Las categorías clínicas de la neurosis y la perversión en el Seminario 16 / The clinical categories of neurosis and perversion in the XVI Seminar

Este trabajo se propone delimitar con precisión las categorías clínicas de perversión y neurosis tal como Lacan las elabora en su Seminario 16 en íntima relación con las nociones estructurales introducidas en ese seminario: fundamentalmente la estructura topológica del Otro estructurada por el significante y sostenida por el objeto (a) y la inconmensurabilidad entre el 1 y el objeto. Se examinan los conceptos que definen la estructura de la neurosis y la perversión en general, como las variedades clínicas que las integran. Se destacan dos momentos: uno en que Lacan opone estas categorías según los ejes anaclítico y narcisista, otro en que abandona este último para pasar a caracterizar la neurosis, al igual que la perversión, respecto del Otro, el goce y el objeto (a). En la transición entre uno y otro se sitúa la fobia como placa giratoria desde la estructura de la perversión hacia alguna forma de neurosis.

This paper is aimed to accurately delimit the clinical categories of perversion and neurosis, exactly as Lacan elaborates them in his XVI Seminar, in close connection to the structural notions presented in it. Mainly, the topological frame of the Other structured by the significant and sustained by the (a)object and the immeasurability between the 1 and the object. The concepts that define the neurosis and the perversion are examined in general as well as the clinical varieties that integrate them. Two moments are highlighted: one in which Lacan opposes these categories according to the anaclitical and narcissistic cores, and, the other, in which Lacan abandons this last idea to characterize neurosis, the same as perversion, with regard to the Other, the lust and the (a) object. In the transition between one and the other, the phobia is situated as a rotating plate from the perversion structure to some neurosis form.

Angústia e subjetividade / Anguish and subjectivity

Procuramos neste artigo discutir as dificuldades do manejo da angústia na clínica psicanalítica a partir das diferentes conceituações do objeto da angústia em Freud e Lacan. O fato clínico da angústia demarca não apenas uma evidência clínica, mas uma função particular na condução do tratamento e, ainda, a condição do homem como faltante. Freud não deixa de marcar a importância da angústia na clínica ao se referir a um sinal em Inibições, sintomas e ansiedade (1926) e Lacan, mais especificamente, vai desenvolver, a partir disto, como função da angústia, a sinalização da possibilidade de sufocação do desejo. A noção de alteridade radical aqui desempenha uma localização central, já que a referida sufocação do desejo indicaria uma perda dos limites do sujeito e do Outro. Desse modo, pretendemos contemplar neste artigo as questões em torno desta problemática da constituição do sujeito nos limites do Outro, a partir da angústia. Para tanto, consideramos as perspectivas freudianas da 'natureza' da angústia, do objeto fóbico e do objeto da angústia, procurando evidenciar a busca freudiana pelo entendimento da função da angústia. Discutiremos também a referência lacaniana ao significante e à irredutibilidade da angústia ao simbólico. A partir desta discussão, destacamos o entendimento da função da angústia em relação ao asseguramento da alteridade radical do sujeito.

In this paper we try to discuss some difficulties in the handle of anguish in psychoanalytical clinic from the various object conceptions of anguish problem by Freud and Lacan. The anguish clinic fact signalises not only some clinic evidence, but also a private function in the treatment conduction and the human condition as having a fault. Freud emphasizes the anguish importance in clinics when he reports to a signal in his book, Inhibitions, symptoms and anxiety (1926) and Lacan, more specifically, will develop, from this, the anguish function, which is to point out the possibility of desire suffocation. The radical otherness notion performs here a central localization, because the referred desire suffocation shows a loss of the limits of the subject and the Other. We intend to privilege in this paper the questions about the problematic of the subject constitution in the Other sphere limits, from the anguish. For such, we consider the Freudian perspectives of the phobic object and the anguish object. From this discussion, we emphasize the understanding of the anguish function with regard to the guarantee of the radical otherness of the subject.
