ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the application effect of nurses hierarchical online training system model based on ADDIE (analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate) teaching theory on medical oncology nursing teaching. Methods:A total of 95 nursing students who had internships in the Department of Oncology in Suining Hospital Affiliated to North Sichuan Medical College from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected in the study and they were divided into observation group ( n=48) and control group ( n=47) according to the order of admission. The control group received regular teaching, and the observation group used the ADDIE teaching theory-based nurse hierarchical online training system model for teaching. The two groups of nursing students' cancer pain management ability, comprehensive ability, assessment scores and teaching satisfaction were recorded and comparatively analyzed. SPSS 22.0 was used for t test and chi-square test. Results:The scores of pain assessment, pain knowledge, pain medication, and pain intervention of the observation group were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05); the observation group's total scores of comprehensive ability assessment, nursing students' theoretical assessment, and scenario simulation operation assessment scores were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05); the nursing students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching style, content, practicability and teaching effect than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The hierarchical online training system model for nurses based on ADDIE teaching theory applied to medical oncology nursing teaching can effectively improve nursing students' cancer pain nursing ability, comprehensive ability and satisfaction, and achieve good training and assessment results.
