ABSTRACT

Doctors needed to communicate with a large and varied crowd under complex clinical situation. The expression and realization of medical humanities literacy through communicating and cooper-ating can help clinical decision-making and cooperation, which is critical to improving the efficiency and the quality of patients' experience. Therefore, this article explores new definitions of communication which are more suitable for doctors and analyzes their principles and requirements according to the different sub-jects in communication and cooperation. Doctor-patient communication should focus on the future. Peer communication should respect each other and seek common points ground while reserving differences. Social communication should grasp the boundaries and eliminates prejudice. Only by using certain skills in com-munication and cooperation like this, can we express and realize medical humanities literacy and contribute to the stability of China's medical environment.

ABSTRACT

The harmonious medical cooperation based on mutual respect and mutual trust is an important part of modern ICU medical care activities,throughout the whole process of ICU medical and nursing work.Whether the relationship between doctors and nurses is harmonious or not directly affects the prognosis of ICU patients.With the change of medical model,the relationship between doctors and nurses is changing. This paper analyzed the influencing factors of doctor nurse cooperative relationship and the significance of good doctor nurse communication and cooperation,summarized the methods and strategies to promote cooperation between doctors and nurses at home and abroad,which would provide reference for clinical cooperation between doctors and nurses in theory and practice.
