ABSTRACT

The dense extracellular matrix (ECM) of the tumor severely limits the deep penetration of nanomedicine and weakens its anti-tumor effect. Based on this, the yeast vesicle biomimetic nanomedicine with active deep penetration ability of tumor tissue was designed and developed for enhanced tumor therapy. Results of characterization showed that the yeast cell vesicles (YCV) displayed a spherical morphology with diameter of around 100 nm and was well dispersed. Then the chemotherapeutic drug doxorubicin (DOX) was selected as a model drug, and DOX was loaded into YCV to obtain YCV/DOX through electrostatic interaction, the encapsulation efficiencies of DOX were calculated as 82.5%. The drug release profile of YCV/DOX implied that DOX release showed a manner of pH-dependent, it may be that pH has affected the electrostatic effect of YCV and DOX. Compared with liposomes (Lipo), in vitro cell experiments showed that YCV from natural sources had stronger permeability in three-dimensional multicellular spheres. It is speculated that the mechanism may be good deformation capacity of YCV. A 4T1 xenograft tumor model was established to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of YCV/DOX. The results suggested that YCV/DOX has stronger tumor tissue penetration ability and could effectively inhibit the tumor growth. All animal experiments were performed in line with national regulations and approved by the Animal Experiments Ethical Committee of Zhengzhou University. This study brings new ideas for the development of biomimetic nanomedicine to overcome the ECM of solid tumors.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To explore gender difference in the clinical manifestations of two children with Keishi-Bukuryo-Gan syndrome (KBGS).@*METHODS@#Clinical manifestations of the two children were reviewed. Genetic testing was carried out through next generation sequencing (NGS). Treatment was summarized, and the prognosis was followed up.@*RESULTS@#Both children showed particular appearance including megatooth, abnormal hair distribution, hands' abnormality and language development delay. NGS revealed that both children have carried pathogenic variants of the ANKRD11 gene (c.1903_1907del and c.4911delT), which resulted in shifting of amino acid sequences starting from the Lysine and Proline at positions 635 and 1638, respectively. The female patient exhibited central precocious puberty. Her height has increased by 13 cm, and sex characteristics has retracted after treatment with leuprorelin for 23 months and recombinant human growth hormone for 1 month.@*CONCLUSION@#Comparison of the two cases with different genders and summary of previously reported cases found that male KBGS patients have more obvious dysmorphisms such as triangular face, synophrys, ocular hypertelorism and vertebral body abnormality, with higher morbidity of epilepsy, mental retardation, autism, congenital heart disease, immune thrombocytopenia and other complications. KBGS is an autosomal dominant disease featuring more evident peculiar appearance and global development delay. Male patients often have multi-system involvement, and multidisciplinary cooperation is required for early recognition of particular features in order to improve the prognosis.

ABSTRACT

With the advancement of genetic testing technology, more and more patients were diagnosed with disorders of sex development (DSD) at an increasingly earlier stage.How to better improve the quality of life in patients with DSD has become an urgent problem for medical workers.The growth of children with DSD is an important factor affecting their treatment and quality of life, so it should also be concerned by the majority of medical workers.The factors affecting the growth of children with DSD and the characteristics of the growth patterns of children with common type DSD were described in this review.

