ABSTRACT

[Abstract] Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a rapid decline in renal function caused by various etiologies, and is a common critical disease in combat and special working environment. The combat injury and special working environment-related AKI have the characteristics of high incidence and mortality, and the long-term prognosis of survival patients is poor. The present paper introduces the etiology, pathogenesis and main classification of AKI related to combat injury and special working environment, and expounds the present situation of early diagnosis and treatment of AKI and the existing problems. At present, the basic research on AKI is deepening, and the application of new diagnostic markers and renal replacement therapy equipment are becoming more and more active. In order to meet the treatment needs of AKI related to combat injury and special working environment in the future, this paper puts forward the corresponding prevention and treatment strategies, and looks forward to the development trend in this field in the future.

ABSTRACT

There are many problems in field training of mobile medical service units, such as lack of training ground, backward training methods, simple training methods and weak comprehensive treatment ability. The purpose of this study is to explore the research and development idea and application effect of mobile combat-injury treatment training assessment system, which consists of handheld mobile terminals, 3 function modules for training mode, training evaluation and inquiry, and 5 basic modules for comprehensive appraisal of training performance, recording and analysis of training results, facilitation of personalized training programs, multi-view summary of training performances and intelligent stratified management of trainees, respectively. This mobile assessment system makes the training equipment more portable, training means more convenient, training activities derestrict to time, place or weather and, as a result, the whole combat-injury treatment training more efficient.

ABSTRACT

The research and establishment of combat injury coding are important in accurate judgment of war wound, medical documents recording, health resource allocation, medical decision supporting and health service informatization. Mass casualties with complicated injuries, numerous mechanisms and severe wound infection in combat field are not found in civilian trauma, so civilian injury coding is not applicable to combat injury data. In this paper, we reviewed the development of foreign civilian injury coding systems and American military combat coding system, and explored its reference role for Chinese military combat coding research.
