Contributions of Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnosis (OPD-2) in Colombia: training, practice and research

In this paper we summarize some experiences with Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnosis (OPD-2) in the colombian context, and put into perspective other possibilities for its implementation grounded on our teaching and clinical practice. Given OPD-2 develops as a modular system for diagnosis and treatment planning, it has been used in different areas of both clinical practice and empirical research. Based on this, we have chosen different application scenarios to illustrate OPD-2'susefulness, focusing on different axes or modules of the instrument, reharding Colombia's interculturality, clinical work at the general hospital, teaching and practice integration, and OPD-2's contributions to dynamic psychology. The possibilities of OPD-2 related to each application area are discussed and gathered into a final conclusion.(AU)

Psicología dinámica: epistemología y práctica. El devenir de nuestra profesión / Dynamic psychology: epistemology and practice. The future of our profession

Este texto nace del compromiso de un grupo de estudio que se gesta a la luz del gusto, la pasión, la calidad y los procesos de humanización, en una de tantas posibilidades para acompañar al otro. Se reflexiona a partir de las bases epistemológicas de la psicología dinámica, que permiten pensar nuevas construcciones y acciones concretas para el bienestar del ser humano. El primer apartado tiene como objetivo un acercamiento histórico y cronológico del término "dinámica", abordado desde la psicología y el psicoanálisis. En segunda instancia, se hace referencia a las múltiples miradas del ser humano, nombrando algunos autores que facilitan la comprensión de la subjetividad desde lo relacional, representacional y evolutivo. Finalmente, se exponen algunos aprendizajes y compromisos, generados a partir de la investigación realizada, buscando innovar a través de acciones prácticas con y para el hombre.

This text is born from the commitment of a study group that is gestated in the light of taste, passion, quality and humanization processes, in one of many possibilities to accompany the other. It is reflected from the epistemological bases of dynamic psychology, which allow us to think about new constructions and concrete actions for the well-being of the human being. The first section aims at a historical and chronological approach to the term "dynamic", addressed from psychology and psychoanalysis. In the second instance, reference is made to the multiple views of the human being, naming some authors that facilitate the understanding of subjectivity from the relational, representational and evolutionary. Finally, some learning and commitments are exposed, generated from the research carried out, seeking to innovate through practical actions with and for man.

Psicología dinámica e institución médica / Dynamic psychology and medical institution

El artículo describe la psicología dinámica institucional cuyo fundamento es reciente y se ha desarrollado mediante la modificación de esquemas convencionales de abordaje. La propuesta pretende ofrecer una comprensión del fenómeno psíquico y su asociación con los eventos biológicos, así como analizar y entender las reacciones afectivas sin que necesariamente se les ubique en cualquiera de las dos: psíquica o biológica. Se sustenta una teoría de la técnica orientada tanto a las necesidades de la población que se atiende, así como de los objetivos que conforman la misión de la institución, y con ello, las disyuntivas a las que el psicoterapeuta institucional se enfrenta. El reto es la conciliación de objetivos terapéuticos en torno a las necesidades de la población y la misión de la institución. Por último, el artículo propone generar un modelo a manera de matriz que nos oriente en cada situación y para ello, resulta fundamental la investigación que permita comprender el valor simbólico que posee el fenómeno y su evolución.

The article describes the Institutional Dynamic Psychology, whose foundation is recent and has been achieved by modifying approach conventional schemes. The proposal aims to provide an understanding of psychic phenomena and their association with biological events, analyze and understand the emotional reactions without necessarily locate them in any of the two positions. This document sustained a theory of the technique oriented to solved both; the necessities of the attended population, and adjust to the objectives conformed in the mission of the institution, dilemmas that institutional psychotherapist faces and having as a challenge to conciliate both therapeutic objectives of the population attended. Finally, the article suggests a model in form of a matrix that may orient us in each situation but further investigation, including understanding of the symbolic value of the phenomenon and its evolution is necessary.

La noción de marriz relacional y sus implicacioes para el ejercicio clínico dee la psicología dinámcaa / The notion of relational matrix and its implications for the clinical practice of dynamic psychology

Este trabajo pretende conceptualizar las nociones de matriz relacional y matriz terapéutica como fundamentos del ejercicio de la clínica dinámica. El método seguido fue documental-crítico. Se concluye que (1) la psicología dinámica puede pensarse como escuela con estatuto propio dentro de la psicología; (2) el ser humano se hace sujeto gracias al mundo de relaciones que lo hacen ser (serelación); (3) por eso, el desarrollo psicológico se da en una matriz relacional y (4) la relación clínica se da dentro de una matriz terapéutica, la cual permite que el paciente reconfigure su mundo de relaciones consigo mismo, con el mundo y con los otros. Se plantean algunas implicaciones para el ejercicio clínico: en el concepto de intervención, de neutralidad técnica, de ética clínica y en dimensión narrativa en la clínica.

This paper's aim is the conceptualization of the notions of relational matrix and therapeutic matrix as the basis for the clinical practice of dynamic psychology. The method used was documentary and critical in nature. It is concluded that: (1) dynamic psychology can be thought of as a well-established school within psychology; (2) human beings become subjects thanks to the world of relationships that allow them to be (serelación), (3) this is why psychological development occurs within a relational matrix, while (4) the clinical relationship takes place within a therapeutic matrix that enables patients to reconfigure their world of relationships with themselves, with the world, and with the others. Some implications for clinical practice are proposed, namely the concept of intervention, technical neutrality, clinical ethics, and the narrative dimension in clinical practice.

