Objective@#To research the prevalence and influencing factors of asymptomatic arrhythmia among college students, and provide scientific basis for heart rate control and health management of asymptomatic arrhythmia among college students.@*Methods@#Using cluster sampling method, 3 012 college students who studied in the First Clinical Medical College of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second Clinical Medical College of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects from September to November 2022. After entering school in autumn (September in 2022), all college students were investigated by questionnaire, and the general data and living habits of asymptomatic arrhythmia college students and normal college students were compared. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of asymptomatic arrhythmia among college students.@*Results@#A total of 62 patients with asymptomatic arrhythmia were found. The detection rates of the patients with body mass index(BMI)≥24.0 kg/m 2 , systolic blood pressure(SBP)≥120 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure(DBP)≥80 mmHg, family history of cardiovascular disease, smoking, drinking, exercising less than three times a week, heavy study pressure, irregular work and rest, depression tendency and anxiety tendency were 5.58%, 4.49%, 5.63%, 6.18%, 4.26%, 4.50%, 3.72%, 4.29%, 4.28%, 9.15%,9.03%, which were significantly higher than those of patients with BMI<24.0 kg/m 2, SBP<120 mmHg, DBP<80 mmHg, no family history of cardiovascular disease, no smoking, no drinking, exercise more than three times a week, little study pressure, regular work and rest, no depression tendency and no anxiety tendency (1.20%, 1.37%, 1.35%, 1.53%, 1.55 %, 1.59%, 1.27%, 1.52%, 1.38%, 1.71%,1.71%), and the differences were statistically significant ( χ 2=45.33, 25.20, 37.74, 32.24, 16.69, 17.25, 19.57, 17.83, 22.36, 37.23,39.42, P <0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that the higher of BMI,SBP and DBP, family history of cardiovascular disease, smoking, drinking, times of exercise, heavy study pressure, irregular work and rest, depression tendency and anxiety tendency were positively correlated with asymptomatic arrhythmia of college students ( P <0.05).@*Conclusions@#The higher of BMI and blood pressure, family history of cardiovascular diseases, bad living habits and psychological status are related to asymptomatic arrhythmia in college students. It is of great significance to control weight and blood pressure reasonably and maintain good living habits and mental state for preventing and improving asymptomatic arrhythmia.
ABSTRACT
Pediatric melanoma occurs rarely, and the pathogenesis is different in different subtypes. The diagnostic criteria for adult melanoma may not be fully applicable to pediatric patients due to atypical clinical manifestations of some tumors. Surgery is the first-line treatment, and the accurate resection margin could be smaller than that in adults. In recent years, immunotherapy and targeted therapy for melanoma have developed rapidly, but very few drugs have been approved for children. Although there have been few large-sample studies on the treatment of pediatric melanoma, the application of related drugs has been reported in literature. This review summarizes progress in the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment of pediatric melanoma, in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric melanoma.
ABSTRACT
Sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) are the first lymph nodes to undergo lymph node metastasis from primary tumors, and various tracers are currently being researched in the field of SLNs. Domestic carbon nanoparticles suspension (CNP) has a good lymphatic system tropism, can indeed stain lymph nodes in a short time without entering the blood circulation, and has been widely used in various malignant tumors as a third generation specific lymphatic tracer. Although there are still many factors that affect the effectiveness of CNP tracer, CNP has the advantages of safety, high efficiency, non-radioactivity and easy operation compared with other kinds of tracers, and is expected to be a powerful means to identify SLNs metastasis of malignant tumors.
ABSTRACT
In recent years, there has been an increasing number of studies on long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) in melanoma. Different lncRNAs show high or low expression in melanoma, and competitively combine with miRNAs through ceRNA mechanism, affecting the expression of downstream target mRNAs, thereby playing the role of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes. Understanding the role of lncRNA as ceRNA in melanoma can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of melanoma in the future.
