ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of flipped classroom based on WeChat and mi-crolecture in medical chemistry experiment course in the context of "internet". Methods The classes were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group (flipped classroom teaching, n=97) and the control group (traditional teaching, n=98). Comparison of the chemistry experiment test results were performed with the use of t test between the two teaching groups at the end of the semester to evaluate the experimental teaching method. All statistical processing and analyses were performed with SPSS software (version 12.0). Results The chemistry experiment test score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group [(77.84±8.22) vs. (73.43±10.14), t=3.341, P=0.008), and the difference was statistically significant. The results of the questionnaire showed that the students in the experimental group generally consider that flipped classroom teaching is better than the traditional teaching in terms of the cultivation of comprehen-sive quality and the teaching effect. Conclusion In the context of "internet", flipped classroom teaching with WeChat microlecture can better mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn and participate in medical chemistry experiment course, which has been welcomed by students and further suggest good application prospects.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the dynamic flow of pediatricians from 2010 to 2015, their present deployment and workload as compared with physicians across the country, in order to provide reference for their effective allocation. Methods Selecting data indexes from Chinese Statistical Yearbook and China Health and Family Planning Yearbook, and using Excel for statistics of relevant index data.By means of horizontal and vertical comparisons, a dynamic analysis was made on such indexes as the number of pediatricians, that of pediatricians per thousand children, and the number of hospital admissions and the number of hospitalizations per pediatrician. Results The total of pediatricians only increased by 2.32% from 2010 to 2015.On the other hand, the number of pediatricians per thousand population only accounted for 23.42% of physicians per thousand population in 2015.These five years witnessed a 40.58% workload increase of outpatient/emergency visits per pediatrician, and 36.70% increase of discharged inpatients. Conclusions China is faced with the challenges of shortage and insufficient supply of pediatricians, worsened by excessive workloads. It is advisable to improve pediatrician development pattern, raise their remuneration, and ease their workload, for the sake of better healthcare for children.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze rural doctors′ social mentality with the theory of relative deprivation. Methods 642 rural doctors from 225 villages of 1 5 counties in Shandong were selected for a questionnaire survey. The factor analysis method was used to reduce the scale dimension and simplify the scale.Analysis of rural doctors′vertical and horizontal relative deprivation was made based on different reference groups. Results Rural doctors tend to identify themselves with rural teachers and doctors in township hospitals, and 60.0% identify themselves as the low income group.39.9% of them found a higher income, while 33.5% of them found a higher social status.76.3% of them found their social contributions are higher.91.4% of them hold that villagers benefit from the new healthcare reform policies, while 65.9% of them hold themselves as benefiting from such policies. This indicates a low sense of achievement. Conclusions Compared with the reference groups, rural doctors feel an obvious sense of relative deprivation comparing both horizontally and vertically. They hold themselves as underpaid and have little sense of achievement for the policies. In this consideration, the government should increase subsidies to lift pay for rural doctors, and to identify their legitimacy,in order to stabilize these medical workers.

The proportion of support the medical side was from 0 . 66% to 95 . 82%, and the proportion ofsupport the patient side was from 0. 18% to 81. 25%. This was mainly due to the in-group favoritism, stereotypes, moral judgment and emotional tendencies of internet public opinion and media-induced and other factors. ABSTRACT

In order to synthetically train students to do scientific researches independently, inspire their enthusiasm and go-aheadism about study, and improve the quality of experimental teaching,we have been exploring to update experimental content and reform experimental system for many years, and have commenced a number of "Series Experiments".The setup of"Series Experiments" which means several separate experiments are organized together by their internal relations has already showed us a favorable effect.
