ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the effect of laparoscope and open operation in the treatment of acute perforation of peptic ulcer. Methods Clinical data of 56 peptic ulcer patients were retrospectively analyzed.30 patients (group A) received laparoscopic treatment,26 cases(group B) received traditional open operation treatment.Operation time, hospitalization time, postoperative exhaust time, ambulation time, frequency of using analgesics after operation, incidence rate of complications and the cost of hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results In A group, the hospitalization time was (4.5 ± 1.4) d,postoperative exhaust time was (23.9 ± 7.2) h,time to ambulation was (14.1 ± 5.6)h,frequency of postoperative analgesic use was 16.7%,the incidence rate of complications was 0,which were better than those in the control group(11.6 ± 7.5) d,(37.6 ± 17.9) h,(43.4 ± 11.8) h,92.3%,19.2% (t =4.23,4.54,6.32,x2 =3.78,4.45,all P < 0.05).Operation time, white blood cell count and cost of hospitalization between two groups showed no significant differences(P > 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscope in treatment of acute perforation of peptic ulcer has advantages of less trauma, less complications, quicker recovery, shorter hospitalization time and good clinical effect. This operation mode is relatively ideal, and is worth the clinical promotion.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate therapeutic effects of triple therapy combined Lansoprazole, clarithromycin and metronidazole for eradicating Helicobacter pylori-related ulcer. Methods Fivty-one patients with H. pylori-infected stomach ulcer or duodenal ulcer received the treatment of triple therapy regimen with lansoprazole, clarithromycin and metronidazole.the efficacy of ulcer healing and hp eradication were observed. Results the cure rate of the triple therapy was 90%,and the eradication rate of H. pylori was 88%.Conclusions Triple therapy using combined Lansoprazole, clarithromycin and metronidazole is worthy of clinical application for curing pylori - infected peptic ulcer accompanied by the lower does, the higher hp eradication rate, ulcer healing more rapidly and the shorter course of treatment.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of esomeprazole in the treatment of digestive ulcer with heli- eobacter pylori(Hp)infection. Methods A total of 60 patients with digestive ulcer and Hp infection were randomly divided into group A(30 cases)treated with esomeprazole(20mg),amoxicillin(1000mg)and clarithromycin(500 mg)twice daily and group B(30 cases)treated with omeprazole(20mg),amoxicillin(1000mg)and clari thromycin (500mg)twice daily. The treatment lasted for 7 days, after which abdominal pain refief rate, ulcer healing rate and eradication rate of Hp as well as adverse effects of the medication were evaluated and compared. Results Ulcer heal- ing rate and Hp eradication rate were 90.1% and 94,2 % in group A and 83.9 % and 83.7 % in group B,showing significant statistical diferences between the two groups(P

ABSTRACT

Compound algin capsule (CAC) was developed to treat the patients with Helicobacter pylori (HP)positive gastritis and digestive ulcer. The results showed that the e-liminating rate of HP was 67.4%,the disappeating rate of gastritis was 75%,and the ulcer healing rate 97. 8%. The symptom relief rate in CAC group was 88% ,which was significantly higher than the control group (68. 6% ,P
