ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the current situation of the use of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) for portal hypertension, which should aid the development of TIPS in China. Methods:The China Portal Hypertension Alliance (CHESS) initiated this study that comprehensively investigated the basic situation of TIPS for portal hypertension in China through network research. The survey included the following: the number of surgical cases, main indications, the development of Early-TIPS, TIPS for portal vein cavernous transformation, collateral circulation embolization, intraoperative portal pressure gradient measurement, commonly used stent types, conventional anticoagulation and time, postoperative follow-up, obstacles, and the application of domestic instruments. Results:According to the survey, a total of 13 527 TIPS operations were carried out in 545 hospitals participating in the survey in 2021, and 94.1% of the hospital had the habit of routine follow-up after TIPS. Most hospitals believed that the main indications of TIPS were the control of acute bleeding (42.6%) and the prevention of rebleeding (40.7%). 48.1% of the teams carried out early or priority TIPS, 53.0% of the teams carried out TIPS for the cavernous transformation of the portal vein, and 81.0% chose routine embolization of collateral circulation during operation. Most of them used coils and biological glue as embolic materials, and 78.5% of the team routinely performed intraoperative portal pressure gradient measurements. In selecting TIPS stents, 57.1% of the hospitals woulel choose Viator-specific stents, 57.2% woulel choose conventional anticoagulation after TIPS, and the duration of anticoagulation was between 3-6 months (55.4%). The limitation of TIPS surgery was mainly due to cost (72.3%) and insufficient understanding of doctors in related departments (77.4%). Most teams accepted the domestic instruments used in TIPS (92.7%).Conclusions:This survey shows that TIPS treatment is an essential part of treating portal hypertension in China. The total number of TIPS cases is far from that of patients with portal hypertension. In the future, it is still necessary to popularize TIPS technology and further standardize surgical indications, routine operations, and instrument application.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the correlation between the skin temperature changes in the radiation area and the occurrence of radiodermatitis during postoperative radiotherapy for female breast cancer and to explore the application value of skin temperature monitoring in the early warning of radiodermatitis risks. Methods:A total of 103 patients who received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy after radical mastectomy in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University were continuously enrolled from May to November, 2022 in this study. Their skin temperature in the radiation area and radiodermatitis were recorded weekly. The relationships between relative skin temperature differences and different grades of radiodermatitis were determined. The optimal cut-off values for grade ≥ radiodermatitis were calculated, and the predictive effect was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Furthermore, the radiodermatitis risks under different skin temperatures were compared using binary logistic regression. Results:There was a positive correlation between the skin temperature in the radiation field and the grade of radiodermatitis. The optimal cut-off values for the average relative skin temperature difference of the chest wall (under 40 Gy/20 fractions), the maximum relative skin temperature difference of the chest wall (under 40 Gy/20 fractions), and the relative skin temperature difference of the supraclavicular block (under 30 Gy/15 fractions) were 0.45℃, 0.55℃, 0.15℃, respectively. The patients were divided into low- and high-risk groups based on the optimal cut-off values (0.45℃, 0.55℃, and 0.15℃). Binary logistic regression result showed that the risks of grade ≥ 2 radiodermatitis in the high-risk group were 5.71, 4.29, and 5.15 times those in the low-risk group, respectively ( OR = 5.71, 95% CI 1.81-17.99, P = 0.003; OR = 4.29, 95% CI 1.65-11.12, P = 0.003; OR = 5.15, 95% CI 2.16-12.31, P < 0.001). Conclusions:Skin temperature monitoring using medical infrared thermometers can be used to effectively predict the occurrence of grade ≥ 2 radiodermatitis. The skin temperature changes in the radiotherapy area should be closely observed. The risk of grade ≥ 2 radiodermatitis will increase when the mean and maximum relative temperature differences of the chest wall increase by 0.45℃ and 0.55℃, respectively under 40 Gy/20 fractions of radiotherapy or when the relative temperature differences of the supraclavicular block increases by 0.15℃ under 30 Gy/15 fractions of radiotherapy.

