ABSTRACT
In the process of localization in China,western bioethical principles face theoretical dilemmas such as the westernization of discourse expression,inconsistency of paradigm standards,and unclear logical order,as well as practical dilemmas such as technology supremacy and capitalization of medical services.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a Chinese characteristic bioethical principle of"life first"based on China's national conditions,highlighting the connotation and life purpose of"life survival,health,dignity,and order",as well as the value characteristics of collectivism,clarifying that western bioethical principles can provide a methodological reference for Chinese characteristic bioethical principles,and forming a theoretical consensus.To promote the realization of Chinese characteristic bioethical principles,it is necessary to interpret them through Chinese discourse,strengthen their publicity and education,improve their theory system,and form a consensus on them.

Due to the difference of cultural background, the psychological, social and spiritual needs of dying people are very different, so there are great differences in the care and nursing concept of dying people in different countries and nationalities. In order to construct the modern hospice care, we should actively learn from the western experience, but more important is to dig the local ideological resources from the traditional culture, build a set of caring care theory and practice rooted in China and originated from the concept of a good end of Chinese traditional culture, with the characteristics of the times and the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation, serving the Chinese people, and with Chinese characteristics.

The comprehensive establishment of the basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics is key to the healthcare reform. Taking the basic medical and health system as the specific research object, this paper elaborated the system examples of various countries' health systems. It also, using the classic system theory as the theoretical research basis, defined the connotation of the basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics and described such characteristics. The purpose is to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of such a system, and provide references for the healthcare reform and Healthy China initiative.

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is an effective and sometimes the only curative therapy for patients with certain hematological diseases.HSCT has been practiced in China for approximately fifty years,and great improvements have been made within the past decade,especially in fields such as haploidentical HSCT system,strategies to overcome relapse and GVHD.This review will describe the current situation and provide a prospective of these novel characteristics of HSCT system in China.
