ABSTRACT

Objective To study the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic resection of hemangioma in the right posterior hepatic section without any blood flow occlusion. Methods Patients with hemangiomas in the right posterior section of liver operated from January 2016 to June 2018 in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities were studied retrospectively. There were 19 females and 9 males. The average age was (37.9 ± 6.1).The operation methods, perioperative factors, hospitalization cost and follow-up outcomes were recorded and analyzed. Results 28 patients with hemangiomas were treated with laparoscopic resection of right posterior hepatic section without any blood flow occlusion. An ultrasound scalpel was applied to split the liver in 27 patients, and ultrasound scalpel combined with Ligasure to split the liver in 1 patient. The mean diameter of the hepatic hemangiomas was (6.7 ± 1.3) cm.The intraoperative blood loss was (330.4 ± 139.0) ml and the operation time was (87.4 ±27.9) min.One patient required conversion to open surgery due to rupture and bleeding of the hemangioma. The conversion rate was 3.6% (1/28).The postoperative drainage time was (45.4 ± 18.9) h.The postoperative hospitalization time was (7.5 ± 1.3) d,and the hospitalization cost was (3.1 ± 0.5) ten thousand yuan.No death or serious complications occurred. No reoperation was needed. The follow-up period ranged from 1 to 30 months, and all the patients were well on follow-up.Conclusions Laparoscopic resection of hemangioma in the right posterior hepatic section without any blood flow occlusion was safe and efficacious. This method can be used for hemangiomas in the right posterior section of liver.

ABSTRACT

Blood control technology and determination of hepatectomy plane are the core techniques of liver resection, which not only affect the operative performance, but also affect the prognosis of patients. The concept of pre-control the blood vessels in the hepatic segment which should be resected can effective control of bleeding during hepatectomy.A comprehensive application of the ischemic line guidance, the intraoperative ultrasound, the segmental portal staining, fluorescent staining, the hepatic vein-oriented technique, and three-dimensional technique are helpful to precisely determine the boundary of hepatic segment to be resected and guide the hepatectomy plane.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: This study aimed to research on how adherence and blood control could make a difference when it comes to develop complications. METHODS: The study's subjects were 255,916 patients who were newly diagnosed with hypertension in 2009 using data collected by National Health Insurance Cooperation. Patients are considered as a group under adherence if visit days and prescription days are more than 300 days. Patients are considered to have successfully controled their hypertension based on actual value measured by National Health Insurance Cooperation and the study takes a look at whether they were diagnosed with complications of cerebrocardiovascular disease in 2012. Chi-square test and logistic regression was used to analyze. RESULTS: Patients who were able to control their hypertension show 0.80 times chance of developing cerebrovascular disease, and 0.89 times chance of developing cardiocerebrovascular disease. The group of adherence shows lower chance of developing complication in general than the group of non-adherence. CONCLUSION: The study revealed that hypertension's constant treatment could control the blood pressure and prevent complications. It is important that encourages patients to effort for persistent treatment for reducing complication.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the nutritional therapy of GDM and IGT.Methods:50 g glucose challenge test was done 610 in patients at examination in our hospital. The oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)was performed in glucose challenge test positive patients to diagnose GDM and IGT.The blood glucose of fasting and postprandial 2h,perinatal mortality, incidence of large neonates were observed after treatment with nutrition in the GDM and IGT patients. Results:There were 15 cases of GDM and 61cases of IGT during the 140 cases of GCT positive patients. After nutritional therapy, the GDM's fasting and postprandial 2 h blood glucose decreased significantly(P

ABSTRACT

Objective To research on a whole blood control material for lymphocyte subset counting by flow cytometry(FCM).Methods To detect lymphocyte subset in whole blood with different preservers by flow cytometric multi-color analysis. Results whole blood control material for lymphocyte subset counting by FCM was prepared. In 2-8℃ refrigerator, the light scatter and CD45 of leukocytes of whole blood control were stable in 72 days. The cluster of lymphocyte, monocyte, neutrophil in plot were separated easily from debris. The lymphocyte subset of whole blood control can be counted by FSC/SSC or CD45/SSC gating. The variation of lymphocyte subset count was less in different preserving day. The coefficient of variation (CV) of lymphocyte subset count was less than 6.5% in our laboratory and less than 13% in external quality assessment among 56 laboratories in China. Conclusion The whole blood control prepared by us can be used for internal quality control and external quality assessment in lymphocyte subset counting by FCM, it is very important signification to ensure the quality and accuracy of lymphocyte subset count.
