ABSTRACT

Objective@#To investigate the effect of different cervical ripening methods on induction of labor in term pregnancy.@*Methods@#160 cases of labor induction of full-term pregnancy primipara were selected as the research subjecs.According to the different methods of cervical ripening, they were divided into two groups.The observation group (n=80) underwent dinoprostone suppositories induced labor, the control group (n=80) received intravenous infusion of small dose of oxytocin.The cervical Bishop score, cervical ripening effect, induction of labor, mode of delivery, neonatal outcome were observed in the two groups.@*Results@#Before treatment, the Bishop scores of the two groups had no statistically significant difference (t=0.436, P>0.05). After treatment for 24h, the Bishop score of the observation group was (8.3±2.6)points, which was higher than (5.9±2.0)points of the control group (t=6.544, P<0.05). In the observation group, the total effective rate of cervical ripening was 95.0%, which was higher than 66.2% of the control group (Z=-5.716, P<0.05). The duration of labor in the observation group was (12.6±4.5)h, which was significantly shorter than (21.7±7.8)h in the control group (t=9.039, P<0.05). The total labor, postpartum hemorrhage volume had no statistically significant differences between the two groups (t=2.298, 1.102, all P>0.05). In the observation group, 66cases (82.5%) were vaginal delivery, 14cases(17.5%) were cesarean section, those were 49cases(61.2%) and 31cases(38.8%) in the control group.The delivery mode of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ2=8.935, P<0.05). There were no statistically significant difference between the two groups in neonatal birth weight and postnatal 1min and 5min Apgar scores (all P>0.05).@*Conclusion@#Parturient with dinoprostone suppositories full-term pregnancy abortion can improve the cervical Bishop score and cervical ripening effect, improve the quality of delivery, it is better than oxytocin, and worthy of clinical application.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of COOK cervical dilatation balloon and Dinoprostone Suppositories on the gestation effect and safety of induction.MethodsThe research object from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital for pregnant women with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy in 68 cases (all patients with gestational hypertension and mild preeclampsia) were randomLy divided into the observation.Group and control group, 34 cases in each group.The observation group received COOK cervical dilatation balloon induced labor, the control group to implement Dinoprostone Suppositories induction, comparative analysis of observation group and control group, maternal and perinatal situation, mode of delivery, the cervical Bishop score, the degree of pain.Resultsabnormal fetal heart and uterine hyperstimulation, uterine tonic contraction rate of observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate in the observation group and the control group had no significant difference.After placement, the cervical Bishop score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The pain degree of observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).ConclusionCOOK balloon dilatation of the cervix and Dinoprostone Suppositories, fewer complications, can significantly improve maternal, perinatal and cervical ripening score of Bishop.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect of dinoprostone suppositories and oxytocin on cervical maturation and delivery outcome in induction of labor in late pregnancy.Methods A total of 174 pregnant women in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital for treatment in late pregnancy were chosen.They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group 85 cases and the study group 89 cases.The control group was treated with routine induction of intravenous infusion of oxytocin, and the study group was taken with dinoprostone suppositories.The effective rates of induction of labor and the incidence of adverse reactions after induction of labor induced of the two groups were observed.The clinical effect of patients was with Bishop score to determine cervical maturity.The induction of labor time, natural childbirth rate, cesarean section rate, maternal postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia score were as the evaluation criteria of childbirth outcome.Results The cervical maturation level was (7.26 ±1.82) after drug for 24 hours in the study group, significantly higher than that of the control group (6.34 ±1.37) (P<0.05).The induction time, spontaneous delivery rate and cesarean section rate of the study group were (6.34 ±1.37)h, 86.52%, 13.48%, significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The average amount of bleeding in the study group was (225.96 ±12.81) mL and the neonatal asphyxia score was (9.73 ±0.15), the results were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The successful rate of induction of labor in the study group was 96.63%) higher than that in the control group 85.88%.The incidence of side effects in the study group was 10.11%, significantly lower than in the control group 21.18% (P<0.05), which were with statistical significance.Conclusion Dinoprostosterone suppositories have the advantage of promoting cervical ripening for late pregnancy in pregnant women compared with oxytocin.It can shorten induction time and improve natural childbirth rate.And the maternal prognosis is good, can be used as a safe and effective clinical induction.

ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the effect of the oxytocin, dinoprostone suppositoriesository and cervical dilation balloon in odinopoeia of late pregnancy.Methods A total of 90 patients with late pregnancy singletons primipara were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the group A were treated by dinoprostone suppositoriesository, patients in the group B were treated by oxytocin, patients in the group C were treated by the cervical dilation balloon, the cervical, childbirth, complications and newborns in the 3 groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with group B and group C, late pregnancy induced labor curative effect in group A was better:cervical Bishop score was higher after intervention 6h and 12 h (P<0.05), and promote cervical mature rate and success rate of induced labor were higher(P<0.05), labor time was shorter (P<0.05).The incidence of delivery complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Dinoprostone suppositories can reduce labor time significantly in the treatment of late pregnancy, and improve the success rate of induced labor, the effect is superior to oxytocin and cervical dilation balloon.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of Dinoprostone suppositories for cervical ripening and labor induction.Methods 50 primiparas with sinsle cephalic term pregnancy.cervical Bishop score≤6 points,with vaginal delivery conditions,no previous uterine scar or prostaglandin allergies or other contraindications were randomly divided into two groups:the dinoprostone suppositories group(observation group)and the sulfuric pula group(control group).The primiparas were administered sulfuric pula keto 200mg/day via intravenous injection for 3 days.Bishop score was assayed in both groups before treatment and 6h.12h after treatment to compare the effect of cervical ripening,labor rates,the total time of labor,mode of delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal outcomes and adverse reactions.Results Cervical scores were(3.85±0.72)point and(6.79±0.63)point in the observation group 6h and 12h after administration,which were significantly higher than those of control group[(2.85±0.41)point,(4.26±0.52)point](t=6.034,15.485,all P<0.05).Labor rates of 12h and 24h in the observation group were signitlcandy higher than control group.There Was no significant difference between two groups of neonatal outcomes and postpartum hemorrhage.Conclusion Dinoprostone suppositories sas safe and effective for cervical ripening and labor induction,without adverse effects on mothers and children.
