The processes acid phosphatase test.

The processed acid phosphatase test was developed for the convenient detection of acid phosphatase enzyme in vaginal swab. The substrate and chromogen were attatched in separated filtered paper. The testing was made by taking a small pirece of questionable swab of vagina onto the two types offiltered papers and 3 drops of distilled water dropped on it. The positive reaction showed the appearance of purple colour in 60 seconds. This processes acid phosphatase gave the good result as compared to conventional one.

The reaction of acid phosphatase test to vaginal suppository drugs and other cleansing reagents.

Fifty five suppository drugs and cleansing reagents were collected and tested with the solution of acid phosphatase test. The result revealed there was no positive for reaction between the solution and those substances.