ABSTRACT

Objective To determine the improved effect of methylene blue(MB)on cognitive func-tion in brain-inflammatory-aging rats and investigate the underlying mechanism. Methods A total of 38 healthy 12-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into healthy control group,lipopo-lysaccharide(LPS)group,MB vehicle group and MB group, with 8 rats in the control and 10 rats in the other three groups.LPS was injected into the fourth ventricle with aid of a subcutaneous sustained release pump to establish a rat model of brain chronic inflammatory aging.MB of 0.5 mg/(kg·d)was added into the pump in the rats from the MB group.T-maze test and new object recognition test were employed to evaluate the learning and memory abilities of the rats. The acti-vation of microglia and astrocytes in the hippocampal CA1 region of the rats was detected by im-munofluorescence assay. The release of inflammatory factors IL-1β and IL-6 was measured by ELISA,and neuronal death in the CA1 region was assessed by neuronal nuclei(NeuN)fluores-cence staining. Results There was no significant difference in the exploration time for new and old objects between the LPS group and the MB solvent group(P>0.05).The MB group spent significantly longer time in exploring the new objects than the old object(22.50±4.32 s vs 11.60± 3.01 s,P=0.000).The alternating selection rate of new arm and expression level of NeuN antigen were significantly decreased, and the expression levels of ionized calcium binding adaptor mole-cule-1(Iba-1)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and the contents of IL-1β and IL-6 were obviously increased(P<0.05)in the LPS group and the MB vehicle group than the healthy con-trol group.Compared with the MB vehicle group, the MB group had notably increased alternating selection rate of new arms and higher NeuN expression level, and decreased Iba-1 and GFAP ex-pression and IL-1β and IL-6 contents(P<0.05).Conclusion Subcutaneous administration of MB could significantly inhibit the damages of spatial learning and memory abilities in the LPS-induced brain chronic inflammatory aging rats. The mechanism may be closely associated with MB inhibi-ting inflammatory glial cells and protecting hippocampal pyramidal neurons.

ABSTRACT

The occurrence and development of human malignancies is often accompanied by epigenetic changes, and DNA methylation is one of the most common epigenetic modification. Methylation events are often discovered in the early stage of gynecologic neoplasia. The methylation detection protocol based on liquid biopsy technology has made important progress in the screening and prognosis assessment of gynecologic tumors. The reliability of methylation detection in micro-noninvasive samples from multiple sources is similar to or better than that of traditional protocols and strategies. This article reviews the progress of methylation detection in screening, diagnosis and monitoring of gynecologic tumors, and discusses its value in the present and future diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic tumors.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the nutritional risk, incidence of malnutrition, and intake of three major energy-supplying nutrients, analyze changes in their body composition and the possible influencing factors in patients with stomach neoplasms during perioperative period in order to provide a theoretical basis for the nutritional management of patients with stomach neoplasms during perioperative period. Methods:This was a cross-sectional study. A total of 105 patients who underwent gastric cancer radical surgery in the Gastrointestinal Department of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2021 to May 2023 were taken as the research subjects using fixed-point continuous sampling method. They were recruited for screening and assessment using Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) and Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA). Nutrients intake during the perioperative period were investigated using the 24-h recall method and dietary diary method, etc. Body compositions were measured using the bioelectrical resistance method. Results:Among the 105 patients, there were 78 males and 27 females, with an average age of (61.5 ± 10.3) years. About 83.8% (88/105) gastric cancer patients were at nutritional risk and 82.9% (87/105) were malnourished. The preoperative and postoperative energy intake were (1 646.1 ± 321.5) and (1 317.2 ± 365.8) kcal (1 kcal=4.184 kJ), respectively, which were significantly lower than the target amount of (1 896.7 ± 262.9) kcal, the difference was statistically significant ( t=6.23, 8.29, both P<0.05).The preoperative body mass, muscle mass, skeletal muscle, fat mass, and skeletal muscle index were (51.5 ± 9.6), (40.8 ± 6.0), (23.6 ± 4.0), (8.3 ± 4.9) kg, and 6.7 ± 0.8 respectively, while the postoperative values were (50.0 ± 9.1), (39.8 ± 6.0), (22.8 ± 3.6), (7.8 ± 5.2) kg, and 6.5 ± 0.8 respectively, with statistically significant differences between the two groups ( t values were 2.89-10.61, all P<0.05). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the operation time ( OR=3.984, 95% CI 1.433-11.080, P<0.05) and energy satisfaction ( OR=0.053, 95% CI 0.005-0.610, P<0.05) were independent influencing factors for the degree of skeletal muscle loss. Conclusions:During perioperative period, the gastric cancer patients had poor nutritional status with insufficient nutrient intake and accelerated loss of body muscle and fat. Therefore, it was necessary to conduct a comprehensive nutritional evaluation for patients with stomach neoplasms during perioperative period in time and take steps to promote recovery by providing individualized nutritional therapy.

