ABSTRACT

Introducción: la formación profesional desde la eticidad martiana en el contexto universitario permite el descubrimiento de los nexos existentes entre las concepciones teóricas, axiológicas y pedagógicas de la formación ético-profesional, y sus relaciones con la eticidad martiana. Desarrollo: el método de articulación progresiva entre la eticidad martiana y la formación ético-profesional permite determinar las relaciones entre los componentes axiológicos del proceso de formación ético-profesional desde la eticidad martiana y los diversos contextos de actuación del estudiante universitario, con un enfoque formativo, personalizado y contextualizado, que responda a las necesidades de la socialización e individualización de las relaciones éticas desde un enfoque profesional. Conclusiones: el método promueve la transformación coherente del proceso de formación ético-profesional al sistematizar sus procedimientos de acuerdo con la diversidad y complejidad de los diversos contextos universitarios.


Introduction: professional training from Marti's ethics in the university context allows the discovery of the existing links between theoretical, axiological and pedagogical conceptions of ethical-professional training, and its relationships with Marti's ethics. Development: the method of progressive articulation of Marti's ethics allows determining the relationships between the axiological components of the ethical-professional training process from Marti's ethics and the various contexts of action of the university student, with a formative, personalized and contextualized approach, which respond to the needs of socialization and individualization of ethical relationships from a professional approach. Conclusions: the method promotes the coherent transformation of the ethical-professional training process by systematizing its procedures according to the diversity and complexity of the various university contexts.


Introdução: a formação profissional a partir da ética de Marti no contexto universitário permite descobrir os vínculos existentes entre as concepções teóricas, axiológicas e pedagógicas da formação ético-profissional e suas relações com a ética de Marti. Desenvolvimento: o método de articulação progressiva entre a ética de Marti e a formação ético-profissional permite determinar as relações entre as componentes axiológicas do processo de formação ético-profissional a partir da ética de Marti e os vários contextos de atuação do estudante universitário, com uma abordagem formativa, personalizada e contextualizado, que responda às necessidades de socialização e individualização das relações éticas a partir de uma abordagem profissional. Conclusões: o método promove a transformação coerente do processo de formação ético-profissional ao sistematizar seus procedimentos de acordo com a diversidade e complexidade dos diversos contextos universitários.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate and analyze the cognition of medical staff on medical research ethics in a grade A tertiary hospital, combined with the current situation of practice, to provide a basis and ideas for exploring new educational models of medical research ethics.Methods:Medical staff in a grade A tertiary hospital were investigated through an anonymous questionnaire to collect and analyze their cognition of medical research ethics and the current situation of practice.Results:There were statistically significant differences ( P<0.05) in the cognition of medical research ethics among different educational backgrounds, majors, and professional titles. The survey results showed that doctors, medical staff with graduate degrees or above, and senior title personnel had better cognition of medical research ethics than nurses, medical staff with bachelor degrees or below, and intermediate or junior title personnel. Conclusions:The medical staff's cognition and practice of medical research ethics are still insufficient. Hospitals should pay attention to the education of medical research ethics and enrich the content and form of training to improve the ethical literacy of medical personnel.

ABSTRACT

Propósito/Contexto. Este artículo tiene como propósito indagar sobre la enseñanza universitaria de la ética, en ciencias de la salud, a través de una serie televisiva. Las experiencias formativas en esta área suelen enfocarse en la práctica profesional futura a través de casos clínicos breves, dejando relegado el ámbito educativo. Metodología/Enfoque. La metodología utilizada es mixta. Se toma como antecedente la herramienta REST para la evaluación de la sensibilidad ética a partir de la detección de elementos dilemáticos en un audiovisual y se realiza una experiencia de innovación docente con un fragmento de la serie Merlí donde se relata un caso de deshonestidad académica. Los estudiantes debían delimitar las situaciones dilemáticas del fragmento y articularlas con el código de ética universitario. El estudio incluye elementos cuantitativos de la detección de situaciones y principios éticos, y elementos cualitativos de análisis de contenido. Resultados/Hallazgos. Los resultados son, por un lado, la identificación de todas las situaciones del fragmento, focalizándose en mayor medida en aquellas que tienen como protagonistas a los docentes y, además, en las que implican una transgresión explícita de las normas. Los estudiantes pueden identificar situaciones dilemáticas pero les resulta más complejo vincularlas a los principios éticos. Discusión/Conclusiones/Contribuciones. La contribución principal del artículo es la advertencia sobre la relevancia de la aplicación y la reflexión sobre la ética en el ámbito universitario, a la vez que se destaca la utilidad del cine y las series televisivas en experiencias de innovación pedagógica en ética y bioética.

Training experiences in this area usually focus on future professional practice through brief clinical cases, leaving the educational field relegated. Methodology/Approach. The methodology used is mixed. The REST tool for the evaluation of ethical sensitivity is taken as an antecedent from the detection of dilemmatic elements in an audiovisual and an experience of teaching innovation is carried out with a fragment of the TV series Merlí where a case of academic dishonesty is reported. The students had to define the dilemmatic situations of the fragment and articulate them with the university code of ethics. The study includes quantitative elements of detection of situations and ethical principles, and qualitative elements of content analysis. Results/Findings. The results are, on the one hand, the identification of all the situations of the fragment, focusing more on the fact that they have teachers as protagonists, and also, those that imply an explicit transgression of the norms. Students can identify dilemmatic situations but find it more complex to link them to ethical principles. Discussion/Conclusions/Contributions. The main contribution of the article is to note the relevance of the application and the reflection on ethics in the uni-versity environment, while highlighting the usefulness of cinema and television series in experiences of pedagogical innovation in ethics and bioethics.

