ABSTRACT

Objective:HPLC for the determination of five components in Descurainiae Semen was established to investigate the change rule of contents of five components in the herb before and after being processed. Method:The contents of quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucose-7-O-β-D-gentiobioside(QGG),sinapic acid,quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(QG),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(IG) and 1,2-di-O-sinapoyl-β-D-glucopyranose(SG) was determined simultaneously by HPLC,the change rule of contents of these components before and after processing and its reasons were analyzed.Waters Symmetry® C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was employed,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-1% acetic acid aqueous solution(B) for gradient elution(0-5 min,5%-10%A;5-15 min,10%-13%A;15-23 min,13%-20%A;23-43 min,20%-25%A;43-46 min,25%A;46-55 min,25%-40%A;55-60 min,40%A).The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm,the injection volume was 10 μL,and the column temperature was 30℃. Result:Contents of the above five components before processing were 0.114 3%,0.041 6%,0.036 2%,0.022 6% and 0.097 6%;after processing,the contents of these five components turn into 0.107 4%,0.011 3%,0.034 2%,0.021 9% and 0.058 9%;among them,the contents of these five components decreased by 6.04%,72.84%,5.52%,3.10% and 39.65%,respectively. Conclusion:The contents of these five components in Descurainiae Semen is reduced to varying degrees after processing.The contents of phenylpropanoids decrease significantly,while the contents of flavonoid glycosides do not change significantly.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the correct test ways of the ductus venosus (DV) blood flow spectrum of the normal fetal and the rule of changes of the normal fetal DV blood flow spectrum along with gestational week,and to establish the reference ranges of the parameters of blood flow.Methods:A total of 320 cases of single fetal pregnant women within 11-40 weeks were selected as the objects.Using color doppler echocardiography,the ventricular systolic peak velocity (SV),atrial systolic trough (aV),pulse index (PI) and resistance index (RI)were measured,and the ratio of ventricular systolic peak velocity trough ratio (S/a) from ultrasonic standard section was calculated.All of these were analysed statistically.Results:The doppler spectrum of normal fetal DVblood flow showed the same three-phase waves,SV was increased with the increase of gestational age (F=27.00,P=0.000),and aV was elevated with the increase of gestational age (F=389.81,P=0.000),while PI (F=65.41,P=0.000),RI (F=58.82,P=0.000) andS/a ratio (F=47.79,P=0.000) were decreased with the increase of gestational age.Conclusion:The performance of color Doppler flow imaging of normal fetal DV showed that the blood flow peak speed is increased along with the increase of gestational age and PI,RI and S/a are reduced with the increase of gestational age,and RI has the largest decline,which has important diagnosis value.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the change rule and clinical application value of hemorheologic indexes in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage ( ICH) . Methods The hemorheology indexes of 100 acute ICH patients ( ICH group) were detected within 24 h, and compared with 30 normal controls ( normal control group) . The effect of hemorheology index on history of hypertension, hemorrhage quantity and the hemorrhage location were analyzed. Results Compared with those in normal control group, the indexes of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly increased and erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformability index and hematocrit were significantly decreased in acute stage ( all P< 0. 01 ) . Blood rheology indexes were changed significantly in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group (all P<0. 01), the whole blood viscosity (200 s-1 and 50 s-1 ) , erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in non-hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group were changed significantly ( P< 0. 05 - 0. 01 ). Compared with normal the non-hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group, the whole blood rheology indexes except erythroate sedicmnt ation rate significantly erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly changed ( P< 0. 05 ) . As the hemorrhage quantity increased in each groups, the whole blood viscosity ( 200 s-1 and 50 s-1 ) and plasma viscosity of cerebral hemorrhage patients were significantly increased, otherwise the erythrocyte aggregation index was significantly decreased (P<0. 05-0. 01). There were statistical differences compared the indexes of whole blood viscosity (200 s-1 and 1 s-1 ) , plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte sedimentation rate among each groups of different hemorrhage locations in acute ICH patients (all P<0. 05). Conclusions The blood of acute ICH patients shows a state of concentrated, sticky, aggregation and coagulation that severely affects the prognosis. The patients with hypertension and greater hematoma changed obviously, different hemorrhage location affected differently.

ABSTRACT

Chinese materia medica (CMM) processing is a traditional Chinese pharmaceutical technology with independent intellectual property rights in China, which includes historical evolution, processing technology, quality standards and processing mechanism. Clarification of the chemical constituents changes in seed Chinese materia medica (SCMM) is the core purpose of mechanism research of CMM processing. It is well known that "SCMM be stir-heated before using", which has been confirmed by many research institutions at home and abroad. This article gives a brief introduction to the chemical mechanism during SCMM processing and concludes their similarities. It has been found that the chemical constituents in SCMM have experienced complex changes both in quantitative and qualitative during processing. The main chemical reactions occurred in the SCMM processing are decomposition reaction so as to increase therapeutic effect or reduce toxicity and so on. The theory has a certain scientific connotation and it should be clarified under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine for rational clinical use.
