ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the effect and indications of pedicled myocutaneous flap and modified Masquelet technique in the repair of diabetic soft tissue and tibial bone defects.Methods:From January, 2017 to October, 2019, data of surgical treatment of 20 patients with diabetic soft tissue and tibial bone defects were retrospectively studied. The detects were repaired by the pedicled myocutaneous flap combined with modified Masquelet technique. There were 13 males and 7 females aged 40 to 65(average 51) years old. Preoperative ultrasound and CTA had confirmed that there was no occlusion in anterior and posterior tibial arteries. After debridement, the bone defect was 4-9 cm in length and the soft tissue defect was 3 cm×6 cm to 7 cm×10 cm. The initial antibiotic loaded bone cement filling of the bone and soft tissue defects was carried out. Then at 7-10 days later, had the bone cement placed earlier removed the remaining spaces of bone defect were again filled by antibiotic loaded bone cement. Meanwhile, the pedicled myocutaneous flap was transferred to repair the wound. The second stage of Masquelet technique was performed later, with an interval of 8-12(mean 9) weeks. The healing of wound and bone defect, and the complications were recorded. At 12 months after the surgery, the healing and appearance of the flap were evaluated by the standard proposed by Zhang Hao, and the functional recovery of the adjacent joint was evaluated by Johner-Wruhs standard. The treatment was considered successful when the symptoms were disappeared and no recurrence occurred.Results:All patients entered 13 to 28 months of follow-up, 20 months in average. The healing time for bone defect was 6-11 (average 9.0) months. All myocutaneous flaps survived with 18 flaps healed in the stage one and 2 delayed healing. Nine flaps appeared almost normal and 11 shown bloating. Seventeen flaps were found with partial sensation and 3 without sensation at all. The temperature of 7 flaps was found normal and 13 were slightly lower. Fourteen donor site scars were mild and 6 were obvious. The overall curative effect was satisfactory. Two patients had recurred infection. The rates of excellent and good functional recovery, infection control and success of treatment were at 90%(18/20) for each.Conclusion:Pedicled myocutaneous flap combined with modified Masquelet technique can repair diabetic soft tissue and tibial bone defects. It has a good therapeutic effect for short and medium terms.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the clinical features of tuberculous peritonitis (TBP).Methods:The clinical data of 252 TBP patients admitted to three hospitals in Wuhu area from January 2014 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical characteristics of TBP patients of different genders and ages were compared. SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:Among 252 TBP patients, 130 were males (51.6%) and 122 were females (48.4%). History of abdominal surgery, abdominal masses, reproductive disorders, genital tuberculosis, and delay in diagnosis were more common in female patients (all P<0.01); while fever, cough/sputum expectoration, intestinal tuberculosis and active tuberculosis were more common in male patients (all P<0.01). The proportion of adenosine deaminase in ascites (ADA) ≥35 U/L, strong positive tuberculin test or T-cell spot test in middle-aged and elderly patients was lower than that in young patients ( P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between different genders. Compared with young patients, middle-aged and elderly patients had a low complete response rate, a high proportion of irregular medications, a high incidence of gastrointestinal reactions, liver damage and overall adverse reactions (all P<0.05). Conclusion:Female patients with TBP have fewer symptoms of systemic tuberculosis and high rate of delay in diagnosis, and are prone to complicated with reproductive tuberculosis. In middle-aged and elderly patients with TBP, the sensitivity of ADA and tuberculosis tests is decreased, and the anti-tuberculosis therapy is less effective. The study indicates that the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TBP should be optimized based on the gender and age of patients.