ABSTRACT

La educación ética en las universidades ha estado caracterizada por la transmisión de corrientes filosóficas, normas o códigos, dirigidos a ser una guía para el actuar en forma de máximas que han de ser rectores de la conducta y excelencia profesional. No obstante, esta educación ha demostrado ser inefectiva. Como resultado, es frecuente encontrar errores de tipo ético en la praxis de las disciplinas. Atendiendo a la necesidad de trascender la formación ética teórica, y buscar una educación práctica y aplicada, con la finalidad de fomentar el desarrollo de profesionales autónomos, responsables, críticos y con sentido de excelencia en el actuar profesional, se han recopilado experiencias formativas basadas en la promoción del pensamiento crítico y reflexivo. En primer lugar, se realizó una revisión teórica enfocada en las principales deficiencias de la educación en ética. En segundo lugar, se recopilaron estrategias didácticas que han demostrado ser valiosas para el cultivo de la deliberación y el pensamiento crítico y reflexivo en los estudiantes. Por último, como resultado de la investigación y entendiendo la necesidad de llevar la información recogida a los docentes comprometidos en la transformación educativa, se realizó una cartilla dinámica, amigable al lector y con la finalidad de ser un apoyo a los docentes encargados de enseñar ética en las universidades. La cartilla fue validada a nivel de contenido a través del juicio de expertos y el análisis de V de Aiken, mostrando ser coherente conceptualmente y de utilidad de acuerdo al objetivo de la misma.


Ethics in education topics has been in universities has been characterized by Models of philosophical, rules or codes, intended to be a guide for acting as maxims. That must be a guide of principles be guiding principles of behavior and professional excellence. However, this education has proven to be ineffective. As a result, it is common to find errors of an ethical nature in the practice of disciplines. With the need to transcend the theoretical ethics training, and in the seek of practical and applied education, in order to promote the development of autonomous professionals, responsible, and in a sense of excellence in professional act, have compiled training experiences based on promoting critical and reflective thinking. First, a theoretical review focused on the main shortcomings of education in ethics. In the second place, on teaching strategies that have proven valuable for cultivation of deliberation and critical and reflective thinking in students collected performed. Finally, because of the research and understanding the need to bring the information collected to teachers engaged in educational transformation, a dynamic booklet was carried out, friendly to the reader and in order to be a support to teachers in charge of teaching ethics in the universities. The booklet content was validated level through an expert judgment and analysis to V of Aiken, showing conceptually be consistent and useful according to the objective there of.


A educação ética nas universidades tem se caracterizado pela transmissão de correntes filosóficas, normas ou códigos, direcionados a servir de guia para atuar na forma de máximas que devem ser reitores da conduta e da excelência profissional. No entanto, essa educação se mostrou ineficaz. Como resultado, é comum encontrar erros de natureza ética na prática das disciplinas. Experiências de formação com a necessidade de transcender a formação teórica ética e buscar prático e educação aplicada, a fim de promover o desenvolvimento de profissionais autônomos, responsáveis, críticos e senso de excelência em ato profissional, têm compilados com base em a promoção do pensamento crítico e reflexivo. Primeiramente, realizou-se uma revisão teórica focada nas principais deficiências da educação ética. Em segundo lugar, de estratégias didáticas que se mostraram valiosas para o cultivo da deliberação e pensamento crítico e reflexivo nos alunos. Enfim, como resultado de uma pesquisa e compreender a necessidade dos professores informação recolhida envolvidos na transformação educacional, um leitor amigável e, a fim de ser um apoio para os professores que ensinam ética em universidades cartilha dinâmica foi realizada. O primer foi validado em nível de conteúdo através de julgamento de especialistas e análise de Aiken, mostrando-se coerente conceitualmente e útil de acordo com o objetivo do mesmo.

ABSTRACT

Objective Summarize and share the working practice of Investigator Research Ethics and Research Integrity Training conducted at Peking University Human Research Protection Program (PKU HRPP) ,to further explore continuing quality improvement of investigator ethical training at university level .Methods Conduct systematic review of the archiving files of PKU HRPP investigator training activities during 2012-2018 ,summarize feedback information from investigators to i-dentify possible experiences for sharing and space for improvement .Results There are some positive experiences for sharing a-bout the training mechanism and practices at PKU HRPP .Conclusions Based on the previous ethical training work and experi-ences at PKU HRPP ,possible proposals for continuing quality improvement may including :strengthening the requirements of ethical training of investigators ,encouraging and recognizing ethical training conducted by research teams ,emphasizing training Quality and the promotion of sharing and mutual recognition mechanisms for ethical training .

ABSTRACT

This paper summarized the construction of ethics committee in a top three hospital and analyzed its operation from three aspects of project review, review conference and training of member. And on the basis of ana-lyzing the practice of ethical review work in the past five years, this paper put forward that it can provide reference for the standardization of ethics committee from four aspects of strengthening ethics training, establishing ethics re-view exchange mechanism, accelerating legislating and standardizing review process.

ABSTRACT

In blood transfusion, medical ethics construction has its necessity, which is the requirement of hos-pital management refinement. It benefits to improve medical quality and assist the construction of hospital connota-tion. As well, it can promote scientific and reasonable blood transfusion and is conducive to improve the technical level and medicine professional spirit of medical staffs. In order to further standardize and improve the work of blood transfusion, it is suggested to establish ethics committee for blood transfusion and strengthen ethics training for the medical staffs on the basis of scientific management.
