ABSTRACT

This paper discussed the concept and connotation of doctor -patient contradiction , and the ethics of doctor-patient conflicts reason carried on the thorough analysis .On this basis , from the macro and micro probes into the ethical path of resolving doctor -patient contradiction , specific include:the macro level , to accelerate the process of basic medical and health law ,public welfarereturn path , to protect the justice of medical treatment;Attaches great importance to the medical and health investment , increase the medical popular science knowledge propaganda , to improve medical limitations of cognitive science .Micro level, accelerate the reform of public hospi-tal modernization management , improve the medical staff occupational ethics quality , safeguard human dignity;at-taches great importance to the doctor -patient contradiction early warning mechanism and the patients interests ex-pression path construction , guarantee justified and lawful rights and interests of patients .

ABSTRACT

With the increasing of doctor-patient conflicts,the communication between them gradually becomes a critical element in medical service activities.How to improve the doctor-patient communication is an important content in resident communication skill training.Oncology is a developing discipline with fast development and high risk and residents in oncology department need more communications with patients in the era which individualized treatment is emphasized.Systematization and institutionalization of the training system of doctor-patient communication is beneficial to popularizing doctor-patient communication experiences,protecting the rights and interests of them and ensuring the smooth process of medical treatment.

ABSTRACT

In order to study the the impact of cognitive difference between doctors and patients on doctor-patient relationship, five tertiary hospitals in city B were investigated with questionnaire and quantitative interviews, and the outcomes were analyzed with SPSS16. 0 software. Cognitive differences were found in the nature of the relationship, the main part of responsibility for the relationship, and principles for communication between the parties. By analyzing the causes of the difference and their impact on the relationship, it draw the conclusion that this cognitive difference found between the two parties functions as a key to the conflicts between doctors and patients. Return of health care back to non-profit nature, encouragement of patient-doctor communication and mutual understanding will be conducive to minimizing such a cognitive difference, and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