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo observe and compare the electrocardiogram index, myocardial morphology, and connexin 43 (Cx43) expression of two rat models of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) due to stasis combined with toxin complicated with cerebral-cardiac syndrome (CCS), and to provide experimental evidence for the research on the occurrence mechanism of cardiac diseases induced by ACI and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CCS. MethodSixty SPF-grade male SD rats were randomized into six groups (n=10): normal , syndrome of stasis combined with toxin induced by carrageenin combined with dry yeast (CA/Y), multi-infarct induced by micro-embolism (ME), middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), CA/Y+ME, and CA/Y+MCAO groups. The model of syndrome of stasis combined with toxin was established by intraperitoneal injection with carrageenan (CA) at 10 mg·kg-1 on the first day and subcutaneous injection with dry yeast (Y) suspension (2 mg·kg-1) on the second day of modeling. Twenty-four hours after the modeling of ACI, the electrocardiograms (ECGs) of rats in each group were collected and the number/percentage (%) of abnormal ECG was calculated. The infarct area of the brain was evaluated by 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining, and myocardial injury was assessed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. Immumohistochemical staining and Western blot were employed to determine the expression of Cx43 in the myocardium. ResultA certain number of rats in each model group presented abnormal ECG. Compared with the normal group and CA/Y group, CA/Y+MCAO group had the highest rate of abnormal ECG (P<0.01). Compared with the normal, CA/Y, ME, and CA/Y+ME groups, the CA/Y+ME and CA/Y+MCAO groups showed decreased amplitudes of P-wave and T-wave, shortened P-R interval, and extended Q-T interval, which were particularly obvious in the CA/Y+MCAO group (P<0.05, P<0.01) and in accordance with the cerebral infarction area and pathological changes. The expression of Cx43 was up-regulated in both CA/Y+ME and CA/Y+MCAO groups, especially in the CA/Y+MCAO group (P<0.01). ConclusionThe two rat models of ACI due to stasis combined with toxin complicated with CCS can be used to study the mechanism of heart diseases caused by cerebrovascular diseases and the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicines with the functions of resolving stasis and detoxifying. Moreover, the CA/Y+MCAO method has higher abnormal electrocardiogram rate, severer myocardial pathological injury, and higher expression of Cx43 protein. The models can be chosen according to specific experimental purpose.

ABSTRACT

Ferroptosis is a new type of programmed cell death, characterized by iron overload and lipid peroxidation. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is an ischemic or hemorrhagic disease of the heart caused by various factors, mainly including myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc. Ferroptosis is involved in the process of myocardial cell damage and plays a driving role in the progression of various CVDs. Its main mechanisms include the destruction of iron homeostasis, the production of reactive oxygen species, the disorder of the antioxidant system, mitochondrial membrane damage, endoplasmic reticulum stress, tumor suppressor gene p53, transcription factor Nrf2 pathway, etc. Myocardial injury is one of the causes of death in many patients with heart disease. Monomers or compounds of traditional Chinese medicine have shown good effects in the treatment of myocardial cell injury caused by ferroptosis, including baicalin protecting cardiac microvascular endothelial cells of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) rats through intracellular phosphatidylinositol kinase/phosphokinase B/endothelial nitric oxide synthase (PI3K/Akt/eNOS) pathway, Aralia elata saponin inhibiting myocardial cell ferroptosis through glucocorticoid receptor/p53/solute carrier family 7 members 11 (NR3C1/p53/SLC7A11) pathway, Xinyang tablets improving oxidative stress by regulating phosphorylated serine/threonine protein kinase/stress-activated protein kinase/p53 (MLK3/JNK/p53) signaling pathway. It is of great significance to explore the mechanism of ferroptosis and the protective effect of related traditional Chinese medicine after myocardial cell injury. This article reviews the mechanism of ferroptosis and its relationship with myocardial cells, as well as traditional Chinese medicine monomers and formulas for treating CVDs through the ferroptosis pathway. The article focuses on the pathways and effects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, so as to provide a reference for the treatment of CVDs with traditional Chinese medicine.

