ABSTRACT
Chinese higher medical education has undergone a series of education reform project .College excellent courses construction is an important component of the project .To enable medical students to master the basic surgi-cal theory and skills, and to develop high -quality, high -level medical personnel , the surgery department in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University has scored some achievements in constructing excellent courses . Some ideas and methods are summarized in the construction of excellent courses .

In this paper,a number of valuable experiences focusing on teaching idea,cultivation of high-quality teachers and deepening of teaching content and method reform were summarized through exploring the construction and practice of the national excellent course-medical genetics. Aim of the ex-ploration is provide references for the construction and application of national excellent course and its sus-tainable development.

Physical diasnostic techenique is the core curriculum of clinical medicine speciality. It is the bridge curriculum between basic medicine and clinical medicine. To further improve the teaching level of clinical medicine speciality and to reform personnel training mode of clinical medicine speciality in higher vocational college, we investigate the relevant content according to the work process curriculum course developing route.

Biochemistry is one of the major courses in basic medical science.All through the construction of the course in recent years,several teaching reforms have been taken in optimizing the content,improving teaching methods,enhancing education technique and intensifying teaching group,which contributed a lot to good teaching effect.As a result,the course of biochemistry was appraised as State-class Quality Course in 2005.
