ABSTRACT

With business activities expanding and number of business contracts growing, the management of multi-campus hospitals is faced with constantly escalating requirements for risk prevention and control within the hospital. Being an important part of hospital internal management, the internal audit plays an irreplaceable role in the high-quality development of hospitals. The authors elaborated on the value of business contract audit in the management of multi-campus hospitals from three dimensions of internal control, risk management and hospital added value, introduced the practices by the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine in the management of its multi-campus management since 2018, by adopting the strategy of architecture integration, rule homogenization, process standardization, and vertical supervision, and put forward suggestions from three aspects, including the practical difficulties in the participation process, the dynamic adjustment of role positioning, and the development of better integrating business contract auditing into multi-campus hospital management.

ABSTRACT

Objective:It proved that the internal audit supervision plays an important role in the hospital economic contract management.Methods:From strengthening economic contract supervision,it introduced how to use the supervision of the audit department in the contract management and ensure the normal operation of economic activities in the Second People's Hospital of Wuhu.Results:The contract management and risk awareness of the relevant departments of the hospital were strengthened.The contract management was standardized and institutionalized.Conclusion:Through the internal audit supervision,it improved the contract management system,reduced financial risk and improved the level of financial management.

Carrying out clinical trial contract audit can audit the authenticity,legality and effectiveness of the contract and timely avoid the potential risks,clarify the responsibilities,rights and obligations of all parties participating in the clinical trials and clear the responsibility of each party in protecting the subjects,guarantee that the contracts include contents of subject protection and put them into practice.From the perspectives of establishing relevant documents,defining the main implementer,making the process,and confirming the core elements,this paper introduced how Xijing Hospital standardized clinical trial contract audit and expounded its significance in promoting the protection of subjects.