ABSTRACT

The protection of language function is one of the major challenges of brain surgery. Over the past century, neurosurgeons have attempted to seek the optimal strategy for the preoperative and intraoperative identification of language-related brain regions. Neurosurgeons have investigated the neural mechanism of language, developed neurolinguistics theory, and provided unique evidence to further understand the neural basis of language functions by using intraoperative cortical and subcortical electrical stimulation. With the emergence of modern neuroscience techniques and dramatic advances in language models over the last 25 years, novel language mapping methods have been applied in the neurosurgical practice to help neurosurgeons protect the brain and reduce morbidity. The rapid advancements in brain-computer interface have provided the perfect platform for the combination of neurosurgery and neurolinguistics. In this review, the history of neurolinguistics models, advancements in modern technology, role of neurosurgery in language mapping, and modern language mapping methods (including noninvasive neuroimaging techniques and invasive cortical electroencephalogram) are presented.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect of different concentration of piperlongumine on the growth of lung cancer cells, and further study the effect of piperlongumine on the apoptosis and pyroptosis of NCI-H460 cancer cells by increasing ROS, and elucidate its new anti-tumor mechanism. METHODS: NCI-H460 lung cancer cells were cultured by conventional method, the control group and different concentration of piperlongumine treatment group were set up. MTT assay was used to evaluate the activity of NCI-H460 lung cancer cells, and cell colony assay was performed for the effect of colony formation of NCI-H460 cells. The NCI-H460 cells apoptosis and the growth inhibition of NCI-H460 cells via promotion of ROS levels were evaluated by flow cytometry, respectively. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and caspase-3 proteins after treated with piperlongumine. The effect of piperlongumine on the ROS-based NCI-H460 lung cells pyroptosis was confirmed by microscopic imaging. At the same time, the effect of ROS on apoptosis-related protein GSDME was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS: Piperlongumine inhibited lung cancer cells in a concentration dependent manner, with the IC50 value on NCI-H460 lung cancer of 13.1 μmol.L-1. Piperlongumine restrained the NCI-H460 colony formation in a concentration-dependent pattern and promoted NCI-H460 apoptosis. Piperlongumine promoted the expression of the pro-apoptotic proteins Bax and Cle-caspase-3, and inhibited the expression of the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 in a concentration-dependent manner. Piperlongumine induced NCI-H460 cells apoptosis and pyroptosis by increasing intracellular ROS content, and ROS increased GSDME-N protein expression. CONCLUSION: Piperlongumine inhibits the growth of lung cancer cells, and induces apoptosis and pyroptosis of NCI-H460 cancer cells by promoting the levels of intracellular ROS.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the health literacy level and health related behavior of high school students in Xuhui District of Shanghai, and to provide basis for health literacy intervention. Methods Using qualitative and quantitative methods, the quantitative part adopted the multi-stage stratified sampling method.A total of 355 aged 15-18 from senior high schools in Xuhui District were selected for face-to-face survey.The qualitative part adopted the form of group interviews, and 20 students from two senior high schools in Xuhui District were selected for interviews. Results The health literacy level of high school students in Xuhui District was 27.32%, which was lower than that of adults in the same period.Among the three dimensions, the level of basic knowledge and concept literacy was the highest, followed by the level of health basic skills literacy, the level of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy was the lowest; among the six types of health problems, the level of infectious disease prevention literacy and basic medical literacy was at a low level.Statistical analysis of the correct answer rate showed that the answer rate of various questions in the health literacy survey was quite different.Further analysis of the health-related behavioral characteristics of high school students showed that most students had correct health concept and awareness of health change, but they encountered resistance in the process of knowledge transformation into action, which mainly came from academic burden, school education, peer influence and so on.The main channels for high school students to obtain health-related information were classroom, parents, school and various media.They had a high degree of trust in medical professionals and encountered difficulties in seeking health information. Conclusion The health literacy level of senior high school students in Xuhui District of Shanghai needs to be improved.We should explore a health intervention model more suitable for the behavioral characteristics of this group weak links in their health literacy.

