ABSTRACT

@#To promote the construction of first-class disciplines of "Double First-Class" universities in China, the construction of a comprehensive evaluation system was explored, so as to provide suggestions for the development of these disciplines.Essential Science Indicators (ESI), InCites and Derwent Innovation Index databases, together with range transformation method and entropy weight method, were employed to analyze the data in the field of pharmacology and toxicology from some universities; the construction approaches and index performance of the system were studied. The score performances of the sample universities in the index system are different from their ESI rankings, suggesting that the system has certain practical value.ESI rankings cannot fully reflect the development levels of disciplines, while the multi-dimensional index evaluation system can overcome this shortcoming to a certain extent.This paper establishes an evaluation system with published papers and granted patents as the main evaluation objects, covering as many multi-angle indicators of scientific research output as possible, and trying to overcome the disadvantages due to lack of information in a single or few index systems.It is suggested that universities should formulate their discipline development plans from the perspectives of publishing high-quality original research results, leading or widely participating in scientific research cooperation, strengthening university-enterprise cooperation, promoting the application of research results, promoting open science and encouraging open access.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To study the mode of regional volume-based proc urement of injection ,design complete and effective volume-based procurement plan of injection ,and to provide decision-making basis for government departments. METHODS :The official documents of all provinces/provincial-level alliances that carried out injection volume-based procurement were retrieved as of Feb. 8th,2021. Content analysis method was used to sort out and compare volume-based procurement types ,grouping methods , product selection methods and other information of injection. Combined with the existing information ,the suggestions were put forward for improving volume-based procurement mode and the improved volume-based procurement mode framework. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS :By Feb. 8th,2021,a total of 13 provinces/provincial-level alliances have launched volume-based procurement of injections ,mainly involving antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors ;a comprehensive evaluation system was used for evaluation for many provinces/provincial-level alliances. Comprehensive evaluation system involves the price and quality of injection ,and enterprise credit ,etc.,and include a variety of factors other than price into evaluation scope. But the comprehensive evaluation system is still in its preliminary application stage ,and has differences in each province/provincial-level. Its details need to be perfected and it has not yet formed a unified standard. In the future,the way of product quality inspection needs to be refined. On the existing basis ,it has been constructed and improved that comprehensive evaluation system framework include efficacy ,safety,economy and other indicators. It is suggested to promote the comprehensive clinical evaluation of com drugs and apply more re al world data for product review ,so as to further reduce drug price,and promote the hea lthy development of the pharmaceutical industry.

ABSTRACT

Due to the weak foundation of clinical trials,the pre-market data of pediatric medicine is insufficient. Therefore,a comprehensive evaluation system of pediatric clinical medicine is urgently needed to safeguard the children′s medication safety. This article provides the method and builds path to establish the comprehensive evaluation system from the aspects of biulding organization?al structure,operational process and evaluation methodology,respectively. Further,based on the concept ofEvidence-based or other?wise evidence-created,and following the example of“Mini-Sentinel”of the United States,the big data in medicine can be used to overcome the“Evidence-created”difficulty in the evaluation of pediatric medication. Thus more extensive comprehensive evaluation can be made through collecting the clinical data generated from the real world for the pediatric medication. In the future ,the compre?hensive evaluation system of pediatric clinical medicine established on the basis of big data can be linked to thePrecision MedicineProject in our country,the evaluation bases can be the Mini-Sentinel to collect big medical data and biological samples,thus to bring a steady flow of power for promoting the pediatric medicine active surveillance and pediatric precision medicine ,and finally to safeguard the children′s health in our country.

ABSTRACT

The significance and principles of comprehensive evaluation system which is configurated for large medical equipment were discussed in this paper.Through literature analysis and Delphi method and questionnaire,comprehensive evaluation index and the corresponding weights were fixed.And the comprehensive evaluation system was designed in order to provide guidance for investment decision-making and scientific management.The data of the comprehensive evaluation system should be improved and perfect in practice.
