ABSTRACT

Teaching level is the core of teaching quality monitoring.Students' feedback to the quality ofteaching will help teachers to reflect and rectify the related factors of their teaching,so as to achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality.We have always insisted on doing this work.However,there are inconveniences in the "paper version" of the survey:complicated preparations and operations,inconvenient storage,and labor and material costs.Combined with the actual situation in our department,we are trying to reform and explore the digital survey for teaching quality ofhuman parasitology.Teachers will put the issue on the network,students can evaluate it at anytime,anywhere,and the platform automatically organize the information and quickly feed back to the teachers.The novel and effectiveway has been well received by students and teachers.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: This study aimed to create a digitized database of fabricated obturators to be kept for patients' potential emergency needs. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A chairside intraoral scanner was used to scan the surfaces of an acrylic resin obturator. The scanned data was recorded and saved as a single standard tessellation language file using a three-dimensional modeling software. A simulated obturator model was manufactured using fused deposition modeling technique in a three-dimensional printer. RESULTS: The entire obturator was successfully scanned regardless of its structural complexity, modeled as three-dimensional data, and stored in the digital system of our clinic at a relatively small size (19.6 MB). A simulated obturator model was then accurately manufactured from these data. CONCLUSION: This study provides a proof-of-concept for the use of digital technology to create a digitized database of obturators for edentulous maxillectomy patients.

AIM:To establish some HPLC-digitized fingerprint spectrum(HPLC-DFPS)in Liuwei Dihuang Dripping Pill preparation and to apply it to identification of medicinal materials.METHODS:Based on loganin and paeonoside contents adopted as qualitative and quantitative factors,relative retention value as creteria,RPHPLC was carried out on inensil ODS:column,mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(0.2% formyl acid),detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.RESULTS:Using above optimum chromatograph conditions,HPLC-DFPS of relative medicinal materials andLiwei Dihuang Dripping Pillpreparation were established.By comparison a group of characteristic peaks could be used to identify medicinal materials.CONCLUSION:This result indicates that it is practical to use HPLC-DFPS for identification of Liawei Dihuang Dripping Pill.

ABSTRACT

@#Objective To reconstruct anatomical structures and establish visible model of the hand and evaluate some key techniques of digitized virtual hand. Methods Three hands were scan and then perfused by self-curing denture acylic and cinnabar. With the datum from CT-scan of the specimen of perfused hand (cryopreserved 4-24 h), such anatomical structures as contour, bone, artery, extensor tendon, flexor tendon and nerve of hand were constructed by software of Mimics 10.01 and measured. Results The visible hand model based on anatomical structures was established and main anatomical structures were exactly showed. Each structure was displayed by the multiform solitude or combination. Vessel lumens was displayed hollow and fidelity. The hand nerve can the part demonstrate that can earnest reflect the normal human body nerve contour anatomy characteristic. Conclusion The visible hand model can provide 3D morphological data for clinical practice and research, as well as provide digitized model for virtual reality.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the application value of digitization radiography in group wound. Methods Emergency patient were taken photos on all positions by the system of digitized X-ray phantom equipment DR or CR. Results Image quality was improved and the success ratio of taking photo reached 100%. Both lasting time of examination and the radiation dose reduced. Conclusion The application of digitized X-ray photography is superior to that of the system of traditional screen or piece,which provides more information of photography for clinical in time.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the applicability of the digitized standard of GC-MS characteristic fingerprint in GC. Methods The GC-MS and GC were used to analyze the essential components of thirteen batches of Amomum villosum samples. The digitized standard of characteristic fingerprint of Amomum villosum essential oil was compared with the result of the samples detected by GC-MS and GC. Results Ten essential characteristic components have been identified in thirteen batches of Amomum villosum samples,and their relative content was (88.15?2.97)%,which are the representative components. The main components were ?-pinene,camphene,?-pinene,?-myrcene,limonene,linalol,camphor,isoborneol,borneol and borneol acetate. With the ten components as indexes,the sample similarity calculated by cosin method was 0.994~1.000 when analyzed by GC-MS and GC,0.978~0.999 when analyzed by GC-MS and the digitized standard of GC-MS characteristic fingerprint,and 0.986~0.998 when analyzed by GC and the digitized standard of GC-MS characteristic fingerprint. Conclusion The digitized standard of GC-MS characteristic fingerprint of Amomum villosum can be used in GC,which will ensure the comparison of results obtaining at different time by different types of machines,on different chromatographic columns and under different conditions. The method can be used for quality evaluation of Amomum villosum.

A digitized hospital is one with network management as its basic mode, information as the primary driving force of its development, information technology as a prop to enhance its technological strength, information culture as a way to change the ways of peoples education and work and their ideological concepts, and construction of information systems as a new growth point of its advancement. While construction of digitized hospitals is a natural trend of historical development and is presently viable, construction of information systems in domestic hospitals must be based on Chinas realities so as to build digitized hospitals with Chinese characteristics. In light of their hospitals experience in building itself into a digitized hospital, the authors point out that it is necessary to formulate in the first place an overall objective in view of the requirements of digitized hospitals and then proceed step by step according to plan.