OBJECTIVE@#To summarize the clinical characteristics of two children with nonclassical 21 hydroxylase deficiency (NC-21OHD) due to variants of CYP21A2 gene promoter region.@*METHODS@#Clinical characteristics and the results of genetic testing were reviewed.@*RESULTS@#The main clinical manifestations of the two children included precocious puberty with poor bone age/progression control and menstrual disorder with hirsutism. Patient 1 had compound heterozygous variants for -126C>T, -113G>A, -110T>C and p.I173N; her mother was heterozygous for -126C>T, -113G>A and -110T>C, and her father was heterozygous for p.I173N. Patient 2 had compound heterozygous variants for -126C>T, -113G>A and p.I2G, whose mother was heterozygous for -126C>T and -113G>A, and father was heterozygous for p.I2G.@*CONCLUSION@#Diagnosis of NC-21OHD should be considered for children with hirsutism, menstrual disorder and poor bone age/progression control. The promoter region of CYP21A2 gene should be analyzed when no variant is detected in its coding regions.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To investigate the effect of Liuwei Dihuangwan on connexin 32 (Cx32) in hepatoma cell line CBRH7919 and its gap junction intercellular communication (GJIC), and furthermore study its mechanism of enhancing the bystander killing effect of suicide gene therapy. Method: Liuwei Dihuangwan (32 g·kg·d-1) and the same volume of normal saline were given to the rats by intragastrical administration. Blood was taken to prepare the medicated serum of Liuwei Dihuangwan and blank control serum, respectively. The hepatoma cell line CBRH7919 were treated by control serum and medicated serum of Liuwei Dihuangwan in different concentrations. There were four groups in experiment:the blank control group (volume fraction of 10%), medicated serum high dose group of Liuwei Dihuangwan (the volume fraction of 10%), medicated serum middle dose group of Liuwei Dihuangwan (the volume fraction of 5%), and medicated serum low dose group of Liuwei Dihuangwan (the volume fraction of 2.5%). The expression levels of Cx32 protein and mRNA in hepatoma cell line CBRH7919 were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay (ⅡA) and Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (Real-time PCR) assay. The fluorescence redistribution after photobleaching (FRAP) method was used to detect the function of GJIC of hepatoma cell line CBRH7919. Result: ① The indirect immunofluorescence assay (ⅡA) analysis indicated that as compared with the blank control group, the cx32 expression of CBRH7919 cells was up-regulated in a concentration-dependent manner in each dose group of the serum containing Liuwei Dihuangwan (PPPPConclusion: The mechanism of medicated serum of Liuwei Dihuangwan in enhancing the bystander killing effect of suicide geneis related to gap junction. Liuwei Dihuangwan may enhance the function of GJIC by increasing the localization of cx32 on the cell membrane of CBRH7919 cells and increasing the expression of cx32 mRNA and protein to achieve the synergistic action.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#Molecular genetics and clinical phenotypic characteristics of 5 alpha reductase deficiency were analyzed.@*Methods@#The genetic results and clinical features classied as Prader grade of external genitalia of 86 children with SRD5A2 mutation seen from 2007 to 2017 at Department of Endocrinology of Beijing Children′s Hospital were analyzed, and the mutation differences in different were compared regions according to the literatures.@*Results@#Among the 86 children, 15 had were homozygous mutations, accounting for 17%, and 71 cases of compound heterozygous mutations accounted for 83%. Totally 172 alleles mutations in this series. The mutation was mainly located on exon 1 and exon 4, in which the mutation frequency of exon 1 was 23.8% (41/172), and the frequency of exon 4 mutation was 55.8% (96/172). A total of 19 mutation types of the SRD5A2 gene in this group were detected, of which 5 were new mutations (p.A228F, p.E57D, p.V124D, p.A117D, p.E197K); 65 patients had p.R227Q mutation, accounting for 76%, while 31 had p.Q6* mutation, accounting for 36%. Other rare types such as p.R246W, p.R103* and so on were also seen in the present study, there was no significant difference between north China and south China (P>0.05). The clinical phenotypes of p.R227Q variation varied, mainly in Prader 3-4, accounting for 82%, while (Prader 0-1) were less, accounting only 2%. The variation of p.Q6* was mainly manifested in Prader 3, accounting for 50%. p.R246Q mainly presented Prader 3. The variation of p.G203S appeared to have Prader 2 and Prader 4-5, accounting for 20% and 73% respectively. There was no significant difference in clinical phenotype corresponding to each protein type (P>0.05) .@*Conclusion@#Among the 86 children have identified 19 SRD5A2 mutation types, p.R227Q is a hotspot mutation in Chinese. Variations at different types may have different clinical phenotypes, while the same variations may have different clinical features. There was no significance different in the variation types between the north and the south.