Expresiones infantiles de agresividad en contextos educativos: una interpretación desde la psicología dinámica y las relaciones familiares / Infant expressions of aggressiveness in educational Context. Interpretation from dynamic psychology and family relationships

Este artículo es uno de los productos de la investigación Perspectivas interdisciplinarias de intervención con familias. Caso de la ciudad de Medellín y el Municipio de Rionegro. Una comprensión desde la Psicología, la Educación y la Familia. Describe los discursos de los niños sobre el fenómeno de la agresividad que experimentan en el Colegio Bello Oriente de Medellín. Su objetivo es detallar roles y límites en familias en las que hay niños que se comportan de manera agresiva en ambientes educativos. El enfoque metodológico de la investigación fue cualitativo. Los resultados de la investigación de los que se da cuenta en este artículo muestran una interpretación de la agresividad infantil a partir de la Psicología Dinámica; y un análisis de los roles y límites como dimensiones de la dinámica familiar. Como conclusión, es posible afirmar que los niños y las niñas pueden hacerse responsables de sus comportamientos agresivos y tramitar tal agresividad de manera simbólica cuando hallan mecanismos adecuados en sus familias e instituciones educativas; las relaciones familiares influyen en la formación de la personalidad de los infantes.

This article is a product of the research interdisciplinary perspectives of intervention with families. Case of Medellin and the Municipality of Rionegro. An understanding from Psychology, Education and Families. It Describes children's speeches on the phenomenon of aggression, experienced in the school Colegio Bello Oriente in Medellin. Its aim is to detail roles and limits in families where there are children who behave aggressively in educational settings. The methodological approach was qualitative research. The results show an understanding of children's aggression from the theoretical perspective of dynamic psychology, and an analysis of the roles and limits as dimensions of family dynamics in which children. In conclusion, it can be said that the children can take responsibility for their aggressive behavior and process symbolically this aggressiveness when they find appropriate mechanisms in their families and educational institutions.

Epistemología y abordajes investigativos en psicología dinámica (psicoanalisis relacional) / Epistemology and research approaches in Dynamic psychology (relational psychoanalysis)

Este artículo es resultado preliminar de la investigación Agresividad en niños y niñas. Una perspectiva desde la psicología dinámica, la familia y la pedagogía crítica, financiada por la Fundación Universitaria Luis Amigó durante el año 2010. Dicha investigación une las líneas de investigación "Familia, desarrollo y calidad de vida", "Psicología social y salud mental" y "Educación y pedagogía". Su objetivo es comunicar algunos resultados de la primera fase de la investigación, en la que se espera realizar una revisión documental exhaustiva que permita una aproximación epistemológica adecuada al fenómeno que se desea comprender: la agresividad en niños y niñas de entre 5 y 7 años. Este texto se concentrará en tres aspectos del estudio: la delimitación conceptual de la Psicología Dinámica, una aproximación epistemológica a la misma y algunos comentarios sobre el estatuto actual de la investigación desde esta rama de la Psicología. Se encontró que las fuentes bibliográficas actualizadas abordan dos conceptos fundamentales: Psicoanálisis Relacional y Psicoterapia Psicoanalítica para denominar lo que se conoce en el medio académico de Medellín como Psicología Dinámica. Además, se pudo constatar que el paradigma relacional en Psicoanálisis utiliza fundamentos epistemológicos coherentes con los enfoques antropológicos externalistas y constructivistas, así como con modelos teóricos relacionados con el pensamiento complejo. Se notó también que las investigaciones en Psicoanálisis Relacional actualmente apuntan, en general, a dos grandes temas: el desarrollo infantil en el ámbito vincular con los cuidadores y los aspectos relacionales del espacio clínico. Los diseños metodológicos de tales investigaciones varían: se utilizan técnicas proyectivas de evaluación, como el Test de Rorschach y de Pata Negra; algunos instrumentos cuantitativos; la entrevista clínica; el estudio de caso; la grabación y análisis de sesiones psicoterapéuticas con un enfoque extratransferencial y al interior de las sesiones. Como novedad en el análisis de información, se encontró gran preponderancia de análisis hermenéuticos de material oral, y el uso de técnicas de análisis del discurso muy cercanas a la lingüística, así como la frecuente utilización, creciente en la actualidad, del algoritmo David Liberman (ADL), como una herramienta para el análisis de material oral.

This article is a preliminary result of the research Aggressiveness in children. A perspective from dynamic psychology, the family and the critical pedagogy, funded by the Fundación Universitaria Luis Amigó in 2010. This research links the research areas: Family, development and quality of life, social psychology and mental health and education and pedagogy. Its purpose is to report some results of the first phase of the investigation, which is expected to perform a comprehensive literature review to allow an pistemological approach to the phenomenon that the crew wishes to understand: the aggressiveness in children between 5 and 7 years. This text will focus on three aspects of the study: the conceptual delimitation of dynamic psychology, an epistemological approach to this theoretical psychology approach and some comments about the current status of research from this branch of psychology. It was found that the found bibliographical sources address two fundamental concepts: relational psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy in order to describe what are known in the academic field of Medellin as dynamic psycho- logy. In addition, it was found that the relational paradigm in psychoanalysis uses theoretical conceptions consistent with the externalist anthropology and constructivist epistemology approaches, also with theoretical models related to complex thought. It was also verified that the research in relational psychoanalysis now abound, in general, two major themes: child development in its relational aspects and the relational conception in the clinical praxis. The methodological design of these investigations vary: the use of projective assessment techniques, such as the Test of Rorschach and Pata Negra, some quantitative tools, the clinical interview, case study, records and analysis of psychotherapy sessions with a focus in extratransference and within sessions phenomena. It was found, like a new, a high prevalence of oral material hermeneutic analysis, and the use of discourse analysis techniques very close to linguistics. Finally, there is a frequent use, increasing today, of David Liberman Algorithm (DLA), like a tool for oral material analysis.
