO, monitoring vascular recanalization, vasospasm, cerebral autoregulation, and collateral circulation, and assessing long-term prognosis to improve clinical therapeutic strategies. This review focuses on the application of TCD in cerebral hemodynamic monitoring after EVT in patients with LAO.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To optimize the different salt preparation processes of salt-processed Psoraleae Fructus and compare the differences among different salt products.Methods:Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) characteristic chromatogram of Psoraleae Fructus was established. By using the comprehensive scoring method, the total content of psoralen and isopsoralen and the peak area of the characteristic chromatogram were used as the evaluation index to optimize the four different processing technologies, including "stir-frying with salt-water", "steaming with salt-water", "spraying with salt-water" and "microwaving with salt-water". Meanwhile, entropy weight TOPSIS method, clustering analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA) and other chemical pattern recognition methods were used to compare the quality difference of different salt-processed Psoraleae Fructus. Results:The optimized "stir-frying with salt-water" process of salt-processed Psoralea Fructus was 170 ℃ for 13 min, "steaming with salt-water" process for 1 h, "spraying with salt-water" process for 110 ℃ for 13 min and "microwaving with salt-water" process for 105 s microwave heating. TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation results of entropy weight showed that the quality of different salt products of Psoraleae Fructus ranked as product of stir-frying with salt-water > product of stir-frying with green salt-water > product of spraying with salt-water > product of microwaving with salt-water > product of steaming with salt-water; HCA results showed that different salt products of Psoraleae Fructus could be polymerized into two categories, between which product of stir-frying with salt-water and product of stir-frying with green salt-water were polymerized into one category; product of spraying with salt-water, product of microwaving with salt-water and product of steaming with salt-water were another category; the results of PCA showed that different salt products of Psoraleae Fructus could be clustered into 4 categories, among which product of stir-frying with salt-water, product of stir-frying with green salt-water and product of spraying with salt-water were clustered into the same category respectively, and product of microwaving with salt-water and product of steaming with salt-water were clustered into the same category. Conclusion:The chemical composition of Psoraleae Fructus processed by different salting methods is different. The results of this study can provide reference for processing optimization of salt-processed Psoraleae Fructus and identification of different salt products.

ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the potential mechanisms of anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) in modulating pain behavior and anxiety-like behavior of rats with chronic non-specific low back pain induced by nerve growth factor (NGF).Methods:Ninety-six male SPF grade SD rats aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into four groups according the random number table method: control group, model group, control+ D-2-amino-5-phosphonopentanoate (D-AP5) group (control+ D-AP5 group) and model+ D-AP5 group, with 24 rats in each group.Low back pain model of rat was established by injection of NGF into multifidus muscle (left side) of the low backs of rats(two times with a five-day interval). Five days after modeling, rats in model+ D-AP5 group and control+ D-AP5 group were injected with the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist D-AP5(2 μg, 0.3 μL) at the right side of the ACC once a day for consecutive 3 days, and rats in control group and model group were injected with the same amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Seven days after modeling, the pain threshold of rats was evaluated by mechanical stimulation test and hot and cold plate test. The anxiety-like behavior was tested by open field test. The density of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) positive cells and c-Fos(a kind of immediate early gene) positive cells of the spinal cord were observed by immunofluorescence. The expression of GFAP, c-Fos, phosphorylated-c-Jun N-terminal kinases (p-JNK), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), and chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL-1) proteins in the L2 segment of the spinal cord were detected by Western blot. SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis. One-way ANOVA was used to analyze normal distribution measurement data for comparison among multiple groups, and Tukey test was used for further pairwise comparisons. The Kruakal-Wallis H test was used for non-normal distribution measurement data, and Mann-Whitney U test was used for further pairwise comparisons with Bonferroni-corrected P-values. Results:In the experiments measuring pressure pain threshold (PPT) and paw withdrawal threshold (PWT), there were statistically significant differences in the PPT and PWT of rats among the four groups ( F=53.498, 41.939, both P<0.001). Seven days after modeling, PPT ((418.5±46.9) g) and PWT ( (55.6±7.1) g) in the ipsilateral side of the rats in model+ D-AP5 group were higher than those in model group ((290.0±32.0) g, (30.5±7.5) g) (both P<0.001). In the open field test, there were statistically significant differences in percentage of the inner zone distance ( H=11.922, P<0.01) and the percentage of inner zone time ( H=21.614, P<0.001) of rats among the four groups. The percentage of inner zone time in model+ D-AP5 group was higher than that in model group (5.6(4.3, 7.9) %, 3.1(2.1, 3.8) %) ( P<0.01). The results of immunofluorescence showed that there were statistically significant differences in the density of GFAP positive cells and c-Fos positive cells at the ipsilateral side of the superficial laminae of rats among the four groups ( H=49.085, F=18.120, both P<0.001). The density of GFAP positive cells (34.3(21.1, 47.5) cells/mm 2) and c-Fos positive cells ((52.7±39.4) cells/mm 2) at the ipsilateral side of the superficial laminae in model+ D-AP5 group were less than those in model group (76.5(68.6, 94.9) cells/mm 2, (112.4±63.7) cells/mm 2) (both P<0.001). The Western blot results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the protein expression of GFAP, c-Fos, p-JNK, MCP-1 and CXCL-1 in the L2 segment of rats among the four groups ( F=49.413, 38.437, 41.867, 36.735, 130.951, all P<0.001). The protein expression of GFAP (1.7±0.5), c-Fos (1.1±0.1), p-JNK (1.7±0.3), MCP-1 (1.0±0.4) and CXCL-1 (0.8±0.1) in the L2 segment in model+ D-AP5 group were lower than those in model group ((4.3±0.7), (2.6±0.5), (2.8±0.4), (2.9±0.4), (3.5±0.4)) (all P<0.01). Conclusion:ACC modulates mechanical hyperalgesia and anxiety-like behavior in chronic non-specific low back pain rats, which might be associated with the involvement of spinal astrocytes, p-JNK signal pathway and chemokines such as MCP-1 and CXCL-1.

Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of ionizing radiation on ferroptosis in mouse hepatocytes.Methods:Twenty-four C57BL/6J mice were divided into two groups by random number table method: healthy control group (control group, n=6) and irradiation group (whole liver was irradiated with a single dose of 30 Gy X-ray, n=18). Mice were sacrificed at 6, 24 and 72 h (6 mice per time point) after irradiation to obtain liver tissue and plasma samples. The contents of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in plasma were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. Pathological changes of liver tissues were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. The iron deposition in liver tissues was detected by Prussian blue staining. The expression levels of 4-Hydroxynonenal (4HNE) and hepcidin in the liver were determined by immunohistochemical staining, and quantitative analysis was performed. Plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and glutathione (GSH) content were determined by microplate reader analysis according to the kit instructions. The expression levels of transferrin receptor 1 (TfR1), p53, solute carrier family 7 member 11 (SLC7A11) and glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) in the liver were measured by Western blot. Results:Compared with the control group, the plasma contents of ALT ( t=5.15, 5.47, both P<0.001) , AST at 6 and 24 h after irradiation were increased ( t=8.42, 2.50, both P<0.001), the plasma PT was prolonged ( t=3.12, P=0.011) and the APTT was shortened ( t=3.26, P=0.009) at 72 h after radiation in the irradiation group. Histopathological results showed that evident liver edema was observed at 6, 24 and 72 h after irradiation ( t=9.58, 10.09, 18.70, all P<0.001). Different degrees of iron deposition were observed ( t=8.57, 15.31, 32.11, all P<0.001). The infiltration of hepcidin positive cells was significantly increased after irradiation ( t=5.36, 13.17, 17.11, all P<0.001). The number of 4HNE positive cells was significantly increased ( t=18.86, 22.67, 9.12, all P<0.001). At the same time, ionizing radiation induced a significant increase in plasma MDA content ( t=4.36, 7.47, 8.22, all P<0.001), and a decrease in SOD ( t=4.52, 5.80, 7.60, all P<0.001), T-AOC ( t=13.24, 20.49, 24.96, all P<0.001) and GSH ( t=2.78, 6.07, 11.25, P=0.020, <0.001, <0.001), respectively. The expression level of TfR1 protein was significantly up-regulated ( t=3.46, 5.40, P=0.026, 0.006), whereas that of GPX4 protein was significantly down-regulated ( t=11.88, 30.63, both P<0.001) at 24 and 72 h after irradiation. At 6, 24 and 72 h after irradiation, the expression level of p53 protein was significantly up-regulated and maintained at a high level ( t=7.84, 4.25, 8.22, P=0.001, 0.013, 0.001), while that of SLC7A11 protein was significantly down-regulated ( t=9.29, 19.96, 9.09, all P<0.001). Conclusion:Ionizing radiation induces the ferroptosis in hepatocytes, and its mechanism may be related to the activation of p53-SLC7A11-GPX4 pathway.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To identify the prevalence of pulmonary micro nodule (PMN) in osteosarcoma, investigate radiologic features of progressive PMN, and provide evidence for early diagnosis of pulmonary metastasis of osteosarcoma. Methods:Electronic articles published in PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science and the Cochrane Library databases between January 1, 2000, and September 1, 2022, were searched and critically evaluated. The authors independently reviewed the abstracts and extracted data on the prevalence of PMN in osteosarcoma and radiologic features of progressive PMN. Seven high quality studies were finally included in the meta-analysis with evidence level III.Results:The pooled prevalence of PMN in osteosarcoma was 36.0%, 95% CI (14.6%, 57.3%). The pooled progressive rate of PMN was 52.5%, 95% CI (37.7%, 67.2%). As for a specific PMN, it was more likely to progress which had a larger Dmax, HR=2.40, 95% CI (1.06, 5.42), P=0.035. No significant difference was found in number, component, and border. Conclusion:PMN is quite common in patients with osteosarcoma. About half of the patients suffered the progression of PMN, and it is related to several risk factors.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the genomic manifestation and pathogenesis of osteosarcoma with different relapse pattens, which were respectively initially presented with bone metastasis or pulmonary metastasis. Methods:From May 1, 2021 to October 1, 2021, 38 fresh tumor specimens and some paraffin-embedded specimens of high-grade osteosarcoma were collected in Peking University People's Hospital, including 29 males and 9 females, aged 19.6±2.2 years (range, 6-61 years). Among the 38 cases, 12 cases had initial bone metastasis (group A) and 26 cases had initial lung metastasis (group B), of which 15 cases (40%, 15/38) had paired specimens of primary and metastatic lesions. Based on Illumina NovaSeq 6000, we analyzed whole-exome sequencing (WES) as well as transcriptome for osteosarcoma with paired samples in different relapse patterns. During all their treatment courses, we also collected their paired samples to reveal these