ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE To study th e effects of drug circulation supervision on online drug retailing within different time span，and to provide reference for network drug circulation supervision. METHODS Based on the research hypothesis ，a scale was designed to verify the relationship between variables. Questionnaire was used for data collection. Structure equation modeling （SEM）was applied in verifying relationships between variables after exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis ， which aimed to test reliability and validity. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS Result of SEM indicated that drug circulation supervision had a positive significant impact upon online drug retailing within different time spans ，but its intensity varied. Specifically，the influence intensity of drug circulation supervision on retail mode and online prescription decreased with the longer time span ；the influence intensity on the types of online drugs were relatively balanced within different time spans ；the intensity of the impact on the retail cost of online pharmacies increased with the longer time span. Results of further analysis suggested that there were also differences in the weights of observed variables in drug circulation supervision and the weight of information regulation was the lowest. Accordingly，it is suggested to strengthen industry linkage ，standardize retail methods ，coordinate digital supervision system ，strengthen online prescription management ，refine supervision methods ，implement classified supervision ， buffer adverse effects and reduce enterprise costs.

OBJECTIVE:To provide references on how to avoid price war in Chinese drug retailing.METHODS:The status quo of Chinese drug retailing was analyzed,meanwhile the cause and effect of price war were discussed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The disadvantages of price war outweigh the advantages,which is sure to be replaced by services-based brand strategy.

OBJECTIVE: To offer support for optimizing marketing strategy and increasing consumption in drug retailing.METHODS: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database was established,the data mining method was subjected to a correlation analysis using association rules with the daily sales data in a retail drugstore in Jiangsu as an example.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The data mining of drug retailing consists of 4 items: construction of drug sales data mart,data pretreatment,data mining,and analysis of mining results.The application of the data mining in retail drugstore can help analyze the purchase tendency of customers,find out potential customers and increase sales volume.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the possible influence of the Regulation on the Stock Trade between Retailers and Suppliers(which was called in the following as “Regulation” for short) on drug retailing for the reference of drug retailers and suppliers.METHODS:The origin and the status quo of “Regulation” were studied and the influence of which on drug retailing was analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Drug retailing was considerably influenced by policy factor,this issue of “Regula_tion” may change some unfair business behaviors such as delaying in payment and charging unreasonable entrance fee,and influences the strength contrast between drug retailers and suppliers.
