ABSTRACT

Objective To sort out the scientific research achievements in the direction of early warning of infectious diseases in China from 2001 to 2022, and analyze the research hotspots and trends in the direction of early warning of infectious diseases in China in recent 20 years, so as to provide reference for relevant policies and exploration directions. Methods Relevant literature retrieved from CNKI Chinese database was used as the data source, and Excel 2019 and Citespace 6.1.R2 software were used for visual analysis of research hotspots and frontier literature. Results A total of 1276 papers meeting requirements were obtained, and most of the research groups were relatively small and had little cooperation with others. The types of research institutions were relatively single, and most of them were domestic universities. “Infectious diseases”, “early warning” and “prediction” were the most frequently used keywords. Research on big data and COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control is the current research frontier. Conclusion There is little cooperation among authors and between institutions in the field of early warning of infectious diseases in China. Using big data to early warning of infectious diseases and improving the ability of early warning of COVID-19 are the main research directions and trends at present.

ABSTRACT

Objective:Visual analysis of the current research status, hotspots and frontier of spiritual care will provide reference for further research on spiritual and develop Spiritual care for patients with chronic diseases in China in the future.Methods:Using CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database as the data source, this paper uses Bibliometric method and CiteSpace software to carry out visual analysis from five aspects such as annual volume of literature, author of literature, institution of literature and high-frequency keywords.Results:A total of 167 literatures were included, and the volume of publications showed an increasing trend; the distribution of institutions and regions was uneven; the sources of journals were scattered; the cooperation between authors and institutions was lacking, the research hot spots and frontier are "spiritual care needs", "cancer patients", "spiritual health", "spiritual intervention" and "nurse's spiritual care ability".Conclusions:The research of spiritual care for chronic patients in China started late and developed slowly, and the depth and breadth of research need to be strengthened. In the future, we should strengthen the diversified scientific research cooperation and exchanges across authors, institutions and regions, draw on the experience and lessons of foreign research, building a theoretical system of spiritual care for patients with chronic diseases suitable for China's national conditions, and promote the scientific, diversified and high-quality development of spiritual care for patients with chronic diseases in China.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze of hot spots and cutting-edge dynamic researches on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment for atopic dermatitis (AD).Methods:The data were abstracted from the literature of AD from CNKI, VIP and WanFang database, during January 1st, 2000 to May 31st, 2021. CiteSpace was used to map Knowledge and visualize information on the law, research hot spots and trendency of TCM in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in recent 20 years.Results:A total of 478 articles were included, mainly from TCM colleges and universities in various provinces. Most of the cooperative institutions have subsidiary relationships, and there is less cross-agency and cross-regional cooperation. Hot research topics included AD, clinical research, TCM therapy, TCM syndrome differentiation, compound Glycyrrhizin, TCM external treatment, and TCM formular, forming 8 main clusters. Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine was the developing trend in the treatment of AD, and the establishment of animal models to evaluate the therapeutic effect is the research frontier.Conclusion:Knowledge mapping can show the evolution path, research hotspot and frontier of TCM in the treatment of AD, and lay a foundation for high quality researches.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the research status of gouty arthritis at home and abroad in the past 15 years,and to provide reference for for further in-depth research in this field. Method:With “Gouty arthritis” as the research topic, the related papers during 2004—2019 were searched in Web of science core collection database and CNKI databases respectively. The results were statistically sorted out according to publication year,author,institution,literature source and key words,etc,and were visualized by CiteSpace software. Result:A total of 5 071 Chinese papers and 1 136 English papers were included. The amount of domestic and foreign publications continued to rise,forming a core team represented by LI Zhao-fu,XIONG Hui,SCHLESINGER NAOMI and other authors. The research hotpots focused on the pathogenesis,diagnosis methods, Chinese and Western medicine treatment,clinical observation,risk assessment and other aspects of gouty arthritis. Both of them had their own emphases. Domestic researches tended to focus on the treatment of gouty arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine,while foreign ones focused on the pathological research and clinical investigation of gouty arthritis. Conclusion:The number of researches in the field of gouty arthritis is on the rise as a whole,and there are both consistency and differences in the research content and hot topics between domestic and foreign literature. Therefore, we should strengthen cooperation and exchange between different teams and countries,so as to promote the overall development of this field.

Objective@#To comb the development of transitional care, analyze and compare the research hotspots and frontiers at home and abroad.@*Methods@#CNKI Database and Web of Science Core Collection were taken as data sources to retrieve the relevant literature published from 2000 to 2019; CiteSpace software was used to construct scientific knowledge maps for visualization analysis.@*Results@#A total of 285 Chinese and 1 179 English documents were retrieved, and the annual publications showed an upward trend from 2012. The high-yield institutions and authors were relatively scattered. Chinese papers focused on subjective indicators such as quality of life, and most of which were literature review. While English papers tended to focus on objective indicators, such as readmission and mortality rate, and the research type was mainly intervention study. The Chinese keywords "WeChat" and English "palliative care" were with the strongest citation bursts in recent years.@*Conclusions@#The domestic development of transitional care is relatively lagging; cooperation between institutions and authors should be strengthened. Future researches on palliative care or combined with WeChat platform may become hotspots in this field.

