ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of temperature and time on the detection results of calcium and magnesium in urinary sample storage. METHODS: Urinary samples of 5 health volunteers were collected. The samples were stored in room temperature, 4 ℃ and-20 ℃ for different duration after sealed separately. A flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect calcium and magnesium mass concentrations in the urinary samples. RESULTS: The variation rate of calcium and magnesium mass concentrations was <2.00% when urinary samples were stored at room temperature for 8 hours, the variation rate was <6.00% when samples were stored at 4 ℃ for 15 days, and it was <5.00% when samples were stored at-20 ℃ for 60 days. CONCLUSION: The temperature and time of urinary sample storage can affect the detection results of calcium and magnesium mass concentrations. Packing and storing samples at low temperature after collection as soon as possible is beneficial to ensure the accuracy of test results.

Objective To analyze the power interference during ECG machine testing and to propose countermeasures.Methods Some measures in power supply stability, shielding, grounding and wire winding were carried out to reduce the influences of 50 Hz interference on ECG machine testing.Results The influences of the power interference were reduced greatly on ECG machine.Concluslon The performances of ECG machine can be ensured by restraining the power interference.

Objective: To supply the quality of hospital centers, conduct research and analysis, develop appropriate purification scheme. Methods: According to the specific hospital ward equipment used and production center with the use of state gas sampling filter device;through the device each ward of the hospital wards with a central gas sampling equipment, comparison and analysis. Results:through the filter sampling, analysis of equipment with a gas composition of trace impurities, impurities resulting inferred parts, the first time to get in touch with the manufacturers to jointly negotiate improvement programs. Conclusion:Hospital Center survey analysis is a gas quality monitoring and promotion of the development, the need to promote open each hospital to develop a central supply more complete safety indicators. Such a center gas quality testing program can be more effective in protecting the quality of gas supply, more conducive to clinical treatment and use.

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To develop a set of low temperature medical shipping refrigerated box for storage and shipping for biologicals in field environment.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Semiconductor cooling device (SCD) and phase change energy storage materials (PCESM) were adopted as the means for refrigeration and coolness storage, coolness was produced by SCD and stored by PCESM while power source present, and low temperature state for biologicals was keep by PCESM.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The problem for biologicals storage and shipping in low temperature state for medical experiment and clinic was resolved.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Medical shipping refrigerated box can be used not only in medical, but also in other field such as food storage and shipping, etc.</p>

Obiective To study controUing method for curing time of the materials based on isocyanate, and perfect making means and operating rules of transmitting apparatus for the wounded, Methods According to the controlling principles of the rate of chemical reaction, the influencing factors' were studied such as catalyzer, ambient temperature, mixture level of materials and materials volume by experiment. Results By the results of experiments, ambient temperature hasn't an effector impact on eufing time of isocyanate, catalyzer and mixture level of materials only have a little effect or impact on initial reaction time, but materials volume is an important factor of all. Conclusion By the means of experiments, the curing time of isocyanate is only influenced by the volume of materials, and the character is very useful to transmitting apparatus for the wounded in field battle or on-site emergency rescue.

ABSTRACT

Objective: Scanning the latent epileptic under the technology of independed component analysis(ICA),finding the patients and intervening in course of diseases earlier,reducing the degree of implicating and the ratio of disability or dead.Methods:Establishing ICA mathematic model,Sampling 16 channels standard EEG using the instrument developed by ourself,and processing the data using Fast ICA algorithm.Results:Separating,recognizing epileptic waveform,and diagnosing epilepsy by the results,and reversed transforming the epileptic waveform into 16 channels EEG space and locating the epileptic focus using some locating software.Conclusion:Scanning epilepsy under ICA,not only reducing signals recognizing workload,but also increasing its efficiency,and makes it possibe to scan epilepsy;and the accuracy and efficiency of source location could be increased greatly by inverse ICA.

Optic fiber-grating sensor has many unique advantages and is one of the widely-applied sensors in recent years. The response of FBG sensor to ultrasound was investigated. Results showed that the sensor output intensity was basically linear to the acoustic power. So the optic fiber-grating sensor can be applied to noninvasive detection of internal ultrasound.

We got vary data about neuron-threshold from animal experiment. We try to find the disciplinarian from the data in order to confirm something. In this article we first confirmed unitary method of neuron-threshold; and then found t he complication working on the neuron-threshold parameter and the connection bet ween one another; at last proved the non-linear characteristic about neuron. The se conclusions do well to the clinic application of nerve electro-physiology; ne rve biology and neuron-threshold. With the appearance and development of ultrasonic surgical installation, ultrasonic therapy enters on a new epoch. High-amplitude and high-power ultrasonic vibration produced during the operation, ultrasonic surgical installation can be used to decrease the amount of bleeding or stop bleeding according to the acoustic properties of different tissues. Objective To select algorithm for noninvasive EEG screening of epilepsy patients with a view to early detection and reduction of the incidence of epilepsy,morbidity and mortality.Methods Electroencephalogram(EEG)signal characteristics of the normal and epilepsy wave were extracted,automatically identified and classified based on support vector machine(SVM) analysis with a view to achieving epilepsy automatic scale screening.Results The EEG characteristics energy displayed by the model between epilepsy patients and healthy people could be divided obviously.As a new machine learning methods,SVM had a strong ability to generalize.EEG signals based on the algorithm of the classification would become diagnosis of epilepsy patients misprision of a new viable avenue.Conclusion SVM is suitable for the limited samples(small samples).The spontaneous EEG classification with SVM can achieve better results,so it can be used to epileptic EEG abnormality screening.