This paper presents a patient with echinococcosis of infratemporal fossa invading intraorbital and basicranial sites. With the excellent collaboration between doctors and nurses, the patient received total resection of hydatid asci and internal capsules and anti-echinococcosis therapy. Then, the patient significantly improved and was discharged from hospital successfully.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To determine and compare the contents of catalpol and aucubin in different parts (root, stem, leaf and flower) of wild Centranthera grandiflora, and to provide reference for the selection of medicinal parts and source development. METHODS: HPLC method was used to determine the contents of catalpol and aucubin in root, stem, leaf and flower of wild C. grandiflora, and the contents of different parts were analyzed comparatively. The determination of catalpol was performed on Agilent TC-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (1 ∶ 99, V/V) at the flow rate of 1 mL/min; the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm, and sample size was 20 μL. The column temperature was 35 ℃; the determination of aucubin was performed on SPHERI-5RP-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (3 ∶ 97, V/V) at the flow rate of 1 mL/min; the detection wavelength was set at 205 nm, and sample size was 20 μL; the column temperature was 25 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of catalpol and aucubin were 0.061 5-3.321 and 0.000 36-0.216 mg/mL (all r=0.999 9). The limits of detection were 0.016 and 0.007 μg/mL. The limits of quantitation were 0.052 and 0.023 μg/mL. RSDs of precision, stability (24 h) and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.00% (n=6). The average recoveries were 99.34% and 99.61%, and RSDs were 1.06% and 1.12%, respectively (n=6). The average content of catalpol in root, stem, leaf and flower wild C. grandiflora were 1.609, 3.030, 11.095 and 1.921 mg/g, respectively. The contents of aucubin in different parts were 0.441, 0.020, 0.005 and 0.006 mg/g,respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The established HPLC method meets the requirements of quantitative analysis. Catalpol is mainly distributed in the leaves of wild C. grandiflora, and aucubin is mainly distributed in the roots of wild C. grandiflora. The experimental conclusion provides a reference for the reasonable selection of different medicinal parts as raw materials to develop medicine with different efficacy.

ABSTRACT

Atherosclerosis refers to vascular pathological changes in which vascular lumen was narrowed or blocked by cholesterol or fat existed in vascular endothelium, which could induce serious cardiovascular events. The pathogenesis of atherosclerosis is complicated extremely. Vascular endothelial dysfunction initiated the plague formation and deterioration, which determined the prognosis of atherosclerosis. Circular RNA (circRNA) is a special endogenous non-coding RNA, which has become a research hotpot in the field of non-coding RNA. This review aims to bring together the recent research on the pathogenesis and pathological process of endothelial dysfunction, and the regulative effect of circRNA on it. Our article will provide new targets and new ideas for the research and development of anti-atherosclerosis drugs.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the usefulness,cost and side effects of flash glucose monitoring (FGM) in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM).Methods Seven children aged 9.3-16.3 years old with T1DM (3 males,4 females) treated with insulin in Shenzhen Children's Hospital from May 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled,and they were performed with self-monitoring of blood glucose.All participants were subjected to FGM for 4 weeks and compared for changes in terms of hemoglobin A1c (HbA 1 c),episodes of hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia,frequency of self-monitoring blood glucose(SMBG) or sensor scanning,costs of glucose monitoring and side effects before and after 4-week implementation of FGM.Results The HbAlc was significantly reduced from (8.86 ±0.32)% before FGM to (8.10 ± 0.14) % after implementation of FGM,and the difference was statistically significant (t =2.727,P =0.034).Both the frequency of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia were significantly decreased after the implementation of FGM [(0.27 ± 0.04) times/d vs.(0.62 ± 0.05) times/d,(0.20 ± 0.02) times/d vs.(0.37 ± 0.05) times/d],and the differences were statistically significant (t =9.291,2.908,P =0.001,0.027).The average frequency of sensor scanning after the implementation of FGM was significantly higher than SMBG testing before use of FGM [(11.09 ± 0.96) times/d vs.(4.02 ±0.47) times/d],and the difference was statistically significant(t =-24.398,P =0.001).The cost of FGM was a little higher than that of capillary blood glucose testing while there was no significant difference [(814.29 ± 17.71) yuan vs.(758.89 ± 33.42) yuan,P > 0.05].Comparing the results of the FGM and SMBG on the 1st,7th and 13th day after FGM,there was no significant difference (all P > 0.05).Also there was no significant difference among the different ranges of blood glucose (all P > 0.05).The time with sensor of FGM in the arm was (13.9 ±0.1) days.There was no side effect to be found during 4 weeks of implementation of FGM.Conclusions FGM has the potential to increase the time of SMBG,decrease the hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia,and improve HbAlc in children with T1DM.Accuracy,safety and stability of the FreeStyle Libre System were demonstrated for the pediatric T1 DM.

