ABSTRACT

Objective To realize the standardization of medical information under the same principle of retaining the existing ECG system framework. Methods The localization of HL7 medical information standard was studied, and the plug-in technique was used to reconstruct HL7 standard ECG system. Results After adding the HL7 communication module, the original ECG system could send and receive HL7 messages in real time to complete higher level medical data exchange and reduce the project implementation cost. Conclusion This study has important practical reference values for the standardization of HL7 in the existing medical information system, which is helpful to promote the standardization of medical information system.

ABSTRACT

The paper analyzes the application requirements of ECG examination in the wards of Southwest Hospital and describes the application of the remote ECG system in the wards. It introduces the system's composition, functional modules, business process, key technology and application effects. The application of the remote ECG system can reduce the waiting time of patients and realize the ECG examination at the bedside. Thus,it is well received by patients and clinical departments.

ABSTRACT

The ability to map and ablate the sometimes fleeting automatic atrial tachycardia is greatly enhanced by computerized mapping systems. In this study, we have developed 128 channel computerized data analysis system using microcomputer for basic research of electrophysiology and electrical propagation. The bipolar electrogram information is acquired from 128 cardiac sites simultaneously at a sampling rate of 1 ksampls/sec with continuous and total data storage of up to 30 seconds. When the reference electrogram is selected and reference point is picked up, delay time from the reference point is displayed on three dimensional diagram of the heart. System design permits easy expansion to almost 256 simul- taneous sites. This system is expected to enable us to study pathophysiology of cardiac arrhythmia and to improve the result of diagnosis and surgical treatment for cardiac arrhythmia.
