The development of modern medicine requires that doctors trained in medical colleges have the abili -ty to find and solve the problems scientifically .However , many factors affect the enthusiasm of medical students to participant in the scientific research training .Shanghai Jiaotong University summer scientific research training is a project which is carried out for medical students in school , and train their research ability and thinking .It includes basic theory , theoretical study of cell and molecular biology technology , and observation and operation of experi-mental techniques .Establishing perfect organization framework or path , bringing into research groups as research team members according to their interests , maintaining long-term contact to maintain their research continuity and other measures are helpful for the training of research ability of medical students .

First Discussion about the Academic Thinking and the Clinical Experience of Febrile Disease of Shao School Inherited by Professor Shen ;Yuanliang / 浙江中医药大学学报

Objective] To summarize the academic thinking and clinical experience of febrile disease of Shao school inherited by Professor Shen Yuanliang. [Methods]This article discusses the formation and development of febrile disease of Shao school, presents Professor Shen Yuanliang's contribution to inheriting the academic thinking of febrile disease of Shao school, and his clinical experiences and prescriptions. The article also illustrates and analyses a medical record. [Results]Professor Shen Yuanliang inherits the academic thinking and clinical experience of febrile disease of Shao school. He pays attention to the inspection and abdomen examination, eliminating the pathogenic factor to treat exogenous diseases, and regulating spleen and stomach to treat endogenous diseases. He prefers using herbs with the feature of light, regulating and tonifying formula, and focuses on the care after the recuperation. The case mentioned is perfectly recovered after medication. [Conclusion]Professor Shen Yuanliang has the distinguished characteristics in therapy and the rich experience, and the clinical efficacy is obvious.

The academic thinking of WU Pei-heng derived from the theory of thinking highly of yang-qi in Inner Canon of Huangdi and the theory of waming yang to support vital qi in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. He considered that the yang-qi was the essence of the life, warming yang and assisting yang was the core of his academic thinking. He was good at using Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata with hige dosage. The 4 cases in this article proved the science and practicality of warming yang and assisting yang.

The article summed up academic thinking of LOU Duo-feng professor in treating rheumatism.Professor LOU thought that deficiency,pathogen and stasis were the fundamental pathogenesis of rheumatism,and suggested that we should handle deficiency,pathogen and stagnation as a whole in treating rheumatism.There were four treatment principles should be obey in treating rheumatism:firstly,strengthening the genuine-qi to eliminate the evil-qi,simultaneous treatment of principal and subordinate symptoms;Secondly,application of diffusing and obstruction-removing,choosing different medicine according to different location of disease;Thirdly,treatment in accordance with three types of disease causes,treating combing similarities and differences;Lastly,changes of prescriptions and principals according to different courses of disease.In this article,the author list Tongbitang,the basic prescription of Professor LOU in treating rheumatism,and his clinical experience in treating deficiency heat type of obstinate arthralgia.