ABSTRACT
Objective@#To investigate the prevalence of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections among five high-risk populations in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, so as to provide insights into improvements in the control strategy for hepatitis C. @*Methods@#The detection of anti-HCV antibody was collected from patients receiving renal dialysis, patients receiving invasive diagnosis and treatment in hospitals, physical examination populations, unpaid blood donors and subjects admitted to family planning clinics in national hepatitis C surveillance sentinels in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2013 to 2021, and the year-, gender- and age-specific prevalence of anti-HCV antibody was analyzed. @*Results@#The mean prevalence of anti-HCV antibody was 2.19%, 1.81%, 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.03% among 3 600 patients receiving renal dialysis, 3 600 patients receiving invasive diagnosis and treatment in hospitals, 18 000 physical examination populations, 18 000 volunteer blood donors and 3 600 subjects admitted to family planning clinics, respectively. The prevalence of anti-HCV antibody appeared a tendency towards a decline among patients receiving renal dialysis (χ2trend=49.065, P<0.001) and volunteer blood donors (χ2trend=11.419, P=0.001). The prevalence of anti-HCV antibody was higher among male patients receiving invasive diagnosis and treatment in hospitals than among females (2.34% vs. 1.36%; χ2=4.826, P=0.028), and no gender-specific prevalence of anti-HCV antibody was seen among other four high-risk populations (all P>0.05). The highest prevalence of anti-HCV antibody was detected among patients receiving renal dialysis (3.30%) and patients receiving invasive diagnosis and treatment in hospitals at ages of 50 to 59 years (3.35%), while the highest prevalence was found among physical examination populations at ages of 60 years and greater (0.18%). @*Conclusion@#The prevalence of anti-HCV antibody was high among patients receiving renal dialysis and patients receiving invasive diagnosis and treatment in hospitals and low among physical examination populations, volunteer blood donors and subjects admitted to family planning clinics in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2013 to 2021. Periodical monitoring of anti-HCV antibody is recommended among the elderly.
ABSTRACT
UPLC-Q-TOF-MS combined with network pharmacology and experimental verification was used to explore the mechanism of acupoint sticking therapy(AST) in the intervention of bronchial asthma(BA). The chemical components of Sinapis Semen, Cory-dalis Rhizoma, Kansui Radix, Asari Radix et Rhizoma, and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens were retrieved from TCMSP as self-built database. The active components in AST drugs were analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS, and the targets were screened out in TCMSP and Swiss-TargetPrediction. Targets of BA were collected from GeneCards, and the intersection of active components and targets was obtained by Venny 2.1.0. The potential targets were imported into STRING and DAVID for PPI, GO, and KEGG analyses. The asthma model induced by house dust mite(HDM) was established in mice. The mechanism of AST on asthmatic mice was explored by pulmonary function, Western blot, and flow cytometry. The results indicated that 54 active components were obtained by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS and 162 potential targets were obtained from the intersection. The first 53 targets were selected as key targets. PPI, GO, and KEGG analyses showed that AST presumedly acted on SRC, PIK3 CA, and other targets through active components such as sinoacutine, sinapic acid, dihydrocapsaicin, and 6-gingerol and regulated PI3 K-AKT, ErbB, chemokine, sphingolipid, and other signaling pathways to intervene in the pathological mechanism of BA. AST can improve lung function, down-regulate the expression of PI3 K and p-AKT proteins in lung tissues, enhance the expression of PETN protein, and reduce the level of type Ⅱ innate immune cells(ILC2 s) in lung tissues of asthmatic mice. In conclusion, AST may inhibit ILC2 s by down-regulating the PI3 K-AKT pathway to relieve asthmatic airway inflammation and reduce airway hyperresponsiveness.