ABSTRACT

Anthocyanin is a water-soluble flavonoid pigment which is widely found in plants. Studies showed that anthocyanin had protective effect on vision. However, whether anthocyanin has therapeutic effect on cataract remain unclear. In this study, we established the age-related and posterior capsule opacification cataract cell models through inducing oxidative damage of human lens epithelial cells (HLECs) by H2O2 and inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) by transforming growth factor β2 (TGF-β2). The preventative effects of anthocyanin on markers of oxidative damage and EMT were determined by respective assay kits and PCR analysis. Anthocyanin was beneficial to reduce oxidative stress of HLECs, protecting cells from H2O2 induced damage and increasing α-crystallin expression. The potential mechanisms might be that anthocyanin increased the activities of SOD and GSH-Px, which contributes to reduce cellular ROS and MDA level. Besides, anthocyanin inhibited Ca2+ overload, which contributes to protection of cell from apoptosis. Meanwhile, anthocyanin had inhibitory effect on EMT, slowed down cell proliferation, migration caused by TGF-β2 through decreasing mRNA expression levels of EMT markers including COL1A1, COL1A2, COL3, COL4, Fn and α-SMA. The results suggest that anthocyanin could protect HLECs from oxidative damage induced by H2O2 and cell proliferation, migration and EMT induced by TGF-β2, which indicated that anthocyanin may have protective and therapeutic effects on age-related cataract and posterior capsule opacification.

BACKGROUND: In the past ten years, because of the complications such as adjacent vertebral diseases after the discectomy and interbody fusion fixation, the artificial cervical disc replacement gradually replaces part of intervertebral disc and interbody fusion with internal fixation, and has become a new choice of a surgical treatment of spinal degenerative diseases resection; however, heterotopic ossification after the artificial intervertebral disc replacement as a postoperative problem has attracted the field attention. OBJECTIVE: To review the domestic and foreign research progress on heterotopic ossification after artificial disc replacement. METHODS: The first author retrieved PubMed database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database for related articles published from November 1973 to May 2017. The key words were "cervical vertebrae, artificial disc replacement, heterotopic ossification, research progress". A total of 216 articles were retrieved, and 45 articles met the inclusion criteria. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Heterotopic ossification had a certain occurrence rate after artificial disc replacement. The susceptible factors and preventive measures were still controversial. (2) Future research regarding heterotopic ossification after artificial intervertebral disc replacement mainly focused on the development of biomechanics, molecular level and degenerative change. It is expected that in the near future, artificial disc that is more suitable for human spine biomechanics environment will appear; heterotopic ossification after artificial disc replacement will be more in-depth research.