ABSTRACT

AIM:To establish a digitized HPLC fingerprint of Compound Danshen Dropping PilLs (CDDP). METHODS:The RP-HPLC condition was optimized by the chromatographic fingerprint relative index (Fr). The chromatographic fingerprints were characteristically digitized and evaluated by the software of the digitized evaluation system of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with the super information characteristics. RESULTS:15 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of CDDP by taking protocatechualdehyde peak as the referential peak to establish the digitized fingerprint and the important digitized information for its quality control was obtained. The stabilities among different lots of samples were evaluated by the dual qualitative and dual quantitative similarity method. CONCLUSION:The fingerprints can perfectly reflect the authentical quality of CDDP.

AIM: To explore a relative quantitative method by establishing HPLC digitized fingerprints of Fructus Gardeniae and taking the control medicinal material as a reference substance. METHODS: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by injecting the sample solution each time on a CenturySIL C_(18) BDS column (20 cm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 1% acetate acid-water and 1% acetate acid-acetonitrile.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was maintained at(30?0.15) ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.The HPLC fingerprints of the control medicinal material for Fructus Gardeniae were obtained under different injection volumes and calculated by "the digitized evaluation system of the traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint with the super-information characteristics".Equivalent regression curves were obained by making linear regression between the fingerprint peak areas and apparent injection amounts.(RESULTS:) 35 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Fructus Gardeniae by taking Geniposide peak as the reference peak.Both the equivalent relation between each of the ten places and control medicinal material of Fructus Gardeniae and the equivalent relation between each fingerprint peak of different places and that of Fructus Gardeniae control medicinal material were calculated by equivalent regression curves. CONCLUSION: This method can be useful in the quality control of Fructus Gardeniae.It is also of importantance in deeply studying the relative amounts of single fingerprint peak,and it provides reference value in extending the quantitative evaluation methods of TCM.

AIM:To establish a HPLC diagitized fingerprint for Ixeris sonchifolia Hance Injection to serve as a digitized method criteria for its overall quality control. METHODS: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by injecting 20 ?L of the sample solution each time on a Century SIL BDS column (250 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 1% acetic acid water and 1% acetic acid acetonitrile. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the column temperature was maintained at (30?0.15)℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. The chromatographic fingerprints were charateristically digitized and evaluated by the software of the digitized evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint with the super information characteristics to give the 42 parameters such as chromatographic fingerprint index (F), chromatographic fingerprint resolution index (RF), which could thoroughly disclose the hidden information in the fingerprints. Meanwhile, the apparent molecular weight, the peak position, the elution fore index and the pseudo peak area were marked in terms of the principle of QSPR when the two peaks were selected as the reference peaks. RESULTS: 21 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance Injection by taking caffeic acid peak as the reference peak to establish the digitized fingerprint and obtain the important digital information about its quanlity control. The stabilities among different batches of samples were evaluated by the dual qualitative and dual quantitative similarity method. CONCLUSION: This new digitized fingerprint method with good precision and reproducibility can be perfectly applied to the quality control over Ixeris sonchifolia Hance Injection. Digitized fingerprint obtained from the dual qualitative and dual quantitative similarity method maybe extend further to assess and control the quanlity of TCM.

METHODS: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by injecting 5 ?L of the sample solution each time on a Century SIL C_ 18 BDS column (20 cm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 1% acetate acid-water and 1% acetate acid- acetonitrile. The flow rate was 1.0 mL /min, the column temperature was maintained at (30?0.15)℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. The chromatographic fingerprints were evaluated by the digitized parameters, such as the chromatographic fingerprint index (F), quantitative similarity, etc,. The influence of big peak on similarity was elaborated by direction cosines, and its cancellation was achieved by the qualitative similarity of peak area ratio. RESULTS: 35 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Fructus Gardeniae by taking Geniposide peak as the reference peak. The HPLC digitized fingerprint and its normalization were implemented. CONCLUSION: This method with good precision and reproducibility can be useful in the quality control of Fructus Gardeniae.

METHODS: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained from injecting 5 ?L of the sample solution each time on a CenturySIL C_(18) BDS column(200 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 1% acetic acid water and 2% acetic acid acetonitrile.The flow rate was 1 mL/min,the column temperature was maintained at(30?0.15)(?C) and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.The chromatographic fingerprints were evaluated by the software of the digitized evaluation system of Traditional Chinese Medicine fingerprint with the super information characteristics. RESULTS: 30 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Radix Scutellariae and the similarities between the chromatographic fingerprints and the herbal drugs were calculated by taking baicalin peak as the referential peak.The chromatographic fingerprints were also evaluated by the chromatographic fingerprint index(F). CONCLUSION: This method with good precision and reproducibility can be applied to the quality control of Radix Scutellariae.
