ABSTRACT
The development status of the first 11 inheritance studios of acupuncture and moxibustion academic schools is summarized. Aiming at the current problems, it is suggested to establish qualitative and quantitative evaluation standards and establish a fair and reasonable evaluation system, build a systematic scientific theory and excavate the inherent laws of the schools, implement standardized management of the schools and protect the personalized characteristics of the schools, open outpatient clinic of acupuncture and moxibustion schools and promote the characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology, to promote the inheritance and development of acupuncture and moxibustion academic schools.

Objective] To study the Xin'an doctor Sun Yikui Sun Wenyuan basis four diarrhea cases, in order to reveal Sun Yikui diarrhea syndrome differentiation syndromes characteristics. [Method] With Sun Wenyuan basis of diarrhea four proven cases as example, the combination of Neijing, Treatise on Febrile Disease, the Synopsis, Mingmen theory, Danxi academic ideas and related works and academic thoughts of Sun's, interpretation of Sun's diarrhea cases, comprehensive analysis of the syndrome differentiation syndromes characteristics. [Results] From the Sun Wenyuan basis diarrhea in four cases to know Sun Yikui grasp of vital theories and Danxi academic thoughts, clinical cure, the doer phlegmy wet, dyspepsia, the accountability of virtual are of pixu(deficient spleen), kidney deficiency, with particular emphasis on the pathological factors of kidney Yang deficiency, the author was good at using insurance and pills, Erchen Decoction, Benefit-stomach Shengyang Moisture-penetration soup, Liujunzi Decoction and revised prescriptions. [Conclusion] Sun Wenyuan basis contained diarrhea basis, Sun's clinically curing diarrhea with outstanding characteristics, the curative effect is distinct, we should combine classical and Sun's works to conduct the thorough research to the related basis, broaden the clinical cure drainage, help to improve the ability of clinical treating diarrhea.

LU’s acupuncture therapy is one of the representatives of Shanghai schools of traditional Chinese medicine, and has been indexed by Shanghai Intangible Cultural Heritage List and National Intangible Cultural Heritage List, making a profound influence. From the perspectives of its origin, main academic theories, and inheriting study basements of LU’s acupuncture school, this article elucidated and studied LU’s acupuncture therapy, for further promoting LU’s acupuncture school and reviving acupuncture schools of Shanghai region.

[Objective] The aim of this article is to summarize the clinical experience of Dr. Shen Chunti, the successor of Menghe school in Jiangsu province ,for treating chronic cough.[Method] By following Dr. Shen, this article summarizes the academic point and clinical experience in the treatment of chronic cough, including etiology and pathogenesis, the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation ,and analyzes typical clinical cases. [Result] Dr. Shen Chunti thinks the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cough cannot do without the wind, phlegm, Yin deficiency. The treatment should focus on dispelling wind and dispersing lung, reducing phlegm, nourishing Yin and moistening lung. And it is also important to combine the syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation .[Conclusion] Dr. Shen has accumulated rich experience in treating chronic cough ,it is worth to popularize her outstanding experience.

Objective] To summarize the clinical experience to treat threatened abortion with Zhejiang Chen Mushan Gynecology calming fetus. [Method] By analyzing the understanding of Chen’s Gynecology to etiology and pathogenesis of threaten abortion, to review typical cases and summarize its characteristic of treatment, to sum up the clinical experience of threatened abortion. [Result]The etiology of threaten abortion of Chen ’s Gynecology is due to fetus fire flaring up, qi and blood deficiency, spleen and kidney insufficiency, therefor causing fetus yuan qi not solid, fetus unease and/or threatened abortion. The paper introduces Chen’s miscarriage prevention and proposes to treat threatened abortion by focusing on tonifying qi and blood, strengthening kidney and spleen, clearing heat and cooling blood, integrating prevention with treatment, emphasizing in harmonizing in the treatment. [Conclusion] Chen’s treating method for threatened abortion by calming fetus has accumulated rich clinical experiences with strong characteristics, it is worth to inheritance and popularizing.