Objective To explore the role of infection control nurses in healthcare-associated infection(HAI)man-agement,and provide basis for HAI management.Methods Through setting up infection control nurses in clinical departments of the whole hospital,clarifying their responsibilities and duties,training,and supervising them,the effect of infection control nurses on HAI management was observed.Results A total of 67 infection control nurses were set up in the clinical departments of the whole hospital,HAI management knowledge among health care work-ers (HCWs)in 26 departments improved significantly,scores of HAI management knowledge among HCWs in April and December was compared,difference was statistically significant (Z = - 2.193,unilateral P = 0.014). Hand hygiene compliance rate of HCWs improved from 83.35%(1817/2180)in April to 89.53% (2002/2236)in December,difference was statistically significant(χ2 =36.13,P <0.01).A total of 56670 hospitalized patients were monitored from April to December 2015,the total length of hospital stay was 411164 days,utilization rate of three catheters was 27.18%,three catheter-related infection rate was 0.74‰.The median scores of supervision on HAI management in clinical departments improved from 95.30 in May to 97.70 in September(P <0.05).Conclusion Setting up infection control nurses is of great significance to strengthen the HAI management organization and pro-mote the quality of HAI management.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the mutation of androgen receptor(AR)gene in a patient with 46,XY disorder of sex development(DSD)and to improve the diagnostic level and understanding of androgen insensitivity syndrome(AIS).Methods The clinical data of the child was analyzed,including physical examination,relevant laboratory examination,karyotype,pelvic B ultrasound,pelvic magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and AR gene mutation.The peripheral blood of the child and his parents were drawn,and peripheral blood DNA was extracted.The polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-DNA sequencing method was used to amplify all exons of the AR gene in the child and his parents.Then,they were directly sequenced.Results A 7-years and 2-months old child who suffered from DSD,revealed physical examination that the child had normal female external genitalia,as the clitoris length was 2.0 cm×0.8 cm,with visible vaginal opening,and there were masses at bilateral inguinal region,with a size of 1.5 cm×0.8 cm.The results of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)stimulation test:testosterone was 0 nmol/L,androstenedione was 1.78 nmol/L,dihydrotestosterone was 0.07 nmol/L before HCG was injected;but testosterone was 4.69 nmol/L,androstenedione was 2.10 nmol/L,dihydrotestosterone was 0.33 nmol/L after HCG was injection.Sex chromosome analysis reported 46,XY karyotype.Pelvic B ultrasound revealed the absence of a uterus and ovaries and the presence of bilateral testes like gonad at each side of internal inguinal ring,with a size of 1.4 cm×1.0 cm×0.8 cm in the left,1.5 cm×0.7 cm×0.8 cm in the right;but the kidney,ureter,urinary bladder,adrenal gland and retroperitoneal for B ultrasound revealed no abnormality.Pelvic MRI(non-enhanced and enhanced)showed the presence of a blind ending vagina between rectum and urinary bladder(40 mm in depth)and the absence of uterus and ovarian tissue.DNA sequencing found one c.1685T>C heterozygous mutation(p.Ile562Thr)on exon 2 of AR gene in the child.But retrieving and summarzing documents of the domestic and foreign information databases and websites,the locus mutation of AR gene had never been reported.The structure prediction of the mutated protein(Polyohen2 and SIFT software)was significantly changed.By verifying the locus site of the parents of this child,it was found that his mother carried the same mutation,but his father was found to be normal.Conclusions A c.1685 T>C mutation(p.Ile562Thr)on exon 2 of AR gene is a novel mutation.Combined with the patient's clinical manifestations and computer prediction results,it may suggest that the novel mutation of AR gene can lead to the occurrence of AIS.

ABSTRACT

To study the microbiological contamination of kitchen dishcloths in Chinese housholds, 1010 'in-use' kitchen dishcloths were collected from residential premises in Beijing and Shanghai, and they were sent to the laboratory for microbiological quality analysis. The aerobic plate counts for dishcloths were 10-109 cfu/cm2 in the range of 150 cfu/cm2 to 1.776×109 cfu/cm2 (Beijing) and 62.5 cfu/cm2 to 8.75×108 cfu/cm2 (Shanghai). Nineteen species of bacteria were detected in the dishcloths, most of which were conditional pathogenic bacteria. This study found a significant difference in the aerobic plate counts of dishcloths with regard to type, number of the days used, activities used for, and some family factors. The findings of the study highlight the potential for contamination of kitchen dishcloths within homes.