Objective To investigate the role of Power Arm in en-masse retraction of maxillary anterior teeth using clear aligner (CA) and micro-implant anchorage (MIA). Methods The three-dimensional (3D) model of maxillary anterior teeth by combined use of CA and MIA was established, and the 6 mm-height Power Arm, was attached to the canine or appliance. The initial displacement and the maximum von Mises stress of periodontal ligament under three loading conditions were analyzed, namely the force was loaded by CA+150 g retraction force at canine, CA+150 g retraction force on Power Arm at appliance, CA+150 g retraction force on Power Arm at canine. Results In sagittal direction, the crown and root displacement difference of maxillary central incisor was 129, 129, 133 μm,respectively. The crown displacement of the maxillary first molar was -23.3, -23.5, -26.8 μm, respectively. The maximum von Mises stress of periodontal ligament in central incisor was 48.4, 72.6, 40.0 kPa, respectively, and that of the first molar was 5.3, 10.5, 5.8 kPa, respectively. Conclusions It can not be testified that retraction of the 6 mm-height Power Arm at canine or appliance with 5 mm-height mini-screw has more advantages than retraction of the canine directly for more favorably controlling the torque of incisors, saving anchorage of posterior teeth and decreasing von Mises stress of the periodontal ligament.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To understand the temporal and spatial characteristics of fluoride in rural drinking water in Jinan City. Methods:From 2015 to 2018, the factory water and terminal water samples of centralized rural water supply system were collected from all townships (streets) in 7 agriculture-related districts (counties) in Jinan City during dry season and high water season. Water samples were collected, stored, transported and tested in accordance with the "Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water" (GB/T 5750-2006). The time, region, endemic areas (Zhangqiu, Jiyang, Shanghe, Licheng, Changqing) and non-endemic areas (Pingyin, Tianqiao) of drinking water type fluorosis, water periods (dry season and high water season), water samples (factory water and terminal water), water sources (shallow well water, deep well water, river water and reservoir water) of water fluorine were analyzed descriptively. Results:A total of 1 638 water samples were collected from 2015 to 2018, the median of water fluorine was 0.400 mg/L, ranging from 0.002 to 2.700 mg/L. The differences in water fluorine of different year (0.400, 0.430, 0.490, 0.360 mg/L) were statistically significant ( H = 33.907, P < 0.01). Total water fluorine excess rate was 5.49% (90/1 638), there were 3 districts with water fluorine excess, namely Jiyang [26.11% (59/226)], Zhangqiu [6.12% (30/490)] and Licheng [0.53% (1/188)]. The median of water fluorine in endemic areas (1 398 samples) was 0.420 mg/L, the non-endemic areas (240 samples) was 0.320 mg/L, and the water fluorine in endemic areas was significantly higher than that in non-endemic areas ( Z =-6.490, P < 0.01). The water fluorine excess rate in endemic areas was 6.44% (90/1 398), and there was no water fluorine excess in non-endemic areas. The median of water fluorine in both dry season (819 samples) and high water season (819 samples) was 0.400 mg/L. The median of water fluorine of factory water (392 samples) was 0.320 mg/L, the terminal water (1 246 samples) was 0.450 mg/L, and the water fluorine of terminal water was significantly higher than that of factory water ( Z =-6.881, P < 0.01). The water fluorine excess rates of shallow well water and deep well water were 31.76% (47/148) and 3.82% (43/1 126), respectively, and there were no water fluorine excess in river water and reservoir water. Conclusions:Fluoride of drinking water in rural areas of Jinan City exceeds the standard, mainly concentrated in Jiyang District. The water fluorine in endemic areas is higher than that in non-endemic areas, water fluorine of terminal water is higher than that of factory water, shallow well water and deep well water as the sources of water has excessive water fluoride, and the general survey and detection of fluoride content in residents' drinking water should be continuously carried out.
ABSTRACT
Calcium-binding protein S100A9 is closely related to inflammation and tumor invasion, and is one of the specific markers of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC). In this study, a recombinant polypeptide vaccine CTB-S100A9 targeting mouse calcium-binding protein S100A9 was constructed by fusion cholera toxin B subunit (CTB) with S100A9 gene. The CTB-S100A9 fusion protein was expressed in E coli. and purified by Ni+ affinity chromatography. Vaccinate the purified recombinant CTB-S100A9 protein supplemented with aluminum hydroxide adjuvant can break the autoimmune tolerance and produce high titer of S100A9 antibody in mice. Moreover, the S100A9 antibody produced by CTB-S100A9 vaccination is more specific and does not cross-react with S100A8. In the mouse 4T1 breast cancer model, CTB-S100A9 vaccination not only has significant tumor prevention effects, but also has significant tumor therapeutic effects. In addition, CTB-S100A9 significantly inhibited lung metastasis in 4T1 mice breast cancer model. Further analysis by flow cytometry showed that CTB-S100A9 vaccination can significantly reduce the tumor induced Treg cells and granulocyte-derived MDSC in 4T1 mice model, and reverse the tumor immunosuppressive environment, thereby promote the anti-tumor efficacy. The animal experiments in this study were carried out under the animal care guidelines approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. This study shows that CTB-S100A9 is a good recombinant vaccine that targets the tumor immune-suppression environment and has great potential for the future clinical application.

