ABSTRACT
Objective:To understand the current situation of male nurses in Dalian area and explore its future development direction.Methods:From August to September in 2020, 189 male nurses who had been engaged in clinical nursing for more than one year in 29 hospitals in Dalian were selected by convenient sampling method, and they were investigated by questionnaire. SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The counting data were described by rate or constituent ratio. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the important factors influencing male nurses′ willingness to change profession.Results:A total of 189 male nurses were investigated, 137 of them were under 30 years old, accounting for 72.5%. They had high education background and low professional title, mainly concentrated in ICU, operation room and emergency department of public owned 3A or 3B hospitals, with a monthly income of 3 000 to 8 000 yuan. 33 nurses(17.5%) chose nursing profession because they couldn′t change careers by profession adjustment. 135 nurses (71.4%) considered that work pressure was high. 70 nurses (37.0%) had the idea of changing careers. The main influencing factors included:nursing career was not in accordance with individual interest, dislike of female boss, low income. The prominent problem in nursing career was "inconvenience in gender""the confusion of self-positioning".Conclusions:The hospital should improve the income of male nurses, reduce the work pressure, establish magnetic hospital, establish career planning for them, and expand the team of male nurses. Male nurses should take the initiative to improve their professional ability and professional title, so as to provide necessary conditions for the realization of nursing managers, educators, researchers and other professional goals.

As the life expectancy of the population increases and traditional indexes are flawed in reflecting the health level, the concept of the healthy life expectancy has emerged, which integrates the length of the life and quality, more comprehensively reflects the health level of the population. This article has summarized the emergence and development of health life expectancy, classification of indexes, and commonly used measurement methods, as well as domestic and international application examples, and domestic research status. It proposes to establish a unified national measurement method, and make full use of big data resources in health care to comprehensively assess the health life expectancy of the population.

Due to the automation of clinical test and analysis,work units like hospitals have reduced the demand for medical laboratory talents,which has increased the employment pressure of graduates.However,the demand for medical laboratory talents is in short supply with the development of the in-vitro diagnosis industry.Guided by the industry development and the employment demand,our school set up the development direction of " in-vitro diagnosis ",combined medicine and engineering,established the corresponding curriculum system,adopted school-enterprise(institution)collaboration and explored the talent training mode of "special direction tutor system".In addition,we provided a special course of "Introduction to Medical Laboratory" to freshmen,helping them select direction and plan their career,and exploring how to cultivate medical and engineering compound applied undergraduate talents of medical laboratory major.

OBJECTIVE: To provide suggestions for the development of drug circulation enterprises under "two invoice system".METHODS: By analyzing the negative effects of "multi invoice system" on drug circulation enterprises and positive effects of "two invoice system" on drug circulation enterprises, the development direction of drug circulation enterprises was investigated under "two invoice system".RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The "multi invoice system" formulates the high drug price, causes high drug circulation cost and is difficult to check drug quality. The "two invoice system" standardizes the order of drug circulation field, saves medical drug source, reduce drug price and kept capital chain stable. Under "two invoice system", drug circulation enterprises should actively adapt to the transformation of medical and pharmaceutical market, and reconstruct the chain of drug circulation. The integration of medical circulation network should be established between the relevant departments and various subjects. Drug circulation subjects should promote the check of ticket, account and goods, standardize the date of back account, implement reform stably.

Transdermal drug delivery is an important medicine delivery methodology in Chinese medicine, and the core procedure of which is to get the effective components of medicine into the body through the skin barrier successfully.Physical penetration enhancement is an important method to promote the transdermal delivery of Chinese medicine, which by physically changing certain properties of the skin or medicine in order to promote the transdermal absorption.Physical penetration enhancement is mainly via sound, light, electricity, magnet, and micro needle technology applications by the corresponding equipment.Chinese medicine transdermal technology is mainly through the skin absorption and acupoint stimulating absorption.The focus of this review is trying to predict the development direction of transdermal drug equipment in Chinese medicine by analyzing the transdermal drug delivery technology and pathway.

The clinical practice on real patients is more and more difficult in the present condition of the hospitals.Then,the modern medical simulating teaching is the main direction of the development in this field due to its characteristics,based on high- technology,simulating the real clinical circumstance,and being applicable in practice and avoiding the risk of clinical miscarriage.