ABSTRACT

Objective To provide study hotspot and direction of ischemic stroke for peers by reviewing and analyzing the literature characteristic of ischemic stroke published the international journal by Chinese institutions in the last 10 years. Methods We performed literature retrieval in the web of science core database (SCI) from 2008 to 2018, with the search term of "ischemic stroke" and limiting the author institution in China. We used the bibliometric analysis method to investigate the characteristics of the author, publishment time, journal, and citation. The study also used the CiteSpace software to analyze and visualize the cited counts, citation burst, centrality, and sigma value of the citing articles. Results In the past 10years, 9 401 science citation index (SCI) papers were published in the field of ischemic stroke by Chinese institutions. The number of paper had been increasing annually, and the main institutions of the literation were "Capital Medical university", "Fudan University", "Shanghai Jiaotong University", "Chinese University of Hong Kong" and "Nanjing Medical University". The overseas organization that was the most closely cooperated with Chinese institutions was Harvard University. The cluster analysis of the research topics found fourteen research topics. The ten hottest clusters were "stroke protection", "HIF-1 alpha", "balloon-expandable stents", "chromosome region", "ischemic postconditioning", "ischemic stroke risk", "multidetector CT perfusion", "Collagen IV-labeled vessel", and "cerebral ischemia". The high cited counts, burst, and centrality of literature were focused on the two clusters of "ischemic stroke" and "stroke protection". The cluster of "multi-slice CT perfusion" has been increased as a hot topic in recent years. Conclusions Many studies on ischemic stroke were published in SCI journal by Chinese researchers in the past ten years, and some studies of those have a great influence on the stroke field. Thematic trend analysis would help to understand future research directions for ischemic stroke.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Platelet-rich plasma has been widely used in orthopedics, plastic surgery, maxillofacial surgery, sports medicine, and intractable wounds due to its advantages of simple preparation, autologous source, low cost, and good safety. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the existing research structure of platelet-rich plasma in recent 5 years worldwide by using CiteSpace software, and to analyze the research hotspots and the evolution trend of platelet-rich plasma by using the visual network map generated by the software, in order to explore the academic frontiers and provide the choice of research direction. METHODS: The Web of Science Core Collection and CNKI database were searched for platelet-rich plasma related literature records published between 2015 and 2020. We visually analyzed the enrolled studies in terms of countries/regions, institutions, authors, journals, and keywords based on the knowledge network maps generated by the CiteSpace software. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The average annual number of documents issued in China from 2015 to 2019 was 184.2; the high-yield institutions issued in cooperation were represented by the Department of Orthopaedics of the Sixth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University; the high-yield authors issued in cooperation were represented by Shan Guiqiu; the keywords of hotspots were growth factors, bone marrow stem cells, osteoarthritis, etc. Internationally, the average annual number of documents issued in 2015-2019 was about 928.2; the countries with high yield of cooperative documents issued were the United States, China and Italy; the institutions with high yield of cooperative documents issued were New York Hospital for Special Surgery, University of Pittsburgh and Rush University; the author with high yield of cooperative documents issued was Anitua E; the keywords for hotspots were growth factors, stem cells and repair; and the influential journal was American Journal of Sports Medicine. According to the results of CiteSpace literature analysis, platelet-rich plasma has developed rapidly in the fields of orthopedics, sports medicine and tissue engineering, both at home and abroad.

Among those literatures, the work of Professor Barrows had the biggest influence in this field;the United States was the country with the largest publication; the Hong Kong Polytechnic University had the top publication amount; PBL teaching literatures included by Journal of Advanced Nursing, Medical Education and Nurse Education Today were able to reflect the research foundation of this field to some extent. In addition, our study also found four classic literatures, which discussed the scientific rationality of PBL teaching in nursing education from different angles and had significance for laying foundations. Conclusion PBL teaching receives more and more attention in nursing education, but high-yielding authors are few, the distribution of national and institutional research power is uneven, and the overall research foundation is relatively weak, which still needs to be further explored.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the research hotspots of pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad, and find out the shortcomings of pharmacoeconomics research in China. METHODS:Using"Pharmacoeconomice"as English subject and"pharmacoeconomics"as Chinese subject,SCI source journal,EI source journal,Chinese core journal and CSSCI literatures were retrieved from Web of Science core collection database and CNKI. The research hotspots and trend of pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad during Jan. 2007-Oct. 2017 were studied by using CiteSpace software in respects of subject analysis,topic analysis, citation analysis and keyword cluster analysis. RESULTS:A total of 912 English literatures and 486 Chinese literatures were included. Subject analysis showed that foreign researches on pharmacoeconomics focused on"pharmacology and pharmacy""health science and service",etc;domestic researches focused on"pharmacy""industrial economics",etc. Topic analysis showed that key words such as"quality of life"and"cost benefit analysis"appeared frequently in English literatures;key words such as"cost effectiveness analysis""pharmacoeconomic evaluation"appeared frequently in Chinese literatures. Citation analysis showed that the top 5 cited literatures in English literatures were mostly issued or put forward by related government departments or organizations' research reports;the top 5 cited literatures in Chinese literature were mostly research papers written by individuals. Cluster analysis showed that domestic pharmacoeconomics research mainly focused on drug price,drug policy and cost-effectiveness analysis of different drugs and treatment programs;compared with English literature,Chinese literature pharmacoeconomics still lacked in drug long-term safety,drug risk assessment and patient health. CONCLUSIONS:Domestic pharmacoeconomic researches are still focused on cost-effectiveness analysis of different treatment plans,but lack of research on residents'health care,quality adjustment life year compared with foreign researches. In addition,domestic pharmacoeconomic research were not enough,and research quality is in low level,which limits the application of pharmacoeconomics in China.