RT-PCR results showed that the expression level of osteogenesis-related genes was higher in the complex (P<0. 05) . Conclusion: BMSCs Sheet-RADA16 Scaffold may promote proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive surgery on acceleration orthodontic tooth movement by meta-analysis. Methods: All literatures about minimally invasive surgery accelerating tooth moment were searched from the database in general. The literatures were screened according to the correlation and the inclusion criteria, included literatures were analyzed by RevMan 5. 3. Results: 5 articles including 85 patients were included in this review, 4 of which reported that minimally invasive surgery can accelerate orthodontic tooth movement, but 1 reported no statistical difference in alleviating mandibular anterior crowding between minimally invasive surgery acceleration orthodontic group and conventional orthodontic group. Higher tooth movement rate was found with the minimally invasive surgical procedures by a weighted mean difference of 0. 70 mm in 1 month of canine retraction (WMD = 0. 7: 95% CI(0. 57, 0. 82); P< 0. 001) and by a weighted mean difference 1. 31 mm in 2 months (WMD = 1. 31: 95% CI (0. 69, 1. 92), P< 0. 001). No obvious adverse effects were observed in periodontal condition, pain, satisfaction, root resorption and anchorage control. Conclusion: According to current studies, minimally invasive surgery can accelerate single tooth movement, but the evidence is insufficient to prove that the entire orthodontic treatment time can be shortened.

Objective To investigate the effects of alpha lipoic acid on patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR),explore the possible mechanisms, and provide experimental evidence for the treatment of DR with lipoic acid. Methods Totally 75 DR patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in control group received the standard hypoglycemic treatment, antihypertensive therapy, and other comprehensive treatment.Patients from the treatment group were treated with alpha lipoic acid 600 mg + 250 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection additionally, avoiding light intravenous therapy, for a total of 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, fundus fluorescein angiography and visual inspection were detected in two groups. In addition, serum level of asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) were detected with high performance liquid chromatography, serum lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were detected to reflect the in vivo oxidative stress before and after treatment in two groups. Results Compared to the control group, visual acuity was improved significantly (P < 0.05),and total efficiency of ocular lesions-improved was increased significantly (84.21% vs 40.54%,x2 =15.28,P < 0.01).Serum levels of endogenous inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase ADMA [(0.32 ±0.13) μmol/L vs (0.51 ± 0.26) μmol/L,P < 0.05] and MDA [(3.22 ± 0.90) nmol/L vs (5.13 ± 0.42) nmol/ml,P < 0.05] were significantly decreased, while SOD levels [(72.68 ± 1.31) U/ml vs (53.16 ± 1.54) U/ml,P <0.05] were significantly increased in DR patients after alpha lipoic acid treatment. Conclusions Alpha lipoic acid had some therapeutic effects for DR patients, which mainly lied in the improvement of visual acuity and eye disease, might be related to the decrease of oxidative stress and serum level of endogenous nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor ADMA.
ABSTRACT
Shanghai began to strengthen the community health service system in 1997 , and had officially en-tered the period of “connotation construction” with the core policy of family doctor system in 2011 after the period of“service framework and network establishment” and“operational mechanism reform”. Through summarizing the poli-cy files related the family doctor system and based on 2013 report on monitoring and evaluation of family doctor system in Shanghai, the paper presented the progress of the system from aspects of system coverage, signature relationship, service mode and operational mechanism, and analyzed the development bottlenecks of the system from aspects of the policy itself, service principal, service supervision and service objects. Finally, the paper proposed some suggestions in order to give some references for further development of national general practitioner system.
