Identification of Yangti (crispate rhubarb) by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy / 中草药

Object To establish a new method for the identification of Yangti (Chinese herb from Rumex L., Polygonaceae) by near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry. Methods Cluster analysis and discriminative analysis were adopted for their identification. Results The method can identify crude Yangti to a certain degree with results coincident with that of the traditional phytotoxnomy.