ABSTRACT

This retrospective study aims to demonstrate the effect of antitubercular treatment (ATT) on the pregnancy outcomes and prognoses of patients with genital tuberculosis (GTB) who had received laparoscopy and/or hysteroscopy. This study included 78 patients with infertility and who were diagnosed with GTB through laparoscopy and/or hysteroscopy over the period of November 2005 to October 2015. The recruited patients were divided into ATT and nonATT groups on the basis of ATT duration. The GTB recurrence rates, menstrual patterns, and pregnancy outcomes of the patients were determined at follow-up. Among the 78 patients, 46 received ATT and 32 did not receive ATT. The menstrual volumes of patients in the ATT group significantly decreased relative to those of patients in the nonATT group. GTB did not recur among all patients regardless of treatment. A total of 11 pregnancies (36.7%) in the ATT group and 19 pregnancies (63.3%) in the nonATT group were observed. Pregnancy rates significantly differed (P = 0.002) between the two groups. ATT may decrease the menstrual volume and pregnancy rates of patients who were diagnosed with GTB through laparoscopy and/or hysteroscopy. In addition, ATT did not improve the prognosis of patients with chronic GTB.

Objective@#To explore the effect of anxiety, depression, perceived social support on maternal-fetal attachment (MFA) in women during late pregnancy.@*Method@#A sample of 207 cases of women during late pregnancy was assessed with Maternal Antenatal Attachment Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale.@*Results@#Anxiety and depression scores were negatively correlated with MFA scores (r=-0.401,-0.416, P<0.01); perceived social support scores were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression (r=-0.233,-0.362, P<0.01), but positively correlated with MFA scores (r=0.200, P<0.01). The interactive effects of anxiety×perceived social support and depression × perceived social support on MFA were significant(β=0.196、0.204, P<0.01).@*Conclusion@#Perceived social support played a moderating role between negative emotion and MFA.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To discuss the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsules on cardiac function, myocardial fibrosis and ventricular remodeling of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Method:One hundred and seven patients were randomly divided into control group (53 cases) and observation group (54 cases) by random number table. Patients in control group got metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablet, 47.5 mg/time, 1 time/day, sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets, 50 mg/time, 1 time/day, hydrochlorothiazide tablets, 20 mg/time, 1 time/day, and spironolactone tablets, 20 mg/time, 1 time/day. In addition to the therapy of control group, patients in observation group were also given Qili Qiangxin capsules, 4 granules/time, 3 times/days. A course of treatment was 6 months. Before and after treatment, levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), interventricular septal thickness (IVST), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT), left ventricular myocardial mass (LVM) and left ventricular myocardial mass index (LVMI) were recorded by echocardiography. The classification of cardiac function was recorded by New York College of Cardiology (NYHA). Lee's heart failure and Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were scored. And levels of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), soluble ST2 (sST2), galectin-3 (galectin-3), angiotensin-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ), matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), MMP-9, matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1 (TIMP-1), type I procollagen carboxy-terminal peptide (PIP) and type I collagen carboxy-terminal cross-linking peptide (CITP) were detected. Result:After treatment, levels of LVEDd, LVESD, IVST, LVPWT, LVM and LVMI were lower than those in control group (PPZ=2.031, PPPConclusion:In addition to the routine western medicine, Qili Qiangxin capsules can relieve clinical symptoms, degree of heart failure of DCM patients and ventricular remodeling, ameliorate heart function, regulate levels of sST2, galectin-3, MMPs and Ang-Ⅱ, inhibit myocardial fibrosis, and delay heart failure.

Objective@#To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker for nine effective constituents in Chenxiang-Huaqi tablets.@*Methods@#Using HPLC method, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.2% physcion acid in gradient elution program, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm for liquiritin, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone, and 283 nm for narirutin, naringin, hesperidin and neohesperidin, and 310 nm for pogostone. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Using Hesperidin as the internal standard, the relative correction factors among liquiritin, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, costunolide, dehydrocostus lactone, narirutin, naringin, neohesperidin, pogostone were detected by QAMS and their contents were calculated. The content difference of the above nine components with the external standard method were compared.@*Results@#The calculated values of hesperidin, liquiritin, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, costunolide, dehydrocostus lactone, narirutin, naringin, neohesperidin, pogostone were not statistical significance from those measured by external standard method (P>0.05).@*Conclusions@#The method offered reference for quality standard of Chenxiang-Huaqi tablets.