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo explore whether the mechanism of Shuangshen Ningxin capsules (SSNX) in alleviating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) in rats is related to the regulation of mitochondrial fission and fusion. MethodThis study focused on Sprague Dawley (SD) rats and ligated the left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery to construct a rat model of MIRI. The rats were divided into the sham operation group, model group, SSNX group (90 mg·kg-1) and trimetazidine group (5.4 mg·kg-1). The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected by micro method. Changes in mitochondrial membrane potential (△Ψm) and the degree of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP) opening were detected by the chemical fluorescence method. The intracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) level was detected by the luciferase assay. The messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) and protein expression levels of mitochondrial fission and fusion related factors dynamin-related protein 1 (DRP1), mitochondrial fission 1 protein (FIS1), optic atrophy protein 1 (OPA1), mitochondrial outer membrane fusion protein 1 (MFN1), and MFN2 were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction (real-time PCR) and Western blot. ResultCompared with the sham operation group, the model group showed a decrease in serum SOD activity and an increase in MDA content. The opening level of mPTP, the level of △Ψm and ATP content decreased, the protein expressions of mitochondrial fission factors DRP1 and FIS1 increased, and the protein expressions and mRNA transcription levels of fusion related factors OPA1 and MFN1 decreased. Compared with the model group,SSNX significantly increased serum SOD activity, reduced MDA content, increased intracellular ATP level and △Ψm, reduced the opening level of mPTP, downregulated the protein expressions of mitochondrial fission factors DRP1 and FIS1, and increased the mRNA transcription levels and protein expressions of fusion related factors OPA1 and MFN1. ConclusionSSNX inhibits the expressions of mitochondrial fission factors DRP1 and FIS1, and increases the expressions of fusion related factors OPA1 and MFN1, inhibiting mitochondrial fission and increasing mitochondrial fusion, thereby alleviating MIRI.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to investigate the effect of salvianolic acid B (Sal B), the active ingredient of Salvia miltiorrhiza, on H9C2 cardiomyocytes injured by oxygen and glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R) through regulating mitochondrial fission and fusion. The process of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was simulated by establishing OGD/R model. The cell proliferation and cytotoxicity detection kit (cell counting kit-8, CCK-8) was used to detect cell viability; the kit method was used to detect intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), total glutathione (t-GSH), nitric oxide (NO) content, protein expression levels of mitochondrial fission and fusion, apoptosis-related detection by Western blot. Mitochondrial permeability transition pore (MPTP) detection kit and Hoechst 33342 fluorescence was used to observe the opening level of MPTP, and molecular docking technology was used to determine the molecular target of Sal B. The results showed that relative to control group, OGD/R injury reduced cell viability, increased the content of ROS, decreased the content of t-GSH and NO. Furthermore, OGD/R injury increased the protein expression levels of dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1), mitofusions 2 (Mfn2), Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax) and cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase 3 (caspase 3), and decreased the protein expression levels of Mfn1, increased MPTP opening level. Compared with the OGD/R group, it was observed that Sal B had a protective effect at concentrations ranging from 6.25 to 100 μmol·L-1. Sal B decreased the content of ROS, increased the content of t-GSH and NO, and Western blot showed that Sal B decreased the protein expression levels of Drp1, Mfn2, Bax and caspase 3, increased the protein expression level of Mfn1, and decreased the opening level of MPTP. In summary, Sal B may inhibit the opening of MPTP, reduce cell apoptosis and reduce OGD/R damage in H9C2 cells by regulating the balance of oxidation and anti-oxidation, mitochondrial fission and fusion, thereby providing a scientific basis for the use of Sal B in the treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND:Patients with severe lumbar degenerative disease may have their bone mineral density incorrectly raised by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. While lumbar cancellous bone Hounsfield unit value can assist dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry in reducing osteoporosis misdiagnosis. OBJECTIVE:To identify osteoporosis in woman patients with lumbar degenerative diseases using lumbar CT scans. METHODS:Bone mineral density test results and lumbar CT data of 192 women patients who were treated at the Department of Spine Surgery,Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were retrospectively reviewed. All patients were divided into a degeneration group(n=107)and a control group(n=85)according to the criteria of severity of vertebral degeneration as assessed on CT of the lumbar spine. The CT value of axial cancellous bone of L1 vertebral body was measured in the two groups. The T score and bone mineral density of the hip and L2-L4 were recorded.According to previously published studies, osteoporosis was diagnosed at L1 vertebral CT values≤110.The prevalence of osteoporosis diagnosed by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry and CT values was compared between the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)CT values were significantly and positively correlated with T scores and mean bone mineral density of the L2-L4 vertebrae in both groups(P<0.001),while the correlation was higher in the control group.(2)Lumbar T scores and bone mineral density values were significantly higher in the degeneration group than those in the control group(P<0.05)and CT values were significantly lower in the degeneration group than that in the control group(P = 0.001).Hip T scores and bone mineral density were not significantly different in the two groups.(3)The prevalence of osteoporosis diagnosed by CT thresholds was higher in all patients than that diagnosed by T values(51.0%and 42.7%).(4)The prevalence of osteoporosis diagnosed by CT values was as high as 23.6%in the 110 patients diagnosed with non-osteoporosis by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry in both groups, and was higher in the degeneration group than that in the control group(31.7%and 14.0%,respectively).(5)The prevalence of missed osteoporosis was as high as 38.6%(27/70)of non-osteoporosis patients diagnosed by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry of the lumbar spine in the degeneration group compared to 19.6%(11/56)in the control group.(6)It is concluded that osteoporosis is common in female patients with lumbar degenerative diseases aged≥50 years.Measurement of lumbar cancellous bone CT values may be a useful complementary method for diagnosing osteoporosis in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases, especially in patients with severe degenerative lumbar degenerative diseases where more missed osteoporosis patients can be identified.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND:Artificial intelligence-assisted bone age assessment has become a research hotspot.Domestic and foreign studies have shown that the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in the field of medical imaging provides the possibility of more accurate and rapid assessment of bone age. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the consistency between a domestically developed artificial intelligent Greulich-Pyle(GP)bone age assessment system and an expert manually assessed GP(expert GP),and to provide a basis for the feasibility of applying an artificial intelligent GP in clinical practice or in other fields. METHODS:Wrist radiographs were sampled from children and adolescents aged 6-15 years,of whom 672 were male and 650 were female.Bone age assessment of the same wrist radiograph was performed using the artificial intelligent GP and the expert GP.The accuracy of the artificial intelligent GP reading results was assessed by the absolute value of the difference. The consistency of the bone age results was assessed by Pearson correlation and Bland-Altamn distribution;and the consistency of the assessment was checked by Kappa test. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The absolute value of the difference(95%confidence interval)of the difference between artificial intelligent GP and expert GP for male and female was 0.39 years(0.37-0.41 years)and 0.32 years(0.29-0.34 years),respectively. The deviation of Bland-Altamn values for male and female was(-0.096±0.482)years and(0.014±0.415)years,respectively.The correlation results between artificial intelligent GP bone age and expert GP bone age for male and female were r=0.991 and r=0.992,respectively(P<0.000 1).The median difference between all age groups for male and female was within 0.5 years.Kappa test values were greater than 0.4 for both sexes at all ages except for the 9-year age group for male.Overall Kappa values were 0.603 and 0.659 for male and female respectively. To conclude, there is a high degree of consistency between the artificial intelligence and expert evaluation results of GP bone age values in children and adolescents aged 6-15 years.