ABSTRACT
Summer school is an important reform of the teaching organization mode home and abroad. The purpose is to make the best use of the limited teaching resources to meet the needs of the students. In recent years, a lot of universities has accumulated abundant experiences to set up summer school in China. This article focuses on the practice of summer school in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, in order to provide some promoting strategies for summer school in domestic universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine in future.
ABSTRACT
The article introduced the importance of learning the medical documents writing for the clinical medical students and the fundamental condition of setting up medical document writing,including the course setup,course target,course content,teaching method,teaching materials,curriculum implementation,assessment methods and so on. And through the questionnaire survey,the comparison of the internship students'writing quality before and after the course setup,and the statistics analysis,the article also suggested that it was necessary and feasible to establish the curriculum of medical documents writing in clinical specialty.

To foster the medical scientific and humanistic spirit of medical students,a cours "eOutline of medical humanities" was designed and implemented in the Third Military Medi-cal University. This course puts great emphasis on helping students understand the meaning of medical humanities,improving their judgment of the social and moral value of medicine,giving correct guidance to young students as to the essence of medicine,promoting the harmony of medical scientific spirit and medical humanistic spirit of the medical students and making tehm become qualified medical workers.

According to teaching practice of "microbial engineering", teaching reforms, such as conformity and optimization of the curriculum system, improvement of teaching methods and the construction of multilevels experimental teaching system, are investigated in this paper, in order to improve the teaching quality and enhance the overall quality and the abilities of operation and innovation of students.