ABSTRACT

Objective In order to meet the needs of maxillofacical bone defect repair, the aim of this study was to synthesize graphene oxide(GO) modified three-dimensional conneted nano- zirconia(ZrO2) bone tissue engineering scaffold and evaluate its surface morphology, compressive strength and cytocompatibility. Methods GO was synthesized by a modified Hummers method and then was testified by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. ZrO2 scaffold was modified by different concentrations(0.5,1.0,1.5mg/mL) of GO dispersion via a silane-mediated method. The composite scaffold with uniform GO coating was chosen for compressive strength test and co-cultured with human dental pulp stem cells(hDPSCs). Actin staining was used to observe the growth of the cells on the scaffold, and MTS was used to detect the cell activity. Results The characterization results showed that, under scanning electron microscope, the GO was flaky and the surface morphology of folds could be seen. Part of the GO layer folds up at the edge. Under transmission electron microscopy, the GO was clearly observed to have a gossylike, translucent and slightly wrinkled lamellar structure. The crystal structure in this area in the high-resolution filter image showed a six-member ring structure like graphite. Under high power electron microscope, the 1.0mg/ml GO-ZrO2 scaffold could be seen to deposit a thin layer of GO at the crack of the scaffold skeleton, connecting the two ends of the crack, and lamellar GO with folds could be observed on the surface of ceramic particles. The comparison of mechanical properties showed that the compression strength of GO-ZrO2 scaffold was sgnificantly increased compared with that of ZrO2 scaffold[(1.292±0.087)vs(1.031±0.076), P<0.05]. Compared with the simple ZrO2 scaffold, the GO-ZrO2 scaffold showed more dense extension and adhesion to the surface of scaffolds, showing more active cell proliferation. The cell viability test showed that the viability of hDPSCs was significantly improved on GO-ZrO2 scaffold after 1, 3 and 5 days of proliferation compared with the simple ZrO2 scaffold(P<0.05). Conclusion The ZrO2 scaffold modified by GO improved compressive strength, promoted the early proliferation of hDPSCs with good cytocompatibility.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the suspension method of double ring breast fascia flap in the treatment of sagging breast.Methods By double-ring skin full-thickness resection,suspension method of breast fascia flap was used in the treatment of sagging breast.The pedicle in the upper half of the breast fascia flap was vertically pulled down and then sutured in the lower quadrant of the breast and the pectoralis major.The sagging breast tissue was left and breast shape rebuilt.Results In the 50 patients their incision healed in phase 1.No skin necrosis and fat liquefaction occured.Nipple and areola had no blood barrier and disordered.Within 3 to 24 months visiting,incisions were without obvious scar.There was no sagging breast and breast shapes were satisfied.Conclusions This method reduces postoperative complications.It can restore the perfect breast shape and it is an ideal surgical method for sagging breast.

Objective@#To study the effects of Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. g) infection with I, II and IV fimA genotypes on the expression of IL-1beta, IL-6 and TNF-alpha in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). @*Methods @#HUVECs infected with different fimA genotypes were divided into the fimA type I stimulation group, fimA type II stimulation group, fimA type IV stimulation group. In addition, a positive control group (E. coli LPS stimulation) and negative control group (cell culture medium only) were included. Cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay, and cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α levels in the supernatant of HUVECs after P. g stimulation were assessed by ELISA at 2 h, 6 h and 24 h.@*Results @#HUVECs were infected by P. g with fimA type I,fimA type II and LPS for 24 h. Cell proliferation was inhibited compared with the negative control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the apoptosis rate between P. g infection and the negative control group. IL-1β levels in cell culture supernatants were higher at 2th than 6 and 24 h after stimulation of HUVECs with different fimA genotypes, while the IL-6 levels were higher at 24 h than the other time, while the TNF-α levels were no significant difference at every time. After fimA type II and IV P. g infection, IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α levels were increased compared with fimA type I P. g (P < 0.05).@*Conclusion @# Different P. g fimA genotypes have different effects on stimulating HUVECs to induce dysfunction. Here, fimA type II and IV P. g exhibit a strong ability to upregulate the secretion of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-alpha.