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the predictive values of lung ultrasound (LUS) score and Downes score in selecting respiratory support strategies for newborns with dyspnea. Methods:From September 2021 to July 2022, newborns admitted to our hospital with dyspnea were selected and assigned into the non-invasive respiratory support (N) group, invasive respiratory support (I) group and control (C) group based on the respiratory support strategies on admission. LUS scores and Downes scores at 6, 24, and 48 h after birth were recorded. ROC curves were drawn to determine the predictive values of LUS and Downes scores for respiratory support strategies. Results:A total of 263 cases were enrolled, including 105 cases in N group, 56 cases in I group and 102 cases in C group. The differences of LUS and Downes scores between the three groups at the same timepoint were statistically significant with I group had the highest scores, N group second and C group lowest ( P<0.05). LUS and Downes scores within each group at different timepoints were significantly different ( P<0.05).In all three groups, LUS and Downes scores were decreased with longer duration of treatment. LUS score, Downes score and PaO 2/FiO 2 were positively correlated with each other ( P<0.05). The area under the curve (AUC) of LUS score and Downes score predicting non-invasive respiratory support within 6 h after birth were 0.900 (95% CI 0.861-0.940, P<0.05) and 0.889 (95% CI 0.847-0.931, P<0.05), respectively, with the same cutoff of 2.5. The AUC of the combination of LUS and Downes scores predicting non-invasive respiratory support was 0.944 (95% CI 0.915-0.973, P<0.05). The AUC of LUS score and Downes score predicting invasive respiratory support were 0.979 (95% CI 0.963-0.995, P<0.05) and 0.831 (95% CI 0.760-0.902, P<0.05), respectively, with the same cutoff of 5.5. The AUC of the combination of LUS and Downes scores predicting invasive respiratory support was 0.985 (95% CI 0.972-0.998, P<0.05). Conclusions:Both LUS score and Downes score have certain predictive values for respiratory support strategies in newborns with dyspnea.

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveBy investigating the awareness situation of scientific research integrity among scientific researchers, their behavior and attitudes towards scientific research integrity, and the reasons for the occurrence of scientific research integrity, to identify the key influencing factors and risk points, and propose targeted management ideas for scientific research integrity construction. MethodsA web-based questionnaire was used to survey the awareness of scientific research integrity policies, behavior and attitude, and reasons for dishonest behavior in scientific research among scientific researchers at a tertiary A hospital. ResultsA total of 1,385 questionnaires were recovered, with 1,253 valid questionnaires. There were 246 males and 1,007 females, aged between 20 and 60 years old, with an average age of (37.98±8.97) years old. The average awareness rate of policies related to scientific research integrity was 39.44%. Scientific researchers believe that the top three risk points for dishonest behavior in scientific research were paper submission, entrusting third-party services, and the use of research funds. According to the different scientific research work involved by different survey subjects, the respondent population was set up with the attributes of the personnel in the basic information of the survey content on attitudes toward violating scientific research behavior norms, and was divided into four groups. The awareness situation of scientific research integrity policies was negatively correlated with the attitudes towards dishonest behavior in scientific research in the first and third groups. Publication of SCI papers and the awareness situation of scientific research integrity policies were negatively correlated with attitudes towards dishonest behavior in scientific research in the second group. Age and publication of SCI papers were related to attitudes towards dishonest behavior in scientific research in the fourth group, which were negatively correlated with the publication of SCI papers and positively correlated with age. ConclusionThe learning and training, and the rate of policy awareness of scientific research integrity were not high, and the awareness of scientific research integrity policies should be further improved. There are still risks and problems in the key links of scientific research activities, and it is necessary to strengthen the integrity management of the whole process of scientific research activities, establish the correct scientific values of scientific researchers, improve the scientific research evaluation system, and create a good scientific research environment.
