ABSTRACT

China University Subject Ranking (CUSR) and Essential Science Indicators (ESI) are important reference indicators for China medical discipline level. The main problems affected the development of medical discipline are the medical education mode failed to fit uniqueness of medical education, the limitations of the design of medical talent training, the low efficiency of medical clinical research ability and so on. Taking the construction of "top level" as the goal oriented and improving the medical discipline level, we need to grasp the following key links: to establish the medical education mode with respect to the special pattern of medical education, to build the medical talents highland with innovation course and incentive system, and to promote the development efficiency of medical discipline based on the standard management system and so on.

ABSTRACT

In this paper,the educational mode of master of public health (MPH) in America and China were reviewed through literatures searching and internet searching and the difference between America and China were compared from the sources of students,students' characters,educational objective,specialties and curricula,methods of teaching and management.There is still a certain gap in education of MPH in China.The educational mode needs optimizing with changing enrollment methods,definitude training objectives,perfect curriculum setting,increased opportunities for practice and strict quality control,so that the educational mode of MPH will be perfected in China.

Based on the background of knowledge economy,factors which have affected the social status of a person can be divided into five levels: physical fitness,technical ability,mental capacity,potential energy and recombination energy.This article analyzes the educational style of medical students by using five-level-ability model which judges a person from the economic angle.It aims at providing constructive opinions on innovation,enhancement and improvement of modern medical education.

ABSTRACT

With the change in the modes of medicine, the traditional educational mode of clinical medicine is unable to meet the development demands of modern medicine. Evidence based medicine, a new mode of medical treatment, reflects the development trends of modern medicine and represents the direction of modern medical advancement. Judging from the perspective of medical education, evidence based medicine is a learning method which differs from the traditional educational mode and represents a new concept of education in clinical medicine. The rise of evidence based medicine demonstrates the direction of reform in medical education in the world today and will also bring about great changes in the mode of medical education in China. It is imperative for us to follow the trend in clinical medical education, update concepts on medical education in line with the basic ideas of evidence based medicine, and push forward reform in the mode of medical education.