ABSTRACT

The increased levels of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) in granulosa cells (GCs) may affect the pregnancy results in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). In this study, we compared the in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) results of 22 patients with PCOS and 25 patients with tubal factor infertility and detected the ROS levels in the GCs of these two groups. Results showed that the PCOS group had significantly larger follicles on the administration day for human chorionic gonadotropin than the tubal factor group (P 0.05). PCOS group had slightly lower fertilization, cleavage, grade I/II embryo, clinical pregnancy, and implantation rates and higher miscarriage rate than the tubal factor group (P > 0.05). We further found a significantly higher ROS level of GCs in the PCOS group than in the tubal factor group (P < 0.05). The increased ROS levels in GCs caused GC apoptosis, whereas NADPH oxidase 2 (NOX2) specific inhibitors (diphenyleneiodonium and apocynin) significantly reduced the ROS production in the PCOS group. In conclusion, the increased ROS expression levels in PCOS GCs greatly induced cell apoptosis, which further affected the oocyte quality and reduced the positive IVF-ET pregnancy results of women with PCOS. NADPH oxidase pathway may be involved in the mechanism of ROS production in GCs of women with PCOS.

Objective@#To explorea long-term effect of in situ artificial anal reconstruction using five-combined-operation technique after lower rectal cancer resection.@*Methods@#After miles operation, 60 patients suffered with lower rectal cancers underwent in situ artificial anal reconstruction using five-combined-operation technique, which included internal and external anal sphincter, rectal flap, rectal angle, and anoperineal reconstruction.@*Results@#All cases in this study were performed successfully, with primary healing in the wounds. Awareness of defecation had reoccurred in all cases since 1 week postoperatively and self-control of defecation had been regained since 3 weeks postoperatively with formed stool excreted once or twice a day. Long-term follow-ups: ①In 95% cases, rectal controlled discharge time was longer than 2 minutes, which was significantly higher than that of sphincter reconstruction group as a control(P<0.05). ② Five-year survival rate reached to 88%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).@*Conclusions@#Anal reconstruction using five-combined operation method after Miles operation could be a safe and effective surgical procedure, which could completely cure tumor, and improve patients′ life quality and long-term survival rate.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the curative value of the tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) and Danning table (DN) in the prevention of bile duct stones recurrence after ERCP. Methods 210 patients with Choledocholithiasisby ERCP were randomly divided into 3 groups. The patients in the control group were not given any medicine. The patients in the TUDCA group took TUDCA every night. The patients in the DN group took Danning tablets of three times a day. The course of medication and followed up for the patients was 24 months after the operation. All the patients would be examined regularly by Biliary color doppler ultrasound and MRCP. The recurrence rates of Choledocholithiasis, cholesterol saturation index and serum lipid were recorded and compared statistically between the three groups. Results In total, 190 patients completed the treatment and follow-up according to the experimental design. The recurrence rates of the control, TUDCA and DN group were 17.46%(11/63), 6.34% (4/63) and 10.94% (7/64). The recurrence rates in the TUDCA and DN group were significantly lower than those the control group (P < 0.05).The recurrence rate in the TUDCA group was significantly lower than that in the DN group; On the tenth days after the operation, the CSI in the TUDCA were significantly lower than those the control group and the DN group (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the DN group and the control group (P > 0.05); To the patients without recurrence, the level of TC, LDL in the TUDCA group were significantly lower than those the control group and and the DN group (P < 0.05). The level of HDL in the TUDCA group were significantly higher than those the control group and and the DN group (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference on the level of HDL between the DN groupand the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion The application of TUDCA and DN for patients with Choledocholithiasis after ERCP can effectively reduce the recurrence rates, the curative effect of TUDCA more than DN.