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the efficacy of letrozole for delaying bone maturation and increasing predicted adult height in boys with idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) who have a bone age above 13 years and a short stature, and its adverse effects.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Twenty ICPP boys with a bone age above 13 years and a short stature were randomly divided into letrozole treatment (n=10) and control groups (n=10). The letrozole treatment group received oral letrozole [2.5 mg/(m(2)·d), Qd] for 6 months, while the control group received no treatment and was observed periodically. Bone age, growth rate, height standard deviation (SD) score, predicted adult height SD score, sexual maturity, and levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), dehydroepiandrosterone, testosterone (T), estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), and androstenedione (ASD) were measured. The letrozole-related adverse reactions were evaluated.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>After 6 months of treatment, both groups had a significantly increased bone age, but the letrozole group had a significantly slowed increase in bone age compared with the control group (13.82 ± 0.23 years vs 14.47 ± 0.30 years; P<0.05); compared with the control group, the letrozole group had a significantly increased predicted adult height SD score (-1.69 ± 0.26 vs -1.91 ± 0.35; P<0.05) and a significantly increased T level (4.9 ± 0.9 nmol/L vs 4.4 ± 0.8 nmol/L; P<0.05). There was no significant difference in testicular volume between the two groups. The treatment led to no significant changes in growth rate, Tanner stage, and levels of FSH, LH, P, E2 and ASD in the two groups, and there was no significant difference in these indices between the two groups. No adverse reactions were observed during letrozole treatment.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Letrozole delays bone maturation and increases predicted adult height in ICPP boys with a bone age above 13 years and a short stature, and it causes no obvious adverse reactions.</p>

ABSTRACT

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To explore the protective effects of ischemic preconditioning (IPC) on the lung injury following with limbs ischemia /reperfusion (LI/R).</p><p><b>METHODS</b>The models of LI/R injury were constructed in rabbits. The blood from right external jugular vein and left common carotid artery, into and out-flowing pulmonary blood (IPB, OPB) respectively. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) in IPB and OPB and lung tissues were measured, as well as total nitric oxide synthase (tNOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in lung tissues were detected in different groups. The effects of IPC on the lung injury were observed.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Compared with sham and before ischemic, the activity of SOD decreased and the content of MDA and NO increased after 4 h ischemia followed by 4 h reperfusion in IPB, OPB and lung tissues. The activity of tNOS and iNOS in lung tissues increased remarkably as well, there was statistical significance (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). SOD increased and MDA, NO, tNOS, iNOS decreased significantly by IPC before ischemia/reperfusion. The correlation analysis indicated that MDA was negatively correlated with SOD and was positively correlated with MDA, NO, iNOS (P < 0.01).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Oxygen free radicals metabolic confusion of lung occurred in the course of LI/R, IPC could strengthen the resistance of peroxidation in lung and had protective effects on the lung injury following with LI/R.</p>

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the relationship between plasma ghrelin levels and glucose and lipid metabolisms of child and adolescent obesity.Methods 30 cases of obesity and 30 healthy normal weisht children and adolescents with same age and gender were selected.Plasma ghrelin level,serum insulin(INS),C-peptide(CPE),fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoproteins(HDL),low-density lipoproteins(LDL)were measured.Results For the obesity group:Plasma ghrelin level significantly decreased [(15.49±1.98)vs(19.47 ±1.50)μg/L]compared with control(P<0.05);BMI,waistline,FBG,INS were very significantly increased(28.19±3.83)vs(21.07±1.53)kg/m2;(88.60±6.13)vs(78.52 ±4.40)cm;(5.23±0.49)vs(4.59 ±0.63)mmol/L;(22.32 ±3.50)vs(16.98±2.50)μIU/ml,respectively compared with control(all P<0.01);TC was significantly increased(5.87±0.88)vs(4.05±0.76)nmol/L compared with control(P<0.05).For the plasma ghrelin level of obesity:The relationship between plasma ghrelin level and body weight,BMI,waistline,INS,TC was obviously negative(r=-0.385,-0.466,-0.336,-0.387,-0.373,respectively,all P<0.01);The relationship between plasma ghrelin level and FBG was obviously negative(r=-0.324,P<0.05);No relationship between plasma ghrelin level and age,body height,CPE,TG,HDLC,LDLC.Conclusion Plasma ghrelin level of children and adolescent obesity was obviously decreased,and was strongly related with disordem of glucose and lipid metabolisms.
