ABSTRACT

@#Objective To describe the academic impact of publications from National Institute of Parasitic Diseases (NIPD),Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention,so as to give the quantity evidence for scientific research decision making. Methods The SCIE papers of NIPD published from 2011-2015 were searched and statistically analyzed. The number of published papers,citation frequencies,h⁃index,and funding resources were analyzed. The academic impact of the institute was assessed according to these data. Result A total of 361 papers were published by NIPD,and the quantity increased year by year. The majority type is original articles. The total citations were 1 641 times,the average citation per paper was 5.19 and h⁃index was 17. The majority of these papers were published in foreign professional periodicals,whose impact factors were between 1.194 and 6.751. The major resources of NIPD were from China,and NIPD also had good collaborations with institutions in US and Switzerland. In China and Asia,NIPD led the research in the field of parasitology and tropical medicine. Conclusion The quantity and quality of annual published papers of NIPD are on the rise. However,NIPD lagged behind the leading institutions in the world.

ABSTRACT

Objective To design and implement the academic impact power information platform for the secondary disciplines of clinical medicine in order to keep abreast of their advantages and disadvantages. Methods An index system for the assessment of secondary disciplines of clinical medicine was constructed with the bibliometric methods according to the factual data. Results Its functions of query analysis, batch input, and editing of the index data of different disciplines were achieved in higher education institutions using the ASP. NET technology based on the data processing, indexing and statistical analysis. Conclusion The platform can provide the data support for the develop-ment and scientific research management of secondary disciplines, and thus playing an important role in promoting the innovative research and management of clinical medicine.

ABSTRACT

El presente es un artículo de investigación, cuyo objetivo fue evaluar el impacto social y académico del Programa Interacción Social y Desarrollo Ciudadano en tres localidades del departamento del Atlántico y en el programa académico de Trabajo Social. Se constituyó en estudio de impacto con enfoque mixto, diseño no experimental, con mediciones exante, intra e impacto. Los resultados de la entrevista semiestructurada y grupos focales realizada a 52 líderes(as), docentes y estudiantes, mostró como impacto social el reconocimiento de capacidades de las comunidades para alcanzar mejores niveles de desarrollo humano y social y como impacto académico la retroalimentación del plan de estudio e inclusión de nuevas líneas de investigación. Así que el Programa impactó en el desarrollo humano y gestión social de las personas, familias, grupos e instituciones participantes.


This is a research whose objective was to evaluate the social and academic impact of the Program of Social Interaction and Civic Development in three localities in the department of Atlantico in three localities and Social Work. It was established in impact study mixed approach, non-experimental design, with measurements ante, intra and impact. The results of the interviews and focus groups semiestructurda on 52 leaders (as), teachers and students, showed how social impact recognition capacity of communities to achieve greater levels of human and social development and academic impact and feedback plan study and inclusion of new research. So the program impacted on human development and social management of individuals, families, groups and institutions involved.
