ABSTRACT

Objective To develop an intelligent evaluation and automatic warning system to improve the diagnosis rate of venous thrombo embolism (VTE) and strengthen its standardized treatment.Methods A clinical data center was constructed by using data extraction,conversion and loading,which involved in military medical system,clinical laboratory system,electronic medical record system and surgical anesthesia system.The warning model was established with international standards,clinician experiences,warning parameters selection by statistical method and weighted assignment.Results The system could predict the risk of the hospitalized patient for VTE rapidly and inform the doctor in time.Conclusion The system facilitates the doctor to prevent and control VTE,and thus is worthy promoting practically.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop a retrieval system about medical imaging diagnosis results in comparison with the pathological diagnosis. Methods B/S structure, Internet technologies such as Web, Node.js were used to provide local area network retrieval service so as to meet the requirements for data collection, mining, retrieval and browsing, and then other functions were realized on these grounds. Results A retrieval system was implemented with low cost, high performance, high maintainability, high expansibility and high portability. Conclusion The system provides an efficient and powerful tool for the improvement of the quality of medical imaging diagnosis. Whether for the information system of small and medium-sized hospitals or large hospitals and institutes, the model has very high application potential and value.

ABSTRACT

@#Objective To develop a comprehensive rehabilitation information system based on browser/server (B/S) structure, to implement entry, retrieval, statistics, analysis, browsing and exhibition of electronic data in rehabilitation medicine. Methods Based on the systematic analysis of the rehabilitation work flow and the data need to be disposed, a distributed database system was established, and some modules of applications were developed, such as treatment planning, efficacy evaluation, outcome prediction and performance appraisal. Results The simplified version of Hydrotherapy Comprehensive Rehabilitation Information System was initially developed based on Ruby on Ralis framework and PostgreSQL database, and tested in the local area network of China Rehabilitation Research Center. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation information system based on B/S structure is feasible, and shows the potentialities to improve the team work in rehabilitation based on internet.

OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the enhancement drug quality management level.METHODS:Through analyzing the demands on drug quality monitoring information and by using Visual Studio.NET,the software of the browser/server model information system for drug quality monitoring was designed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The newly developed browser/server model information system for drug quality monitoring has many advantages,and it can better satisfy the requirements for drug quality management.
