Caspase-3 in cellular apoptosis of bladder carcinoma induced by mitomycin C / 中华泌尿外科杂志

Objective To investigate caspase 3 in the apoptosis of EJ cells in bladder carcinoma induced by mitomycin C(MMC). Methods The apoptosis and changes in cell cycle were examined by means of TUNEL and flow cytometry. The ability of caspase 3 antibody to resist apoptosis induced by a low dose of mitomycin was also studied.