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the characteristics of the early gastroesophageal junction(GEJ)can-cer under the white-light endoscopy.Method We analyzed 70 cases of pathology-proven early GEJ cancer retrospec-tively. We investigated the predilection sites of different Siewert types,the lesion features under the white-light endoscopy,and the associations among the Siewert types,Barrett esophagus and the intestinal metaplasia. Results Siewert Ⅱ was the most of the early GEJ cancer(64%). Barrett esophagus was the most of SiewertⅠ(85%).No statistical significances of the intestinal metaplasia were found among different Siewert types.SiewertⅠlesion was located on the right front wall the most.Of Siewert Ⅱlesion was located on the back wall the most.The main endoscopic type was Type 0~Ⅱ.The most of the early GEJ cancer under the white-light endoscopy has clear demarcation(89%)and irregular surface appearance(81%),and the main color of mucosa lesion was red(76%). Conclusion The early GEJ cancer under the white-light endoscopy shows the subtle characteristic changes.Under-standing and paying attention to the above characteristics will help to improve the diagnosis of the early GEJ cancer.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgical repair after ring avulsion injuries. Methods From March, 2009 to December, 2014, 6 cases (6 fingers) of ring avulsion injury were repaired. There were 4 males and 2 females with an age range of 18-30 (mean, 22) years, which were 4 cases of ring finger and 2 cas-es of middle finger. The plane of injury was metacarpophalangeal band. Fracture and dislocation was reduced and fixed if damage fingers following with fracture and dislocation of interphalangeae.The damage ligament and volar plate and extensor tendon was repaired. The digital arteries and veins were repaired, and the digital nerves were sutured. System rehabilitation exercise carried out postoperatively. Results All fingers survived, and were followed-up for 8 to 30 months. The appearance of the fingers was excellent. The avarege range of motion of the proximal interpha-langeal was 80°(ranged from 70°to 100°).The distal interphalangeal was 50°(ranged from 40°to 60°).The sensory re-covery of finger pulp ranged from S3to S3+.The two-point discrimination was 5 mm to 12 mm. According to the Eval-uation Criteria for Finger Replantation and Reconstruction Issued by Chinese Hand Surgery of Chinese Mdical Associ-ation, 4 fingers had excellent while 2 had fairly good function. Conclusion Microsurgical repair of ring avulsion injury can achieve satisfactory clinical results by rehabilitation exercises postoperatively.

ABSTRACT

Objective To estimate the value of fecal tumor M2-PK in the detection of colorectal adenoma and to evaluate its potential as a screening tool for colorectal adenoma.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the fecal tumor M2-PK in stool samples of 65 patients with colorectal adenoma and 25 controls.At the same time,the peripheral blood tumor markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen (CA) 19-9,CA24-2 and fecal occult blood test (FOBT) were detected in the colorectal adenoma group.Results The detection value of fecal tumor M2-PK in the colorectal adenoma group showed a significant increase,compared with the control group((6.033±4.123) U/ml vs.(2.782±1.464) U/ml,t=-3.839,P=0.000).The highest detection value was found in the group where the diameter of adenoma was greater than or equal to 2 cm ((8.775±6.548) U/ml,t=9.635,P=0.034).The larger the diameter of adenoma,the higher the positive rate of fecal tumor M2-PK (85.7% vs.41.7% vs.29.6%,χ2=11.977,P=0.003).In the colorectal adenoma group,The positive detection rate of fecal tumor M2-PK was significantly higher than that of CEA,CA19-9,CA24-2 and FOBT (46.2% vs.6.2% vs.1.5% vs.1.5% vs.27.7%,?2=76.607,P=0.000).Conclusion Fecal tumor M2 pyruvate kinase has a good clinical value in the diagnosis of colorectal adenoma.
