ABSTRACT

Objective: Determination of 666 (BHC) and DDT residues in Anoectochili Roxburghii Gemma Terminalis. Methods: Using gas chromatography (GC) for limited detecting the eight kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues, such as BHC (α-BHC, β-BHC, γ-BHC, and δ-BHC) and DDT (PP '-DDE, PP'-DDD, OP '-DDT, and PP'-DDT) in Anoectochili Roxburghii Gemma Terminalis. Results: Linear BHC and DDT standard curve were good, the correlation coefficient was 0.9988-0.9997, the average recovery rates were 95.4%-98.9%, 1%-2.98% RSD. The detection limitation was 0.0053-0.021 g/L. Result of Chinese herbal medici: β-BHC for G 0.0009mg/kg(Among them, α-BHC, γ-BHC, δ-BHC, PP'-DDE, OP'-DDT, PP'-DDD, PP'-DDT not detected) Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, scientific, and feasible, and has higher sensitivity and linear range, which can be used for quality control of pesticide residues in water.

ABSTRACT

Whole mount in situ hybridization with BHC80 RNA probe showed that BHC80 was expressed in zebrafish central nervous system. Morpholino-modified antisense oligonucleotide was injected into zebrafish zygotes to knock down BHC80 expression. BHC80 knockdown resulted in striking decrease of erythrocytes and accumulation of erythrocytes at PBI. Further investigation of embryonic erythrocytes marker βe3 globin and hematopoiesis transcription factors gata1, c-myb and lmo2 by in situ hybridization showed that the erythroid progenitors marked with gata1 in BHC80 knockdown embryos were high proliferation and their differentiation were delayed, which led to decrease of erythrocytes and accumulation of erythrocytes at PBI. Both in situ hybridization and microangiography indicated that vasculature pattern of BHC80 knockdown embryos were almost normal.

Objective To study the combined effects of p,p'-DDE and ?-BHC on lipid peroxidation in the rat Sertoli cells in vitro. Methods After separated Sertoli cells from testicular tissue of rats and treated with the toxicants at different doses, p,p'-DDE(10, 30, 50 ?mol/L), ?-BHC(10, 30, 50 ?mol/L) and p,p'-DDE+?-BHC(10+10, 30+30, 50+50 ?mol/L) which were decided by MTT method, the leakage of LDH, the activity of SOD and the contents of MDA in Sertoli cells were determined. ABSTRACT

AIM: To determine trace elements lead,cadmium,arsensic,mercury and agrochemical 666,DDT in Pinellia ternata. METHODS: Atom absorbtion spectrophotometry,atom fluorescene spectrum and Gas Chromatography were used. RESULTS: The content of lead in Pinellia ternata was 1.9438-3.6938 mg/kg,that of cadmium was 0.3988-1.9440 mg/kg,that of arsenic was 0.1940-0.9643 mg/kg,that of mercury was 0.0040-(0.1420) mg/kg,The content of total BHC was 0.04%-0.57%,that of total DDT was 0.03-0.07%. CONCLUSION: The content of heavy metal and that of BHC and DDT is up to correlative regulation.