tumors' evolution. We sought to redefine disease subclassifications for osteosarcoma based on genetic alterations and correlate these genetic profiles with clinical treatment courses to elucidate potential evolving cladograms. Results:We found that osteosarcoma in group A mainly carried single-nucleotide variations (83%, 10/12), displaying higher tumor mutation burden [4.9 (2.8, 12.0) & 2.4 (1.4, 4.5), P=0.010] and neoantigen load [743.0 (316.5, 1,034.5) & 128.5 (49.0, 200.5), P=0.003], while those in group B mainly exhibit structural variants (58%, 15/26). The mutation spectrum showed that there was a significant difference in age-related gene imprinting 1 between the bone metastasis group and the lung metastasis group ( P=0.005). Samples were randomly selected from group A (3 patients) to investigate immunologic landscape by multiplex immunohistochemistry, from which we noticed tertiary lymphatic structure from one patient from group A. High conservation of reported genetic sequencing over time was found in their evolving cladograms. Conclusion:Osteosarcoma with mainly single-nucleotide variations other than structural variants might exhibit biological behavior predisposing toward bone metastases with older in age as well as better immunogenicity in tumor microenvironment.
ABSTRACT

The fingerprints of grass, stem, leaf and spike of Plantaginis Herba calibrated for 22, 10, 16 and 22 common peaks, and the fingerprints of commercial mixed plantain calibrated for 23 common peaks. 10 peaks were identified. The analysis of variance showed that there were differences in chromatographic peak areas between different parts of Plantago asiatica L. and Plantago depressa Willd.. And combinedede with PLS-DA, it showed that there were 16 important characteristic indexes in the classification, and the importance ranking was peak 3, 8, 28, 12, 14, 7, 5, 17, 6, 19, 23, 11, 22, 27, 9, 16. The quality evaluation results of critical method combined with grey correlation degree showed that among Plantago depressa Willd., Plantago asiatica L. and commercial mixed plantain herbs, the quality of Plantago asiatica L. was the best. Conclusion:The mixture of plantain exists in the market. The fingerprints established in this study can be used for the identification and quality evaluation of Plantaginis Herba from different sources.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To study the clinical application of hanging moxibustion in intervention of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity after intertrochanteric fracture of femur, in order to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of suspension moxibustion. Methods:By adopting a controlled clinical trial method, a total of 100 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture who came to Keqiao District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province for orthopaedic surgery from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected by convenient sampling method and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention of hanging moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The changes of coagulation function indexes, hemorheology indexes, hemodynamics, the swelling degree score of the affected limb, and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of the affected limb pain in the two groups of patients with intertrochanteric fracture before and 14 days after the intervention, and the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in the two groups after 1 d, 3 d, 7 d, and 14 d of intervention were observed and recorded. Results:After 14 days of intervention, D-dimer, fibrinogen and prothrombin time in the observation group were (380.64 ± 41.78) μg/L, (4.51 ± 0.49) g/L and (10.46 ± 1.04) s, respectively, which were better than those in the control group (464.91 ± 46.81) μg/L, (4.82 ± 0.56) g/L and (12.85 ± 1.12) s with statistical difference ( t=9.50, 2.95, 11.06, all P<0.05). After 14 days of intervention, the whole blood low tangential viscosity, whole blood high tangential viscosity and plasma viscosity in the observation group were (8.34 ± 0.42), (3.72 ± 0.28) and (1.21 ± 0.18) mPa/s, respectively, which were significantly lower than (8.90 ± 0.46), (4.13 ± 0.26) and (1.53 ± 0.22) mPa/s in the control group ( t=6.36, 7.59, 7.96, all P<0.05). After 14 days of intervention, the postoperative blood flow, maximum blood flow velocity and average blood flow velocity in the observation group were (1.89 ± 0.26) L/min, (31.57 ± 3.29) cm/s, (34.41 ± 3.62) cm/s, which were significantly higher than (1.45 ± 0.21) L/min, (24.18 ± 2.85) cm/s, (27.96 ± 3.15) cm/s in the control group ( t=9.31, 12.01, 9.50, all P<0.05). After 14 days of intervention, the total incidence of lower limb DVT in the observation group was 2.00%(1/50) , lower than 24.00%(12/50) in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant ( χ2=10.70, P<0.05). Conclusions:Suspended moxibustion can significantly improve the coagulation function, hemorheology, hemodynamics, swelling and pain of the affected limb in patients with postoperative intertrochanteric fracture of the femur, and reduce the occurrence of DVT in the lower extremity. It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
