ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with SSRIs in the treatment of patients with depression. Methods A total of 83 patients with depression admitted to our hospital between January 2019 and January 2020 were selected as the research objects. Patients in the control group were treated with SSRIs, and the combined treatment (observation) group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, anxiety (HAMD) and depression scale (HAMD) of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of depression patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). HAMA and HAMD scores showed statistical difference between the two groups. HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with SSRIs in the treatment of depression can significantly improve the patient's condition, reduce the patient's anxiety and depression, and has a positive significance for the treatment of the patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT,)in interventional therapy of the hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)emphasising on transcatheter hepanc arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods MSCT were performed in 60 cases of HCC before interventional procedure,CT findings of hepatic artery phase, portal venous phase and hepatic venous phase were observed respectively, among which CTA were done in 15 cases, and the anatomy of celiacartery and its branches were observed in 45 cases. The schemes of interventional therapy were worked out according to the findings of MSCT.Results MSCT showed 250 lesions,10 cases of tumor thrombosis in portal vein and 19 cases of hepatic arterioportal shunt. There was no significant difference between MSCT and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in positive rate of in showing number of tumor or tumor thrombosis in portal vein(P>0.05),but the 3D construction of celiac artery branches in CTA was better than that in DSA,while angles between celiac artery and abdominal aorta in MSCT were more convenient than that in DSA.MSCT showed 5 eases of hepatic artery original abnormality, according to that in DSA.Conclusion MSCT is of importance for guidance of interventional therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.

ABSTRACT

Objective To enhance the cognition about the adult contagious atypical pneumonia for an expectation of earlier diagnosis, prevention and treatment. Methods We analyzed and summarized X-ray lung and clinical characteristics of 34 patients with contagious atypical pneumonias who were admitted to our hospital from Feb to April. 2003.Results X-ray findings of lung were characterized by mostly involving unilateral and presenting ill defined cloud or patches-form opacities. These lesions progressed and varied rapidly. The clinical manifestations were characterized by the onset of fever (34/34), mostly associated with systemic and joint aching pains (29/34) and dry coughs (29/34). Leucocyte counts showed normal or lower than normal. Patient with a continuing high fever might tend to develop ARDS (2/34). All the 34 patients recovered after combined therapies (anti-inflammation, anti-virus and promoting immunity ) and were discharged from hospital. The average in-hospital days were (10.6?4.2) days. Conclusion X-ray examination is the main method for the early diagnosis and observing state-variation. The predominant clinical features of this disease are fever, dry cough, aching pain in extremities, unconspicuous pulmonary signs as well as hemogram not rising, a continuing high fever may lead to the tendency of ARDS.
