Reform of clinical medical talents cultivation model based on post competency: a case study of Guangxi Medical University / 中华医学教育探索杂志

Through the reform and practice of the "four-in-one" cultivation model of clinical medical talents, the training mode of applied high-quality medical and health talents with different orientations is established, and the curriculum teaching system suitable for the development of modern medical education is constructed to promote the reform of education and teaching. It solves the problems of single medical talents training mode, fragmentation of curriculum system, single teaching and training in teaching, and insufficient support for talent training. This reform established a set of curriculum system, teaching methods and evaluation methods to strengthen the cultivation of medical students' post competency, and achieved the goal of improving the quality of clinical medical personnel training in local medical colleges.

The Cultivation of Excellent Physician in Medical Colleges Based on General Education Theory / 中国医学伦理学

To cultivate outstanding physicians are de-signed, on the ability of accommodation;A sound personality and good professional ethics;Unity, is the ability to obtain from the following several aspects:reform the traditional education teaching system, establishing the special general education management organization, set up a scientific system of general education courses, makes the strong ability of general education teachers and building with students as the core of teaching methods.

Investigation and Analysis on the Components of Excellent Physician's Professionalism / 中国医学伦理学

Objective:To explore the components of medical professionalism among excellent physicians , and discuss the approaches and ways of cultivating professionalism of physicians .Methods: We designed a question-naire, on the basis of literature retrieval , to investigate 50 excellent clinical doctors that came from 8 class 3A hos-pitals in Shanghai .Then we interviewed 20 famous doctors of them , who had good reputation and prestige .Re-sults:The components of excellent physician's professionalism include moral quality character , achievement behav-ior character and interpersonal communication character .And each character consists of a collection of different competencies .Conclusions:There is a stable positive correlativity relationship between the degree of excellence and physician's professionalism .The cultivation of medical professionalism should be based on ability , practice and humanistic quality , and through various ways and measures .
